Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis data penerimaan mahasiswa baru Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu tahun 2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui jumlah pelamar, jumlah pelamar yang berhasil, serta karakteristik demografi dan akademik siswa yang berhasil. Kami juga melakukan analisis komparatif dengan tahun sebelumnya untuk memahami tren jumlah mahasiswa yang terdaftar di universitas kami. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dimulai dari tanggal 1 Februari sampai dengan tanggal 29 Februari 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Bagian Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Analisis tersebut menunjukkan tren pendaftaran, demografi, dan profil akademik mahasiswa baru. Studi ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi para pengambil kebijakan universitas dalam merancang strategi penerimaan mahasiswa baru di masa depan. Kesimpulan dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa UMB telah efektif menggunakan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru, terutama melalui sistem pendaftaran online.

Abstract

In general, native Sumatran people speak their mother tongue (B1) of the Malay language family. Each region in Sumatra generally has a different regional language. Specifically in Bengkulu, there are nine regional languages, namely Serawai language, Pekal language, Rejang language, Pasemah language, Mulak language, Kaur Bintuhan language, Bengkulu Malay language, Enggano language, and Muko-muko language. In the beginning, to search for a translation of the Serawai language, no one had ever used conventional dictionary facilities and internet online dictionary directories. So it is necessary to innovate in developing a Serawai language dictionary application to make searching easier, accompanied by database update content facilities and voice recognition. Therefore, it is hoped that by making this application it can become a useful medium and suit what users need. So the problem was formulated on how to create a Serawai Regional Language Dictionary using the Android-based Bubble Sort and Voice Recognition algorithm. In the data collection method, observation and literature study were used. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for the local government of South Bengkulu Regency to introduce the Serawai regional language to the wider community by utilizing Android-based information technology.

Abstract

Currently there are still a lot of transportation users, the vehicles needed to meet daily needs never run out, many companies are competing in the transportation sector, especially in the field of motorbike sales. The research that will be carried out is to find out the results of increasing motorbike sales, to help speed up the process of optimizing increased sales using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The conclusion of this research is to find out the discounts and down payments that will be used with the aim of increasing future motorbike sales and the estimated total sales over the next 12 months.

Abstract

Research carried out at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is developing a web service with the nusoap library which can interoperate with feeder applications for integrating academic report data. By developing web services, academic reporting can be made easier and the development of existing academic information systems easier. The web service that has been developed by researchers can currently do several things, namely the web service logs into the feeder, lists the tables in the feeder, views each table with the GetRecordSet request, views GetDictionary, GetRecord, imports new student data and KRS with the InsertRecordSet request and Update student grades with the UpdateRecordSet request.

Abstract

Abstract_Bandwidth management is a network management technique in an effort to provide fair and satisfactory network performance, which regulates computer networks so that bandwidth is used optimally and evenly. The internet network located in Renah Semanek Village has problems such as unstable internet connection, unequal internet distribution, making it difficult for everyone to access the internet. This study aims to stabilize the internet connection by dividing the maximum possible bandwidth across all clients, so that users will get an equal amount of bandwidth. This implementation has been tested and proven to improve Quality of Service (QoS) on Rt Rw Net. The results of the implementation of the PCQ-Queue Tree method get an increase in QoS value seen from the upload and download parameter testing, initially the internet connection was not divided equally.

Abstract

Infectious disease is a disease that is very feared, it is not uncommon for someone who is exposed to an infectious disease to get different treatment from the people around him. There are still many people who have not implemented or do not know how to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Android is a Linux-based operating system that includes an operating system and middleware. Open source facilities can be freely developed for users. The Betungan Health Center is a health service located in the Betungan area, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu Province. Puskesmas is one of the government agencies engaged in public health services at the sub-district level. Educational video applications can make it easier for the public to find information and ways to deal with infectious diseases.

Abstract

Rubber is a commodity that has been developed by various rubber producing and exporting countries such as Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. However, this trade must also go through intense competition between exporting countries. In order to survive in the international market, rubber producing countries must increase their competitiveness by increasing the quality of their rubber processing materials. To improve the quality of rubber, of course, farmers and factories must pay attention to the quality and price of rubber must be in accordance with the quality of the rubber produced. Therefore it is necessary to create a clustering information system to determine the purchase price which will make it easier for the factory to buy rubber latex based on its quality. The information system uses the K-means clustering algorithm to group and determine prices based on the input quality values.

Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) is a company founded as a pioneer producer of urea fertilizer in Indonesia on December 24 1959 in Palembang, South Sumatra, under the name PT Pupuk Sriwidjajad(Persero). The system development model used in this research is the V-model. V-model which consists of development stages (requirements analysis, specification analysis, design, and implementation) and testing stages (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing). The method used in system development is the V-Model. This method uses parameters in the form of transportation origin (retailer), and transportation destination (farmers), followed by the process of calculating the amount of fertilizer allocation which has been divided according to the planting period, namely 3 per farmer group which gives results in the form of recommendations for distribution transportation costs. Based on previous system developments that use The V-Model method can be concluded that the intelligence/investigation that has been carried out regarding the occurrence of fraud so that the distribution of fertilizer in the Singaran Pati sub-district is not optimal is incorrect. The V-Model is one of the SDLCs which is the result of a variation of the waterfall model and is described in the form of V. Model -V is a method intended for small to medium-scale teams. This methodology allows software development to save costs and time required for project realization. Constant feedback is also a strong side. It's important to listen and make any necessary changes promptly.

Abstract

Shrimp is one of the high-value fishery commodities. Apart from being used to meet domestic needs, shrimp are also produced for export purposes. As a leading commodity in the fisheries sector, market dynamics are often unstable, so fluctuations in prices cannot be avoided, including the shrimp ponds in Linau Village, Kaur Regency.The current problem is that the process of determining the selling price in the shrimp ponds of Linau Village, Kaur Regency is still done manually which has the potential to trigger errors in determining the selling price which can be detrimental to the company. Fuzzy logic is a control system methodology for solving problems in systems, ranging from simple systems to complex or complex systems. In the Tsukamoto method, each rule is represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function called fuzzification. As a result, the output of each rule is in the form of a crisp value based on the α-predicate or the minimum value of each rule and the z value. The final result is obtained by performing a weighted average defuzzification. research has succeeded in making a shrimp pricing system by applying the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in the analysis and calculation process.

Abstract

Current advances in technology and information are always related to all human activities. Computers are very important to make human work easier because they can manage data faster than humans. This research aims to protect the data of Rantau Panjang village residents, which is a very important data source, from the village information system using the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm. The developmental method is used to solve this research problem. This method aims to determine growth patterns or changes over time. This research was completed using Xampp and Notepad++. This study found that the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm can keep citizen data in village information systems safe. The result is that a cryptographic method that uses the AES algorithm in the PHP programming language can help keep citizen data in the village information system more secure. The AES algorithm is a powerful data security algorithm that can be used in the PHP programming language when developing applications. A deep understanding of cryptographic techniques and the use of the AES algorithm in PHP is required.
