Expert system detection of asthma. An expert system is a computer software system that uses science, facts, and thinking in decision-making techniques to solve problems that normally can only be resolved by experts in the relevant field. in this case is the problem of the loss of the supply of electricity to PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Segara Bay.The loss of the number of power supplies sometimes occurs by two factors, namely technical and non-technical factors. This has encouraged the author in expert system development effort to detect the cause of the loss of power supplies that should be enjoyed by customers of PT PLN (Persero), the writer focuses on the number of customers who are in the Gulf region Rayon unit Segara. The research was conducted by studying the type of form loss, symptoms, causes and solutions to solve those problems. Then design and implement application programs into the software, to be used as a research tool, and test the correctness of the design results.The results of the study are electric supply loss expert system, which is designed using Visual Basic 6.0.Aplikasi can be used by an expert to make additions, changes and deletions of data, while users use it as a media consulting and obtaining information about the cause of the loss of supply electricity.

The growth of technology was progress so fast and show benefist that better than never to business world. One of all technologies is present computer as media witch so help us, this media can facilitate work of same one. This happen used by companies and afficials prossession of government or corporate to increasing their effectiveness and efficiency in work. As one of public service, Puskesmas Kampung Bali city has purpose to giving health service to society that want it.As one of public service in healthy area, Puskesmas Kampung Bali Bengkulu City in serving to patient who get difficulty at the first time when come to Puskesmas Kampung Bali. It is couse less information so patient don’t know where are they go to regist and what is form of service that will they recive later never the lass can handled, if must passing a queue that spend time to much and sometimes will produce a messiness. It is mean that often happen getting the start of each other, sometimes any patient who unresponsibility or not want to queue with good manner, but they get service earlier ( except UGD ). So the other patient feels unsatisfiedly about service in Puskesmas. This happen caused by any bad of sytem so decelerate information that needed by patient.In design og system of patient queue in Puskesmas Kampung Bali Bengkulu City by using visual basic 6.0 after that do analysis process of queue system that going on in Puskesmas of Bengkulu City with design interface or appearance of input and output that produced by this queue system. Than from produce of queue sytem after implementationed, tested, and finally writer can take conclusion that is = process of patient queue must do faster and accurate, so that service can be more maximal, mor effective cause queue system has integrated in one special program in system form. By this system, administrator enough operate the program if want to looking for information about way of using this progam only with look facility using program that consist in this program so not need administaror in a continue and also not spond time to much.

The choice of location for optimalisai business activities such as site selection perumahn, factories, etc. are determined through mechanisms and patterns that can be understood. Various criteria are taken into account in determining the location include availability of land, raw materials, distance, accessibility, transportation, labor, security, local market absorption, political stability, and other supporting facilities.Some general location theory approach to minimize wear costs, maximize profits, market approach, attraction or gravity. One effort to help ease the employer or the manufacturer in the decision to determine the optimal location of housing is to build the software (software) applications of artificial intelligence based on fuzzy multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM).Determination of the optimal residential location decisions based on criteria specified by the employer. So employers particularly in deveoper / developers do not bother anymore to find or obtain information about the location of residential development in the desired by consumers, and can reduce the risk of unwanted and time savings.

This study aims to create a Decision Support System applications increase rank by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, in order to facilitate Kumafa Shipping Company Limited Lagun Marina to get employees to be promoted, as well as simplify management determines appropriate employees increased rank.Data collection methods used in this thesis pembutan the method of observation and literature. From the results of research by the author, it can be concluded that the application of Decision Support Systems pembutan Increase Employees Rank Company Limited Lagun Marina Kumafa using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Office Access 2003. Can improve the quality of the Limited Liability Kumafa Lagun Marina Bengkulu in Decision Making Increase Rank.

Making E - Records Implementation at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion is strived for perfection in the administration of archives that has not be integrated , systemic , and often comprehensive document management - document remains piecemeal by sections - sections , recording archives - still manually archive all of which are not apart from the common understanding and interpretation of the records are still limited and narrow by various groups , including among state officials to make the job was not effective and efficient when faced with the need for quick information . Data collection method used is through observation and literature and the latter is making software through a structured analysis and design .Based on a review of theory, analysis, and implementation is done on the conclusion that the Archives has the functionality and usefulness in supporting the activities of the state and the implementation function adininistrasi - management functions , in addition to the information in the records should be maintained in a system called records management ( e - Archive ) which is the management of the entire data file , so that later in the process of data retrieval and archival information becomes easier , quite accurate and quite valid , and can assist the organizers in accordance with archival principles , kaedah and archival standards .Keywords : E - Archive , Implementation
