Abstract

The case data management process handled by Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office uses computers using office applications to create letters and tables of evidence for each case. The large amount of case data that comes in every day means that staff need quite a long time to make reports. Apart from that, the staff searched for data on cases that had occurred previously where there was a request from the head of the prosecutor's office, but this took quite a long time because the data that had been processed was already in the form of data archiving so that the staff had to manually search for the case data one by one. This reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of each staff member at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office. The application of the Sequential Searching Method in searching for case data at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office is a forum built to make it easier for staff at the office to manage case data and search for case data that has been entered. Apart from that, it can help staff in archiving data on cases that have been handled every month. To make it easier for staff to manage case data, a web-based application was built that can be accessed via a browser created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

In the current era of digital and globalization, the need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important. To improve the quality of midwives' performance, at Bandar Health Center, Pagaralam City, periodic performance assessments will be needed to motivate the midwives to be more enthusiastic in increasing their performance dedication. However, it is not an easy matter to make a selection to determine the best midwife. Decision support systems (DSS) can provide information and help provide various alternatives that can be used in the decision making process. The existence of a decision support system will also have a positive impact on the sustainability of midwives' performance based on regulations and assessment results. It will be used as material for decision making that can be taken according to expected needs. The results of this process are in the form of a midwife assessment stage as a recommendation in making decision to select a midwife who is suitable for receiving an award as the best midwife. This application was created using the Visual Basic Net programming language and SQL Server/database.

Abstract

Pada saat evakuasi harus diperhitungkan jumlah warga yang dimobilisasi, kapasitas orang yang bisa dibawa, serta rute yang dipilih menuju tempat aman. Dengan waktu yang sempit faktor – faktor tersebut harus diperhitungkan demi keselamatan semua orang. Bagian yang cukup penting dalam evakuasi yaitu memilih rute menuju tempat aman. Warga yang dimobilisasi harus diantar ke tempat yang aman melalui rute terpendek. Evakuasi harus dilakukan secepat mungkin, waktu yang dipergunakan untuk memindahkan warga harus seminimal mungkin, hambatan dalam rute harus dihindari. Penerapan algoritma djikstra dalam pencarian jalur terpendek titik berkumpul bencana gempa dan tsunami di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Pembuatan peta menggunakan Google Map API. Aplikasi ini berbasis web, dan dapat diakses online dengan alamat www.rutependekbencanabenteng.xyz. Pencarian rute terpendek berpatokan dengan 4 destinasi atau 4 tujuan titik berkumpul dengan rute line yang digunakan adalah antar desa, sehingga polyline yang digunakan adalah polyline desa. Node yang digunakan adalah desa yang berjumlah 12 desa (12 node).

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage is carried out based on the principles of justice, professionalism and accountability so that Hajj pilgrims can carry out their worship in accordance with the provisions of Islamic teachings. The Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province has used an information system in processing data on departure schedules for prospective Hajj pilgrims, however, determining the estimated departure schedule is still done manually. This research aims to analyze the departure schedule of prospective Hajj pilgrims using the weighted product method. The weighted product method in processing departure data is carried out by determining criteria, namely the age of the pilgrims, history of the Hajj and length of registration based on normalized weight calculations and determining vector values, so that a ranking is obtained where the highest value is taken which is used as the main priority.

Abstract

The Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Service is a government agency in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Performance assessment using a predetermined form. Every year an employee performance evaluation will be carried out to make decisions and consideration in determining the performance obtained by the employee. The criteria for evaluating employee performance at the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Service are Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The employee performance application at the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Service was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. The grouping of employee data is based on the results of performance assessments that have been carried out, namely assessment orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership. The results of grouping employee performance assessment data showed that the number of employees in the high cluster (Cluster I) was 22% and the number of employees in the low cluster (Cluster II) was 82%. The functionality of the application is running well and the application can help the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Office in knowing the performance of its employees based on 2 groups, namely the high cluster and the low cluster.

Abstract

Programming languages ​​and databases have a very important role in solving various problems faced by humans. With programming languages ​​and databases, human work can be quickly completed by creating a special application in the form of an information system. Currently, the process of selecting prospective BSM recipients is still influenced by the element of subjectivity of those who choose, so it is felt that there is less support for the process. If there is an inaccuracy by the assessment team, then the results will be feared that the provision of assistance to poor students will not be on target. The criteria used are: Parent's Income, Certificate of Inadequacy, Orphanage, Certificate of Good Behavior, and Living in an Orphanage Dormitory. In this research, the application creation tool uses Visual Basic 2015 and uses a database from Microsoft Access.

Abstract

The selection of the best village head is one of the programs of North Bengkulu Regency with the aim of improving the performance of each elected village head. A decision support system is an alternative system that aims to help make decisions through the use of data and decision models to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. The aim of this research is to build a decision support system by applying the composite performance index (CPI) method as a decision making method that is able to assist the district in assessing the best village head according to predetermined criteria. This research produces a system that can help provide recommendations for the best village heads based on calculations of criteria set by the selectors.

Abstract

An expert system is a system in the form of a computer application that seeks to adopt human knowledge in the form of a program with the intention of solving certain problems. Knowledge about something from expert is adopted into an expert system so that the system can diagnose and analyze a problem. Lack of knowledge about childhood diseases such as ARI, diarrhea and Pneumonia, can be fatal to health, therefore to help the community and medical personnel in providing knowledge, consultation and socialization about these diseases is to design and build expert system applications by applying the Certainty Factor method. Expert systems using the Certainty Factor method have the advantage of being able to measure something whether it is certain or uncertain, for example in diagnosing a disease. However, this system also has the disadvantage of only being able to process uncertainty or certainty of only 2 data. The final result of this research is an expert system to diagnose childhood diseases (ARI, Diarrhea, Pneumonia) along with the confidence value of the diagnosed disease, which shows the level of system confidence in the disease.

Abstract

Sertifikasi guru adalah proses peningkatan mutu dan uji kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam mekanisme teknis yang telah diatur oleh pemerintah. SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan belum menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam merekomendasikan guru untuk mengikuti uji sertifikasi. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk proses transparansi dalam penilaian kinerja guru disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah/memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam memverifikasi dan merekomendasikan data guru yang akan mengikuti uji sertifikasi dari Diknas. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) di SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan ini dibuat menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Aplikasi ini dapat menampung data guru yang akan direkomendasikan untuk mengikuti uji sertifikasi di SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat digunakan dalam menentukan guru yang layak direkomendasikan untuk mengikuti uji sertifkasi di SMKN 01 Bengkulu Selatan. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan maka tidak terdapat error pada sistem dan hasil rata – rata jawaban responden yang mencapai 53% menjawab sangat setuju, 26% menjawab setuju, 14% menjawab kurang setuju dan hanya 14% responden yang menjawab tidak setuju. Maka dengan hasil pengolahan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya sistem ini sudah layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Dalam pemilihan calon anggota Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah (KPID), metode yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan pengolahan data calon anggota KIPD menggunakan metode Simple Atribute Rating Technique (SMART) yang didasarkan pada proses pemilihan calon Peserta KPID yang dilakukan oleh Panitia. Dengan menggunakan metode SMART pihak Panitia dalam hal ini adalah KPID Provinsi Bengkulu dapat menentukan calon anggota KPID yang terpilih dari hasil perangkingan yang didapatkan dari sistem.Adapun tahapan metode SMART yang digunakan yaitu menentukan kriteria yang akan digunakan, menentukan bobot dari kriteria dengan melalukan normalisasi dari bobot setiap kriteria, menentukan konsfigurasi dari kriteria berikut dengan bobotnya, menentukan nilai dari masing-masing calon peserta dengan menentukan nilai parameternya kemudian dicari nilai bobotnya, selanjutnya menentukan nilai utility dari masing-masing calon peserta dan perhitungan terakhir adalah menentukan nilai akhir yang didaat dari nilai utility masing-masing calon perserta dikalikan dengan nilai bobot masing-masing kriteria. Setelah mendapatkan nilai akhir maka dilakukan perangkingan.
