Abstract

Capital adequacy is a major factor for a bank to be able to develop its business growth. The level of capital adequacy of banks in Indonesia is far above from average CAR of banks in the ASEAN region and peer groups. The high level of capital adequacy in Indonesia is a cautious response from banks in lending amidst from the weak growth of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA). This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans (NPLs), Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio (WCTA), Operational Costs / Operating Income (BOPO), Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Return on Assets (ROA) on the Bank's capital adequacy National Private Public in Indonesia. In this study, the population was used as the object of research was the National Private Commercial Bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was taken by pooling data, which is a combination of time series and crosssection during the period of 2013 to 2017. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression analysis accompanied by a classic assumption test. The results show that there are Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Good Corporate Governance variables did not significantly influence the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of national private banking companies. And Test results show that there are Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio (WCTA), Operating Costs / Operating Income (BOPO) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant positive effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in national private banking companies. Abstract

Purwodadi Botanical Garden is an ex-situ plant conservation institution. According to Presidential Regulation No. 93 of 2011 the Botanical Gardens have the duties of conservation, research, education, environmental services. Wisata Flora is an educational package conducted by Purwodadi Botanical Garden, the activity depends on the Wisata flora tour guide and the information boards in the garden. The availability of tour guides is still limited, and the information boards supporting Wisata Flora are also limited. This was obtained from interviews with visitors who use the Purwodadi Botanical Gardens education service. Therefore, we need a breakthrough in the way of delivering information to support flora tourism activities by utilizing digital technology. Digitalization is an environmentally friendly alternative compared to through the addition of information in physical form. Some of the technologies that exist today can be used as an alternative delivery of information to visitors independently, namely Quick Response (QR) Codes, RadioFrequency Identification (RFID), and Location Based Service (LBS). Of the three alternatives required a priority of application in accordance with the needs and management capabilities of Purwodadi Botanical Gardens. The research will be conducted using the quesioner and interview method with the management of Purwodadi Botanical Gardens and analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of the analysis are expected to be valuable input for the management of Purwodadi Botanical Gardens.

Abstract

Entering the industrial era that is increasingly advanced and growing, reliable internet connection becomes a very important foundation for every business. Internet connection failure or downtime will be the obstacle and causes much loss both for businessman and for internet provider company. This research aims to find a solution on how to minimize internet connection failure. One of the various methods that can be used to overcome the problem is called preventive maintenance. This research is chosen to determine how far the role of preventive maintenance in reducing the risk of connection failure due to device failure. Several tools that used in this research, such as statistical distribution to determine the pattern of device failure, and mathematical formula to calculate the estimated duration of the downtime occurs based on the time of preventive maintenance was applied. From that calculation, it can be concluded the optimal time to apply preventive maintenance to minimize downtime duration. The results reveal that a decreasing downtime value happens when preventive maintenance is applied at the optimal age of the device. Abstract

E-Invoice considered as one of the most implemented financial information systems these recent years. E-Invoice had grown from a system that brings convenience, into a part of the strategy to fulfill corporate expectation. However, it’s uncertain whether E-Invoice implementation indeed successfully brings proven benefits into the company business. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the indicators that affect the success of E-Invoice implementation in a particular state-owned company, based upon DeLone & McLean IS Success Model. In terms of evaluation, previous research regarding E-Invoice mostly discussed about the key factors that influence the adoption of E-Invoice. Lesser literatures purposed at studying the success of the implementation, related to the system performance. According to DeLone & McLean IS Success Model, there are six variables used as basic measurement, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, intention to use, and net benefits. Following that, a set of structured questionnaire arranged and distributed to 34 users of an E-Invoice system provided by a state-owned enterprise headquartered in Rembang, Indonesia, including vendors and employees. The data then will be processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The result showed that Information Quality and System Quality gave significant impact to User Satisfaction and User Satisfaction gave significant impact to Net Benefits. Meanwhile, Service Quality is not proven empirically to gave significant impact to both User Satisfaction and Intention to Use.

Abstract

The number of conventional microbus transports with passengers can be seen from the comparison between capacity in a trip t.hat is far from the capacity standard. This study uses the Work Sampling and Work Load Analysis theory to determine the optimal needs of the microbus ADL (Arjosari - Dinoyo - Landungsari) route. The study was conducted by observation and interview. The study was conducted by taking samples of microbus and microbus drivers as many as 38 unit of the total number of drivers and minibus available is 42 unit. Data collection by following the driver's activities for 5 days commuting. Record the number of passengers and the productive and non-productive time of the driver by taking into account the Performance Rating and Allowance factors and calculating the driver's workload. The results showed an average driver workload only 49 % with the current active microbus condition with total of 42 units. The researcher recommends that each minibus driver has an ideal workload of 90%, so the need for ADL line microbuses is 23 units in the hope that the number of passengers will increase.

Abstract

The industry of goods and services is inseparable and is highly related to customers, so customer satisfaction is always the main goal. A company will be able to continue to survive in the market as long as it can maintain good quality in order to satisfy customers. To find out which cooking oil products on the market are in accordance with the wishes of the customer or the voice of customer, a customer satisfaction survey or questionnaire was conducted which was distributed to mothers in Griya Asri housing complex, Purwosari - Pasuruan, by comparing 3 brands of cooking oil which were all made from oil palm, namely: brands A, B and C. From the questionnaire will be known what is needed or desired by the customer so the company can determine CTQ (critical to quality) based on the voice of customer. The questionnaire that has been distributed is then calculated sigma level and also made a comparison between the level of importance with the level of customer satisfaction. The results show that the lowest level of sigma for brand A cooking oil in CTQ is not turbid fast and cheap price is 1.86, with the position in quadrant A (Attention) while for B brand low level sigma cooking oil is in CTQ for low price, namely 1.83 with a position in quadrant A (Attention) and finally the lowest level of sigma for C brand cooking oil is in CTQ Not quickly cloudy, that is 1.97 with a position in quadrant A (Attention). So it can be concluded that the CTQ that needs to be improved and considered both from the sigma level and the quadrant position for the three types of cooking oil products is not turbid fast and cheap prices.

Abstract

The budget allocation of Industry and Cooperative Office (Disperindagkop) is the main technical service agency for the leverage of the development of two Superior Industries (IU) of DIY Province, namely Wood Processing Industry (IKA) and Leather Processing Industry (IKU). Dynamic simulation is an alternative method to predict the growth of IKA and IKU performance and an archetype Success to Successfull (S2S) will be conducted to evaluated the effectiveness of government budget competition allocation. Balanced Score Card (BSC) is used as a framework for developing the dynamic hypothesis of the model. After Causal Loops Diagram (CLD) had been developed, both in existing and improvement stage, the next steps to build preliminary dynamic a simulated running model are transforming CLD into Stock and Flow Diagrams (SFD) until tested to proof validity of the model to represent the real condition  and fisible be used as growth prediction of IKA and IKU for the next 16 years ahead. If model had been prooved valid, the scenario model (policy formulation) will be imposed (as shown in Appendices) to check whether the simulation model will impact on objective of the research.

Abstract

This study aimed to characterize and access the existing water quality of the two popular lakes (Kandawgyi Lake and Innya Lake) in Yangon, Myanmar. The water samples were collected from different locations of the lakes and inlet points of the lakes. The collected samples were analyzed for different physical and chemical parameters such as oxygen demand, nutrient concentrations, solids, and alkalinity. In order to access the state of the lake’s water quality, the samples were compared with standard water quality values. Most of the water quality parameters of the inlet points were found to be above the standard water quality values in both lakes. Biochemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand are also much greater than the limit of the compared standard (especially in inlet drain waters). It was found that continuous polluted water drains from catchment area to main inlets of both lakes. Algae blooming can be seen visually in Kandawgyi Lake , in which water quality is more deteriorated than Innya Lake. This paper will serve as a baseline data which could be used for water quality monitoring and evaluation of the lake.
