Abstract

Abstract— The way to achieve a more prosperous person is to control his finances wisely and carefully. One effort that can be done is to make a financial record so that finances can be well controlled. Such financial records can help a person to stay in stable financial condition so as to be able to see whether there should be a reduced expenditure or additional savings. But in general the recording of financial statements are still done manually, namely by way of recording transactions to the notebook and manually calculate the transaction data so as to produce financial statements in a simple bookkeeping. However, it is very inefficient, the large number of transactions that occur every day requires that recording, transaction counting and reporting take some time. From these problems then the authors will discuss How Making Recording System and Financial Processing In Application Management Finance e-Wallet Based Android. So the benefits of this research is to facilitate and assist a person in recording, calculating and managing income and financial expenditure using an Android-based mobile device. Abstract

Problems that often occur in the field of education are the teaching and learning process of lecturers to students, the assessment of the teaching and learning process of lecturers is still number two or eliminated and the assessment through eye screen, without having to be given a special assessment of the concerned. This actually creates a problem, namely, it cannot be known how the progress of teaching and learning process of lecturers towards students. The Exponential Comparison method can reduce the bias that might occur in the analysis, because the resulting score illustrates the order of priorities that becomes large so that the priority order of alternative decisions becomes more apparent. Test Results Based on the results of tests that have been done, found the results of 6 (six) Very Good Lecturers, 11 (eleven) Good Lecturers, and 2 (two) Sufficient Lecturers, If the value entered on each criterion exceeds the range of scores has been determined, then the value is automatically returned empty, and must fill the value with a range of values.

Abstract

Data security is important in maintaining the confidentiality of certain data that can only be known by those who have rights. If the data transmission is done by using network, there is a big possibility the data to be known by unauthorized parties.The columnar transposition algorithm is one simple transposition password. Columnar transposition is one of the classic cryptographic algorithms. Columnar transposition is one part of the transposition cipher with cryptographic method where the message is written in a row from a specified length, and then the column per column is read again with a reading sequence based on a keyword. Series length is determined by the length of the keyword. The order of column readings is based on column order.RSA Algorithm is one of asymmetric cryptography, which is a type of cryptography that uses two different keys: public key and private key. Thus, there is one key, namely the public key, which can be sent through a free channel, without any particular security. In this case there are two keys arranged so that they have a relationship in modulo arithmetic equation. In this case, combining both columnar transposition algorithms and RSA algorithms allows security in the form of message data to be very effective for locking the data even better.Keywords: Cryptography, Columnar Transposition, RSA, Java

Abstract

Decision making constitutes the selection of several alternative actions that exist to achieve one or more goals that have been implemented. By using a SWOT analysis is a tool to determine the position. This study aimed to build a data processing application in the promotion system for permanent employees. To achieve a bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Informatics, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Testing testing method is testing that is carried out to ensure the application runs according to the desired objective. The data collection process carried out by the author is observation, interviews and literature study.

Abstract

AbstrakPendeteksian wajah (face detection) adalah salah satu tahap awal yang sangat penting dalam sistem pengenalan wajah (face recognition) yang digunakan dalam identifikasi biometrik. Sejauh ini, kendala utama yang dihadapi dalam sistem pendeteksian wajah berkisar pada masalah ukuran (resolusi citra), Resolusi citra merupakan tingkat detailnya suatu citra. Semakin tinggi resolusinya semakin tinggi pula tingkat detail dari citra tersebut. Haar like Feature merupakan metode yang lazim digunakan dalam pendeteksian obyek khususnya pendeteksian wajah dan fitur-fiturnya. Prinsip Haar-like features adalah mengenali obyek berdasarkan nilai sederhana dari fitur tetapi bukan merupakan nilai piksel dari image obyek tersebut. Metode ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu komputasinya sangat cepat, karena hanya bergantung pada jumlah piksel dalam persegi bukan setiap nilai piksel dari sebuah image. Untuk mengimplementasikan dan menganalisis kecepatan hasil algoritma haar dalam melokalisasikan fitur wajah penelitian ini menggunakan software MATLAB R2012b agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara menganalis dan mengimplementasikan serta mendapatkan hasil menganalisis pengaruh resolusi citra dari algoritma haar dalam melokalisasikan fitur wajah(mata,hidung, dan mulut). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara mandiri baik pengambilan data skunder maupun proses pengolahan datanya, untuk metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan studi laboratorium. Disarankan dengan adanya penelitian ini, penulis berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada peneliti yang lain untuk meneliti pengaruh-pengaruh lain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan algoritma haar, sehingga algoritma haar dapat dikembangkan lebih baik lagi.Kata kunci: Pendektesian wajah,resolusi citra, haar like featureAbstractFace detection is one of the early stage is very important in a facial recognition system (face recognition) used in biometric identification. So far, the main obstacle in the face detection system revolves around the issue size (image resolution), the image resolution is the level of detail of an image. The higher the resolution the higher the level of detail of that image .Haar like Feature is a method commonly used in the detection of objects particularly the face detection and its features. Principle Haar-like features are simple to recognize objects based on the value of the feature but not the pixel values of the image of that object. This method has the advantage that the computation is very fast, because it depends on the number of pixels in a square instead of each pixel value of an image. To implement and analyze speed haar algorithm results in a localized facial features of this research using MATLAB R2012b software in order to know how to analyze and implement and get the results to analyze the effect of image resolution algorithm localizes haar in the facial features (eyes, nose, and mouth). This research was carried out independently both secondary data collection and processing of data, for the data collection method in this study the authors use the method of literature and laboratory studies. Suggested the presence of this study, the authors hope to contribute to fellow-researcher to examine other influences which affect the success haar algorithms, so the algorithm can be developed haar better.Keywords: face detection, image resolution, haar like feature

Abstract

The management of the Bengkulu Province KPU's Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) began in February 2019 which was marked by the formation of a team based on the decision of the Bengkulu Province general election commission Number: 16/HK.03.1-Kpt/Prov/17/11/2019 regarding team composition Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) at the General Election Commission of Bengkulu Province. The Legal Documentation and Information Network is a decision on the management of Legal Documentation and Information regarding technical guidelines for the management of Legal Documentation and Information within the General Election Commission (KPU, Regency/City). 2021 amounted to 191. The system used in the technical sub-section of election administration, participation, public relations, and human resources has been well programmed. On the Bengkulu Provincial KPU JDIH website page, there are KPU regulations, decisions which include (Provincial KPU Decisions and Regency/City Decisions). Data collection techniques in this journal were obtained from literature and were participatory in the activities of the Bengkulu Province KPU office. The results obtained from this activity can determine the comparison of the number of viewers and the number of PKPU that has been determined.

Abstract

Pengelolahan jaringan dokumentasi dan informasi hukum (JDIH) KPU Provinsi Bengkulu dimulai pada bulan febuari tahun 2019 yang ditandai dengan bentuknya tim berdasarkan keputusan komisi pemilihan umum  provinsi Bengkulu Nomor :16/HK.03.1-Kpt/Prov/17/11/2019 tentang susunan tim jaringan dokumentasi dan informasi hukum (JDIH) di komisi pemilihan provinsi bengkulu.Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum merupakan keputusan tentang penggelolahan dokumentasi dan informasi hukum tentang pendoman teknis pengelolahan dokumentasi dan informasi hukum dilingkungan komisi pemilihan umum (KPU,Kabupaten/kota) sejauh ini jumlah produk hukum yang telah di uploud di JDIH KPU Provinsi Bengkulu terhitung dari tahun 2013 sampai 2021 berjumlah 191.Sistem yang digunakan disub bagian teknis penyelengaraan pemilu,partisipasi, hubungan masyarakat dan sumber daya masnusia sudah terprogram dengan baik. Pada laman website JDIH KPUProvinsi Bengkulu terdapat peraturan-peraturan KPU,keputusan yang mencakup (keputusan KPU Provinsi dan keputusan KPU Kabupaten/Kota). Teknik pengumpulan data pada jurnal ini di dapatkan dari literature dan partisipatif dalam kegiatan kantor KPU Provinsi Bengkulu.Hasil yang di dapatkan dari kegiatan ini dapat mengetahui perbandingan jumlah viewer dan jumlah PKPU yang telah di tetapkan. Kata Kunci : Jaringan Dokumentasi dan informasi hukum, KPU Provinsi.

Abstract

The Village Apparatus is one of the important parts in the framework of running the Village government as referred to in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2004. The appointment of Village apparatus is carried out by the Village Head as stated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2014. The problem is that the selection of village apparatus is still done manually or has not been systemized and has the opportunity to cause errors in the selection of village apparatus. For this reason, it is necessary to have a system that can make it easier for village heads to find references for systematically selecting village officials. Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive computer-based system, which helps decision makers utilize data and models to solve unstructured and semi-structured problems (Turban, Liang and Aronson, 2005). On this basis, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "Decision Support System for Village Apparatus Selection in Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency" with the calculation method that will be used is Simple Additive Weight (SAW). It is hoped that this system can help facilitate the Village Head in determining the best candidate for his Village Apparatus.

Abstract

The title of this research is a specialization decision support system at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The main problem is how to make an information system in decision making at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This decision support system uses the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it determines the weight for each art or criterion, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of existing alternatives. Based on the SAW discussion carried out with data on the value of a student named Andi Prasetio NPM 19552051, the ranking results for Robotics specialization with a value of 56.1 Multimedia specialization with a value of 45.2 Network Specialization with a value of 45.2 and the largest value is Programming specialization with a value of 56 ,6. thus the chosen alternative is Programming specialization. It is hoped that the existence of this specialization decision support system can help provide recommendations for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in determining the specialization to be taken.

Abstract

A product provider must make the right decisions in predicting the amount of new stock that will be distributed to stalls. Sales of lifebuoy soap in Neighbourhood OF 5 and 6 experienced a difference in the number of sales each month. This of course will make it difficult for the supplier of goods to know the exact number of products that must be stocked. To be able to overcome this and increase the realization of sales from each stall, it is necessary to have a fast and appropriate prediction process that can overcome problems in determining the amount of distribution of new stock. The method used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method and is written in the PHP programming language. Where this method is chosen because it is a method of counting with variable words, instead of counting with numbers, human expert systems can be implemented into machine language easily and efficiently. Identification of user needs is needed in the design to determine what features can be used in the system and use story boards to get an overview of the system. System testing using black box by testing all buttons on the application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this system helps simplify and shorten the time in determining the amount of fulfillment of new stock requests
