Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of relationship marketing strategy that consists of understanding the expectation of patients, formed a partnership with the patients, employees empowerment and total quality management on the level of satisfaction of patients hospitalized "YAKKSI" Gemolong Sragen. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing summarized as follows: The multiple Linear Regression Test could be concluded that understanding the expectation of patients, formed a partnership with the patients, employees empowerment and total quality management have a positive effect on the dependent variable patient hospital "YAKKSI" Gemolong Sragen in the rate of satisfaction. F-test Result was jointly independent variables have positive effect on patient satisfaction in "YAKKSI" hospital at Gemolong Sragen. T-test could be concluded that the independent variable had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. R2 adjusted shew of 60.6%, which meant that variables understanding the expectations of the patients, the patient's cooperation, employees’ empowerment and total quality management effect on patient satisfaction at "YAKKSI" hospital at Gemolong Sragen of 60.6%. Abstract

This study aims to identify and provide empirical evidence that the Work Experience, competence, independence, accountability, professionalism and Auditor Task Complexity significant effect on audit quality. Research is a research survey on the public accounting firm in the city of Surakarta and Yogyakarta city. The population in this study are all members of the colleagues who work in public accounting firm in the public accounting firm in the city of Surakarta and Yogyakarta city. This research used samples with a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Study population with 66 members and associates a sample of 50 members who are also co-respondents. Data analysis was performed with 1) an analysis of the research instruments which include the validity and reliability testing, 2) analysis of the classical assumptions, 3) linear regression, 4) test the hypothesis that includes the t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).That the results obtained by analysis of F test result are variable Work Experience, Competence, Independence, Accountability, and Professionalism Task Complexity Auditor together affect audit quality. While the t test results showed each variable Work Experience, Competence, Independence, Accountability, and Professionalism Task Complexity Auditor significantly affect audit quality. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination shows the influence of the independent variables are given in the form of variable competence, independence, accountability, professionalism, and the complexity of the Auditor for audit quality in the public accounting firm of Surakarta and Yogyakarta at 85.7%, while the remaining 16.3% is influenced by other variables not been examined outside the model. Abstract

The title of this research was an analysis the effect of facebook toward the individual behavior (a study to the students of SMK/SMU in Surakarta). The aimed of the research was to prove that the use of facebook influenced to the individual behavior. The objects were SMK/SMU’s students in Surakarta. Data were taken by using a simple random was gotten 132 respondents. This study used analysis tools such as 1) test the validity and reliability of the instrument, 2) descriptive statistical analysis, 3) The analysis of Structural Equition Modeling. Instrument test result showed that all items questions used in the questionnaire were valid and reliable. Descriptive analysis described the characteristics of the respondents by gender, Internet applications, support the school in the provision of Internet invest-ment. The Descriptive analysis stated that the majority of respondents understood of facebook. SEM analysis results that the use (application) of facebook has significant effect on individual behavior, where individual behavior was measured by indicators of attitude, personality, learning and individual perception. T-test results indicated that 1) the application of facebook has significant effect on individual attitudes, 2) application of facebook has significant effect on individual personality, 3) application of facebook has significant effect on individual learning, 4) facebook applications has significant effect on individual perceptions. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of taxpayers behavior, the tax officials behavior, the imposition of fines and Nahdatul Ulama’s fatwa against the delayed of collectibles property taxes for the people of Surakarta. The data were collected by distributing questioners and tested with testing instruments which include the validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption. Method of analyzing the data used a multiple regression analysis, t- test, f-test and R2test. T test results obtained that the variable of tax payers’ behavior, the behavior of tax officials, the imposition of fines, the NU fatwa had a significant influenced to the delayed of the collectibles of land and building tax. F-test results obtained that there was a significant relationship between the independent variables toward a dependent variable. And R2 test results obtained that the free variables had a positive contribution toward a dependent variable 65,5%, the remaining 34,5% was influenced by other factors outside of the variables studied. Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and compensation to job satisfaction and employees performance at STMIK AUB Surakarta. This research was a survey. The data used were primary data by sampling to employees at STMIK AUB Surakarta. Data collection instruments such as questionnaires measured by a Likert scale, the questionnaires were sent to 30 respondents. Data analysis methods were tested with test validity, reliability test, partial test (t test), Test of simultaneously (test F), R-square test and analysis test track. t test results as follows: 1. The Organizational Culture Variable significantly influenced to Job Satisfaction, 2. Compensation significantly influenced to Job Satisfaction, 3. Organizational culture significantly influenced employees performance, 4. Compensation did not significantly influence on employees performance, 5. Job Satisfaction did not significantly effect on performance. F test result indicated that the Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Compensation had simultaneously significant impact on employees performance. R square test showed a yield of 0.891 meant that performance was explained by the Organization culture, Compensation and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable had 89.1% and the remaining 10.9% was explained by other variables outside of the model. The test result showed a path analysis 1. The direct effect of the performance, organizational culture 0.690 was greater than the indirect effect on Performance, Organizational Culture mediated with Job satisfaction of -0.005. 2. The direct effect of compensation to the performance of 0,117 was greater than the indirect effect of Compensation to Performance Job satisfaction with mediation of -0.008. 3. Total organizational culture influenced on performance through satisfaction of 0.685 4. Total Compensation effect on performance through the satisfaction of 0.168.
