Abstract

This research aims to create an expert system application in diagnose green sugarcane plant diseases using the certainty factor method. Green sugar cane is one of the plantation crop commodities in Indonesia. However, cultivating green sugar cane does not escape various problems related to diseases that are likely to attack green sugar cane plants. If green sugar cane plants are attacked by disease, the yield and quality of green sugar cane will decrease which will then cause significant losses for green sugar cane farmers and green sugar plantation owners. If it is not immediately addressed, it will spread widely and worsen over time. The MySQL database can accommodate information and data from patients who consult with an expert system which can make it easy for patients to consult about green sugarcane plant diseases. The resulting expert system can make it easy for users to diagnose green sugarcane plant diseases online.

Abstract

Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City is one of the public junior high schools in Bengkulu City. In this school there is a Mathematics subject that is taught to students. Students' ability to understand the subject varies, so that sometimes it is difficult for teachers when the learning process is taking place. Interest in learning tends to produce high achievement, on the other hand, lack of interest in learning will result in low achievement and there are differences in interest in each subject. The implementation of K-Means Clustering Method in knowing students’ interest in mathematics subjects at Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City can make it easier for teachers to find out students’ interest and can be used as material for teacher evaluation in teaching and learning process in order to create high interest in subjects, especially mathematics. Based on the sample data used in class VIII.E on mathematics subject with 10 students in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The results of grouping students who fall into cluster C1 (very interested) are 4 students, while students who fall into cluster C2 (less interested) are 6 students. If it is percented, the Cluster C1 result is 60%.

Abstract

The computer network at Sumur Meleleh Subdistrict is designed to support administrative activities, but its installation lacks consideration for equipment availability. The chosen research method is the Network Development Life Cycle, involving stages such as analyzing device requirements, designing network and system infrastructure, simulating to minimize errors, implementing system creation, monitoring devices on installed systems, and managing maintenance for technology adjustments. The successful implementation of an intranet network, utilizing an Ubuntu server as the system, has effectively optimized the sub-district office network. This intranet network assigns IP addresses to computers and serves as a provider for client devices, thereby enhancing employee performance efficiency according to research findings.

Abstract

White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of mushroom that is semicircular in its hood so that it is similar to an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. In the oyster mushroom cultivation business, it is not free from the risk of losses that arise if the cultivator is not diligent and careful in maintaining oyster mushrooms. New cultivators have difficulty identifying pests or pests that attack oyster mushroom plants so that the prevention that will be carried out in handling the maintenance process of oyster mushroom plants is less precise. The implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms can make it easy to find out information and procedures for dealing with pests and diseases in White Oyster Mushrooms by entering the symptoms experienced by the white oyster mushroom. The application of the implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms is made using PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the link http://hamapenyakitjamurtiramputih.my.id. To determine the level of confidence in the symptoms felt against pests and diseases of white oyster mushrooms based on the user's CF value and the expert's CF value. Based on the black box method testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and can provide consultation results on diagnosing pests or diseases experienced by white oyster mushrooms based on symptoms that have been selected by the user through Certainty Factor method stage.

Abstract

This research aims to create an expert system application to diagnose Angular Ceilitis using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method to get solutions and information easily and quickly about the disease. This research method uses the waterfall method which begins with the requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance stages. This expert system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Case Based Reasoing method can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose angular ceilitis. In its application, the Case Based Reasoing method can provide a percentage of angular ceilitis. So that users can use this expert system as an application that can provide assistance in the initial diagnosis of angular ceilitis.

Abstract

Pada sebuah sistem kelistrikan seringkali terjadi gangguan yang menyebabkan pemadaman aliran listrik bahkan kerusakan pada alat-alat kelistrikan. Gangguan ini bisa terjadi di bagian mana saja misalnya jaringan distribusi listrik. Gangguan ini bisa disebabkan oleh binatang, sambaran petir bahkan setting dari sistem proteksi yang salah. Kesalahan sebuah sistem proteksi biasanya disebabkan oleh adanya 2 jaringan yang berbeda karakteristik bebannya. Misalnya sebuah pembangkit yang mendistribusikan listrik ke jaringan PLN dan jaringan milik perushaan itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini bisa saja terjadi perbedaan nilai setting Overcurrent relay sebagai salah satu proteksi antara jaringan PLN dan milik perusahaan. Sehingga saat ada perubahan nilai beban menyebabkan sistem proteksi aktif dan mendeteksi kenaikan beban yang juga menaikkan nilai arus sebagai gangguan. Maka jaringan distribusi akan otomatis mati.

Abstract

PT Solusi Gemilang Persada is one of the companies providing outsourced employee services in Bengkulu City. In this company, every 3 months a performance evaluation will be carried out on outsourced employees based on placement to determine whether the outsourced employee will have his contract extended or not. Classification of outsourced employee data based on placement using the Naive Bayes Method at PT. Solusi Gemilang Persada, can help facilitate the company in managing outsourced employee data and assessing the performance of outsourced employees and can help the company in providing recommendations for each outsourced employee whether the contract is extended or not extended based on the classification results. From the amount of test data used as much as 10 outsourced employee test data, the classification results show that the classification of the extended contract class is 8 (eight) outsourced employees, and the classification of the non-extended contract class is 2 (two) outsourced employees. Based on system tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional classification application of outsourced employee data based on placement using the naive bayes method at PT. Solusi Gemilang Persada has run well and is able to provide classification results for each outsourced employee performance assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di TK Darussalam Plus Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah adanya berbagai ketidaknyamanan dan ketidakefisienan dalam sistem saat ini, yang menyebabkan pengalaman pengguna yang buruk bagi orang tua dan administrator sekolah. Penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan masalah pengguna, mengembangkan konsep dan prototipe, serta melakukan pengujian dan iterasi desain berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna untuk memastikan sistem yang lebih intuitif dan efisien. Implementasi desain baru ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan kinerja sistem secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability kepada responden yang berjumlah 15 orang dengan menggunakan perhitungan System Usability Scale (SUS), diperoleh skor rata- rata SUS sebesar 71, sedangkan ambang batas skor SUS sebesar 73. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut, hasil skor SUS berada pada Katagori C (OK). jadi kita bisa bilang begitu desain tersebut mendapat nilai minimum kepuasan , kebaikan, dan bisa digunakan tapi ada beberapa hal yang diperbaiki.

Abstract

SMKN 6 Bengkulu City is one of the public vocational high schools in Bengkulu City. So far, the process of selecting outstanding students is only seen from the results of report cards by summing up all the grades per subject obtained by students, and then ranking them. This is certainly less effective in determining outstanding students, because it must be supported by other aspects such as the value of student attitudes during the teaching and learning process, student attendance, academic and non-academic achievements. The purpose of this research is to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining outstanding students at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City. Therefore, in this study an application was built that can be used as a forum in determining outstanding students at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City. The implementation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining outstanding students at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City can assist schools in determining outstanding students in every school year, where the final score will be sorted from the highest score to the lowest score to get the achievement rank of each student, where the assessment parameters/criteria used are the average report card score, attitude score, attendance percentage, number of academic achievements, and number of non-academic achievements. Based on sample data of student assessments at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City, used for calculations through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for 2022/2023 Odd Period as many as 10 students of class X, the results of outstanding students were taken from the highest score, namely M. Abstract

Indonesia is the most populous country in Southeast Asia and a great asset for the development of the Indonesian nation. A large population, if not managed properly, can pose problems in the future. The significant number of unemployed individuals in Indonesia creates its own challenges. The workforce in Indonesia still consists of a significant portion with primary and secondary education, while those with tertiary education are relatively few. The workforce can become the spearhead by creating job opportunities (job creators), so reducing unemployment cannot solely rely on job creation through private or foreign investment and the government. The tough competition among the increasing number of unemployed individuals each year has led to a new option, namely starting a self-employed business, which falls under the category of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs play a crucial role in improving and growing the community's economy. MSMEs are considered capable of withstanding any situation to achieve the welfare of the society. Establishing a new MSME is a challenging decision for those with limited funds, and careful consideration is required before starting one. The abundance of business options that can serve as references does not always guarantee success since not all businesses will thrive. Before deciding on the type of self-employment to pursue, prospective entrepreneurs must conduct research first. Therefore, there is a need for education and guidance for prospective entrepreneurs to avoid missteps when starting an MSME. The current technological advancements can be utilized to assist prospective entrepreneurs in providing relevant data related to self-employment, one of which is through the use of smartphone technology. Users can access literature regarding the process of establishing a self-employed business and learn from the experiences shared by entrepreneurs who are currently building their businesses
