Server virtualization technology is the sharing of one physical machine by several server operating systems. The design and implementation of this mail server was built using Debian.5 as the base server operating system. The design and implementation of this mail server was built using a DNS server, web server and mail server/squirrelmail, configured using the help of the VirtualBox application as a server. DNS (Domain Name System) is a system that stores information about host names and domain names in the form of a distributed database on a computer network, for example the Internet. The application used to handle the delivery of mail messages is a mail server. This mail server always receives messages from the e-mail client used by the user, or perhaps from other e-mail servers. Web mail functions to send and view email messages via a web browser. Squirrelmail configuration is done by running the conf.pl script: $/var/www/wemail/config/ conf.pl. Exchange Server services include: Directory Service, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Post Office Protocol (POP3), IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), Complementary Services, System Attendant. The Local Area Network network at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is equipped with good facilities, but there is not yet a communication system that makes it easy for lecturers and staff to exchange information, especially in the Faculty of Engineering. To use telephone services certainly requires quite a lot of money and also requires the use of quite a lot of telephone sets, especially since postpaid telephone services must be paid for every month. When planning a VoIP network, you must have a server that functions as an IP PBX. In other conditions, such as at the Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, this tool will be useful for lecturers and staff as a long-distance communication tool by utilizing LAN or WIFI networks so that they can be connected to each other so that work processes are coordinated. started implementing wireless technology or what is usually called Wireless Fidelity (WiFi0). Mobile phones which were originally used as communication tools, now have more than their basic functions, various features have been embedded, such as image and video processing, document processing and so on. , this cannot be separated from the use of the Operating System on Android Mobile. The Android Operating System has the main goal of advancing innovation in mobile telephone devices so that users are able to explore capabilities and add more experience compared to other mobile platforms. From the results, testing the Wifi-Call Application for Calls on Local Area Network Based on Android, can be concluded as follows: The Wifi-Call application created can be used over a distance of less than 10M. The trial of 3 Smartphones was successful with different OS versions, it is possible that other brands of Smartphones can also be successful. Under the circumstances The connection is off and on. This application can still be run because this system only uses the network. The voice response produced by the system that the author created experienced a delay of more than 1 second. This Wifi-Call application has been successfully tested in two different locations, namely campus and 1 and 2 Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Universities.

The rapid development of technology has resulted in the birth of various new media (New Media) based on the Internet. New media such as websites and social media are increasingly emerging. New Media should be a positive thing, many traditional media are flocking to create new media or change their media to website-based online media. This makes it easier for people to search for information anytime, anywhere, without limitations on time and space. Online media news can spread quickly through social media and also through instant messaging services (messenger). New Media also changes readers who previously could only enjoy news presentations, now they can collaborate or even create media. This becomes a problem when everyone can create media and convey information through their media. The message or information conveyed is sometimes not in accordance with the truth or is intentionally created and conveyed fake news which is usually called Hoax. Hoaxes are even produced deliberately for the benefit of certain groups or people. Hoax reporting makes the media a public space polluted or contaminated. Habermas calls this reformation, namely that the state and certain groups intervene in the public space, in the end it is society that becomes victim of Hoax reporting. To answer this problem, it is necessary to create a media that contains a collection of Hoax news with the aim of being a place to clarify news so that people do not become victims of Hoax news.

In order to build qualified and reliable agricultural human resources, it is necessary for professional, creative, innovative and global oriented Agricultural Extension workers in the provision of productive, effective and efficient extension services. Agricultural Extension is directed to carry out advisory and consultation tasks for the main actors and business actors in developing their agribusiness business, so the adoption of appropriate technology can run well and in turn increase the empowerment of the main actors, productions, productivity, income and welfare of farmers and their families. The performance of agricultural extension workers can be seen in the aspects of preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting, development of agricultural extension and agricultural extension profession profession. In addition, agricultural extension programs should be based on analysis of farmers' needs and reflect current target audience conditions. Exponential Comparison Method in appraisal of farmer extension performance at UPT BPP Sukaraja aims to know the performance of agricultural extension in conducting counseling at UPT BPP Sukaraja. This research is to create an Application for Calculating Credit Point Numbers for Applications for Promotion of Teacher Rank at the Bengkulu City Education and Culture Service using Visual Basic Programming Language 6. The system design uses structured data modeling, namely Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to describe the data model and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). ) to describe the functional model. This application can calculate credit points for applications for teacher promotion at the Bengkulu City Education and Culture Office.

As a formal education institution at the first advanced level, SMP Negeri 03 Kota tries to implement all existing computer-based activities, both in terms of preparing subject schedules, making reports and other activities that require the presence of a computer as a tool. To be able to bridge the problems faced by SMP Negeri -3 Bengkulu City in determining the overall class ranking champion for each class increase is to build a program that is built using a programming language. While the method used in the decision making concept is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the decision support system (DSS) is a computer-based information system that produces various decision alternatives to assist management in dealing with various structured or unstructured problems using data and models. The benefits of a decision support system are making the right decisions, according to the type of decision required, making forecasts, comparing alternative actions, making impact analyzes and creating models. The SAW method can solve complex problems, where there are quite a lot of criteria taken, the structure of the problem is unclear, the uncertainty of the decision maker's perception and the uncertainty of the availability of accurate statistical data. Bengkulu found that this program really helped the school in selecting the overall champion at the junior high school. Where the process is very fast, practical and objective because the calculations are carried out in the program.

The decision support system for employee performance evaluation at the South Bengkulu public works department is very useful because it can provide another alternative for decision makers to select suitable employees to fill vacant positions. The use of a decision support system for employee performance evaluation using the simple additive weighting method is expected to reduce subjectivity in decision making. Instead, a calculation will be carried out on all employee assessments, so that it is hoped that employees with the best abilities will be selected. The research aims to create a decision support system for evaluating public service performance of employees at the South Bengkulu public works department. The benefits of this research can provide another alternative for decision makers to select suitable employees to fill vacant positions.

In general, native Sumatran people speak their mother tongue (B1) of the Malay language family. Each region in Sumatra generally has a different regional language. Specifically in Bengkulu, there are nine regional languages, namely Serawai language, Pekal language, Rejang language, Pasemah language, Mulak language, Kaur Bintuhan language, Bengkulu Malay language, Enggano language, and Muko-muko language. In the beginning, to search for a translation of the Serawai language, no one had ever used conventional dictionary facilities and internet online dictionary directories. So it is necessary to innovate in developing a Serawai language dictionary application to make searching easier, accompanied by database update content facilities and voice recognition. Therefore, it is hoped that by making this application it can become a useful medium and suit what users need. So the problem was formulated on how to create a Serawai Regional Language Dictionary using the Android-based Bubble Sort and Voice Recognition algorithm. In the data collection method, observation and literature study were used. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for the local government of South Bengkulu Regency to introduce the Serawai regional language to the wider community by utilizing Android-based information technology.
