Abstract

The increasing development of computer technology has an impact on various fields. Including land and building taxes. Determination of property tax which was done manually has gradually developed using computers. Along with this, mapping technology is also developing rapidly. Therefore, integration between taxpayer data and mapping data is very important for each individual. A Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that takes an approach to generating various decision alternatives to help certain parties in dealing with problems using data and models. The proposed method is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is a method that is able to create a sequence of alternative decisions and select the best alternative in a decision support system to increase effectiveness in paying building taxes. AHP allows judgment and decision making based on uncertain and insignificant data. By using the AHP method, hopefully it can help make decisions easier in increasing the effectiveness of land and building tax payments at the Seluma Regency Revenue Agency Service. The decision support system application to increase effectiveness in paying land and building taxes in the regional revenue agency of Seluma district was successfully built using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Incremental research methods can be applied for application development. Application testing was carried out using the Blackcox method and the results the application is declared suitable for implementation.Keywords: SPK, Property TAX, AHP

Abstract

North Bengkulu Regency has a list of village heads who serve as village heads. Based on the current list of village heads in North Bengkulu Regency, the best village head will be selected. The problem faced in this research is that in selecting the best village head we only look at the abilities of the village head, even though there are several criteria that can be considered by the district in selecting the best village head. The criteria used in this research are Integrity (C1), Commitment to advancing the village (C2), Ability to manage village resources (C3), Work attitude (C4). To overcome the problems encountered, a decision support system is needed. The method used in this research is the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method, this method uses 54 criteria, namely: Integrity, Commitment to advancing the village, Ability to manage village resources, Work attitude. From the results of the research, the decision results were obtained with the best alternative, namely A5 in the name of Sugeng R with a value of 218.3333333

Abstract

Tingkat pengangguran merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur kesehatan ekonomi suatu negara dan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Dalam konteks Indonesia, masalah pengangguran terbuka menjadi tantangan yang perlu ditangani secara serius untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian penerapan metode Elman Recurrent Neural Network untuk prediksi tingkat Pengangguran di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan yaitu data Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) Provinsi Jawa Timur dari tahun 2001 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Data tersebut dirubah kedalam bentuk data time series dengan variabel berjumlah 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah epoch 500, learning rate (α) 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8,0.9 dan 0.1, dan toleransi error 0.001. Hasil pengujian MSE pada penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai MSE terkecil pada learning rate 0.01 dengan data latih 90% dan data uji 10% dengan nilai MSE 0,061227.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a computer-based system built with the hope of academic interests which aims to increase the quality of academic services, performance and human resources, as well as the resulting competitiveness. The Academic information system makes it easy for students to access important information related to the University such as course lists, grades, administration, academic calendars, information about each department and others. With the development of information systems in the academic field, it is also necessary to test information systems to find out whether the development and objectives of the information system are as expected. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of academic information system services (SIKAMU) using The ServQual method provides recommendations for which variables need improvement in improving the quality of SIKAMU academic information system services. The research method used in this research is e-service quality or what is called e-servqual. From the research results, it was found that the gap or gap between expectations and reality is not too big, which means that the quality of the academic information system in the SIKAMU application is good, only a few small aspects need to be improved. Furthermore, from the aspect of student satisfaction, it can be concluded that Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University students are satisfied with the services provided by the SIKAMU information system. With an average overall rating of 80% (satisfied). This means that students' expectations regarding the five dimensions of service have been fulfilled even though they are not very in line with what students expected

Abstract

Presensi adalah cara untuk mencatat kehadiran seseorang dalam sebuah kegiatan atau acara. Presensi sangat penting dan berguna di dunia pekerjaan. Perusahaan X, sebuah lembaga pendidikan dan kursus yang berlokasi di Kalimantan Selatan, masih menggunakan proses pencatatan kehadiran yang tidak akurat. Saat ini, Perusahaan X telah menggunakan sebuah website dan memanfaatkan foto selfie untuk mencatat kehadiran pegawai mereka. Namun, sistem tersebut mempunyai beberapa kekurangan seperti pegawai bisa melakukan presensi diluar kantor, karena sistem tersebut belum menerapkan geo lokasi sebagai validasi presensi, kemudian pegawai bisa melakukan presensi dengan foto yang tidak sesuai, karena sistem tersebut belum menerapkan fitur validasi gambar seperti pengenalan wajah, sehingga supervisor harus selalu memeriksa foto presensi pegawai satu per satu, hal ini rentan terhadap kesalahan karena dilakukan secara manual. Peneliti berencana untuk membuat aplikasi android sebagai alat untuk melakukan presensi. Adapun metode peneletian yaitu menggunakan metode scrum. Diharapkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi presensi yang diusulkan, akan mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan X dalam manajemen kehadiran pegawai.

Abstract

Honorary teachers are auxiliary teachers who are given teaching time according to the number of teaching hours with a salary in accordance with the hours of lessons they teach and have been arranged by several schools for the smooth teaching process. The acceptance of honorary teachers carried out at junior high school 12 Kota Bengkulu is still done onventionally without paying attention to quality and competence in the selection process, resulting in human error, open opportunities for nepotism activities. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can help solve these problems. The method implemented in this system is SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). The simplicity of the SMART method in analyzing responses, responding to the wishes of decision makers, and the simplicity of calculations in decision making. This SMART method aims to facilitate the decision making of honorary teacher acceptance at SMP Negeri 12 Bengkulu City so as not to use the manual system anymore. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the honorary teacher acceptance system with the SMART method can provide a good and more objective assessment.

Abstract

A design ofweb-based information system oftourism objects in north Bengkulu regency is used as a tool in delivering information on tourism and cultural areas in north Bengkulu regency to people who want to know the tourism areas. Abstract

Laporan keuangan terkait harga obat merupakan kegiatan rutinitas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Purworejo, khususnya dalam hal penghitungan ekuitas harga obat dilakukan dengan cara manual yang mengakibatkan prosen laporan yang lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan penggunaan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang dapat melakukan perhitungan secara otomatis. Dengan memanfaatkan AI yaitu powerdrill.ai, penghitungan ekuitas harga obat yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual kini dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan memiliki akurasi yang tinggi. Data obat yang diperoleh, mencakup data transaksi pengadaan obat dan distribusi obat selama periode 1 Januari 2024 hingga 31 April 2024. Hasil pemrosesan data secara manual dikerjakan doleh beberapa orang dibutuhkan Waktu satu hari kerja sedangkan dikerjakan de ngan powerdrill.ai dengan satu petugas dibuthkan waktu kurang dari 5 menit. Sehingga diperoleh effisiensi waktu sebasar 98.,95%. Sehingga powerdrill.ai dapat mempercepat perhitungan penghitungan ekuitas harga obat.

Abstract

Humans as technology users must be able to utilize currently available technology. With the help of technology and information using the web, an ordering system that can be done via the internet, which is often called the web, will facilitate the marketing reach of the services and products sold by the Company. Dawn Advertising. The aim of this research is to build a web-based product ordering system. The research method used is the system design method. which can be accessed by all parties who need information on purchasing products at the company. Fajar Advertising. The supporting programs used are Dreamweaver as a web editor, PHP as a programming language, and MySQL as a database storage system. The design of this system makes it easier to efficiently market printing products and services online without limitations on space and time. The author's suggestion is that the system can be used according to the company's needs. It is hoped that the development of the system will eventually make this program an online program.
