Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the determining factors of the sustainable procurement adoption of the public procurement. This strategy could promote facilitate novel knowledge how various elements influence sustainable procurement. This research adopts a systematic literature review strategy to synthesise current bibliographies on sustainable procurement. Findings from synthesis of 33 relevant articles are determinant, role, indicator, conceptual and impact of the sustainable procurement. This research suggests comprising sustainable aspect as a critical element to consider in procurement process beside economic and social aspect. This research contributes to the public procurement literature and the literature on determinants of sustainable procurement

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penjadwalan dan penentuan rute mobil pancar di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Cirebon menggunakan metode Saving Matrix. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa rute pemeliharaan sebelumnya untuk mobil pancar memerlukan waktu 10 hari dengan total waktu 4200 menit (70 jam), rata-rata 7 jam per hari atau satu pos sektor jaga per hari. Setelah menerapkan pendekatan perhitungan Saving Matrix, pemeliharaan untuk 1 hingga 4 mobil pancar dapat diselesaikan dalam satu hari. Dengan demikian, pemeliharaan 16 mobil pancar dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 4 hari, dengan total waktu 1351 menit (22 jam dan 51 menit) dari 5 hari kerja yang tersedia (2100 menit atau 35 jam, dengan 7 jam per hari). Simulasi menggunakan Software Logware menghasilkan total waktu 5 hari dan 1514 menit (25 jam dan 23 menit). Dibandingkan hasil rute perhitungan Saving Matrix dengan Simulasi Router Software Logware, rute dengan perhitungan Saving Matrix terbukti paling efektif. Nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja eksisting adalah 787,5. Menggunakan perhitungan Saving Matrix, nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah 262,5, dan dengan Simulasi Router Software Logware, nilai produktivitas adalah 393,8. Nilai efektivitas tenaga kerja eksisting adalah 50%. Nilai efektivitas menggunakan perhitungan Saving Matrix meningkat menjadi 155%, sementara Simulasi Router Software Logware menunjukkan nilai efektivitas sebesar 138,7%. Berdasarkan nilai produktivitas dan efektivitas, metode Saving Matrix adalah yang paling produktif dan efektif untuk manajemen tenaga kerja.

Abstract

In recent years, companies in Indonesia and around the world have focused on logistics costs to achieve efficiency in the supply chain. This research focuses on vehicle route optimization in the package distribution process at PT XYZ in the Samarinda region, taking into account service time, demand, and vehicle capacity. The problem addressed is the delay in land transportation that causes inefficiency in package distribution, which is solved using a genetic algorithm to generate the minimum travel distance and the shortest route, in order to minimize sustainable package distribution costs. The research results show optimization of the number of fleets and routes, as well as a significant reduction in total travel distance and total distribution costs. Abstract

Abstact-The attendance system is a form of employee attendance data collection which is part of the reporting of an institution that contains data. Currently, at the Seven One Hotel Kota attendance data collection is still manual and stored in the document paper archive so that it is considered less effective, with the development of information technology today. This research aims to design and create an Employee Attendance Application Using a Web-based QR Code. The development model uses a waterfall model and focuses on the implementation of attendance using QR Codes. With this Employee Attendance application, it is hoped that it can further assist the Seven One Kota Hotel in managing attendance data. Keyword: Attendance, Web-Based, QR Code, Automatic Attendance System. Intisari— Sistem absensi adalah suatu bentuk pendataan presensi atau kehadiran karyawan yang merupakan bagian pelaporan dari suatu institusi yang berisi data-data. Saat ini di Hotel Seven One Kota pendataan absensi masih manual dan di simpan di arsip kertas dokumen sehingga hal tersebut dirasa kurang efektif, dengan berkembang- nya teknologi informasi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat Aplikasi Absensi Karyawan Dengan Menggunakan Kode QR berbasis Web. Model pengembangannya menggunakan model waterfall dan berfokus pada implementasi absensi menggunakan Kode QR. Dengan adanya aplikasi Absensi Karyawan ini, diharapkan dapat lebih membantu pihak Hotel Seven One Kota dalam mengelola data absensi. Abstract

Pengelolaan suatu organisasi, termasuk Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sulawesi Utara, sangat bergantung pada penjadwalan rapat. Untuk memperluas kemahiran dan kelayakan pemesanan rapat, kerangka kerja perencanaan pertemuan Agregat (Wawasan Administrasi Utama) online telah dibuat. Konflik jadwal, penundaan, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar peserta rapat hanyalah beberapa permasalahan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan penjadwalan manual. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem berbasis web ini memanfaatkan teknologi pengembangan web dan database terkini, sehingga memungkinkan semua pengguna yang berwenang mengakses sistem dengan cepat dan mudah. Fitur utama sistem ini meliputi penjadwalan, pengelolaan, dan pemantauan waktu nyata, pemberitahuan peserta otomatis, dan transmisi kalender pribadi untuk menghindari konflik penjadwalan. Penerapan sistem ini mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi penjadwalan dan sejauh mana jadwal yang telah ditentukan dipatuhi. Dengan menyediakan data historis dan analisis kinerja, sistem ini juga membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, sistem penjadwalan pertemuan SUM berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu kegiatan operasional BPS Sulut secara efektif.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT), especially the Internet of Things (IoT), has changed human interaction with the surrounding environment. IoT allows physical devices to connect and communicate over the internet, improving efficiency and security in various areas, including public safety. This research focuses on the development of an IoT-based Citizen Security System, which integrates the active participation of citizens in the environmental security system through the Environmental Security and Order System (Siskamling). Prototypes developed using the ESP32 Module are connected to a database to detect potential hazards, such as theft or fire. This tool allows homeowners to send emergency signals through a panic button that is directly connected to the kamling post. In addition, the system provides information about the schedule of the kamling post to residents. This study shows that this device functions manually and provides notifications to residents and kamling post officers through an Android application. With additional features such as RTC for time counting and buzzer as an alarm, the system is expected to increase awareness and response to emergency situations in the environment. The conclusion shows the significant potential of IoT technology in strengthening community security.

Abstract

Academic value is a measure of student achievement at MI Darul Muttaqin in the form of a report card. The process of assessing academic values is carried out by students who come directly to MI Darul Muttaqin, based on interviews with the author and relevant parties involved in processing student academic grades. Currently, the process still uses manual methods, where homeroom teachers manage student grades from the teachers for all subjects, with the use of a considerable amount of paper. This results in errors in managing student grade data, and the process of grade management for report card filling at MI Darul Muttaqin is still hindered by the time it takes. As a solution, the design of a web-based Academic Grade Information System for students at MI Darul Muttaqin has been proposed to facilitate the homeroom teachers in managing student grades, as well as to make it easier for students to access their grades for the subjects they have taken without needing to come to the school. This system is developed using the SDLC methodology, along with a MySQL database and PHP programming language. Abstract

Diagnosis dini penyakit daun sangat penting untuk meningkatkan hasil panen karena penyakit pada tanaman padi dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi produksi pertanian. Dengan menggunakan teknik Transfer Learning pada model VGG-16 yang telah disempurnakan bersama dengan segmentasi berbasis K-Means, penelitian ini menyarankan pendekatan berbasis pembelajaran mendalam untuk diagnosis penyakit daun padi. Karena kemampuannya yang luar biasa dalam mengekstrak fitur dari foto digital, VGG-16 dipilih untuk menangkap informasi penting tentang permukaan daun yang mungkin mengindikasikan adanya penyakit. Untuk memisahkan daerah yang terkontaminasi dari latar belakang dan memungkinkan identifikasi yang lebih tepat dan efektif, segmentasi K-Means digunakan sebagai langkah prapemrosesan. Kumpulan data yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini berisi berbagai macam foto dari berbagai kategori penyakit pada tanaman padi. Menurut data percobaan, pendekatan ini dapat mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit pada daun dengan sangat akurat-akurasi dapat melampaui 90%. Dengan berkonsentrasi pada daerah-daerah kunci pada gambar, K-Means meningkatkan kinerja deteksi. Jika dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, hasil ini menunjukkan bagaimana strategi kombinasi ini dapat meningkatkan akurasi diagnosis penyakit daun padi. Penggunaan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu para ahli agronomi dan petani untuk memantau kesehatan tanaman secara efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil pertanian

Abstract

The development of technology in the new era of digital marketing has transformed the way of life for modern society, where business owners now utilize digital platforms to broaden their knowledge, strengthen brand image, and enhance interaction with the products they produce. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to have an understanding and expertise in digital technology, as well as use social media as a marketing tool to expand their market reach. Additionally, a deep understanding of the target audience and the types of media used becomes crucial for digital marketers in determining product marketing strategies.In the current digital era, particularly in rural areas, especially on Timor Island, known for its cultural diversity and natural resources, MSMEs in home industries play an important role in the local economy. Despite having great potential, many MSMEs on Timor Island still face challenges in effectively marketing their products due to a lack of understanding and skills in digital technology, hindering them from utilizing social media as an essential marketing tool. This research aims to explore the contribution of social media in marketing home industry products by MSMEs on Timor Island, focusing on barriers, consumer engagement levels, and strategies that can be employed. The research method used is a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to obtain a comprehensive picture involving 100 respondents and interviews with 50 MSME entrepreneurs. The results of the study show that social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram play an important role in increasing product visibility, consumer interaction, and sales, but many MSME entrepreneurs have not fully utilized the potential of social media. It is hoped that this research will provide insights for MSMEs, the government, and academics to support the development of MSMEs on Timor Island through more effective utilization of social media.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu is one of the State Senior High Schools in South Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The school already has internet access and a computer network in the Lab that can be accessed by teachers, students, and staff within the school. However, access to the network does not yet have a security system that can prevent several threats from attacking the network. The purpose of this research is to implement snort on computer networks at SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu. Securing the computer network at SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu to avoid unwanted things by implementing Snort in it which will detect if there is a threat of attacks. Snort will be tasked with detecting attacks that occur if a client attacks the server in the form of pinging of death or DDos attacks. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the application of snort can help schools in knowing security system information on computer networks at school, as well as securing computer networks at school.
