Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem naungan pertanaman kakao terhadap serangan PBK Conophomorpha cramerella (Grillicidae :Lepidoptera) dan produksi kakao. Penelitian dilaksanakan di perkebunan kakao rakyat yang terletak pada pinggiran hutan di Desa Rahmat Kecamatan Palolo, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, dari bulan Desember 2012 sampai Maret 2013. Penelitian metode survey dengan membandingkan antara sistem naungan polikultur dan sistem naungan monokultur terhadap perkembangan larva penggerek buah kakao (C. cramerella) pada kebun kakao dan produksi dari masing-masing lahan.Terdapat 5 petak pengamatan pada lahan monokultur dan 5 petak pada lahan polikultur serta 16 pohon pada setiap petaknya. Variabel pengamatan terdiri atas jumlah lubang keluar larva, jumlah larva di dalam buah, jumlah biji rusak dan produksi dari kakao tiap lahan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat serangan  larva C. cramerella pada sistem  tidak berbeda nyata dengan polikultur. Namun demikian rata-rata jumlah lubang keluar larva (1.81 per buah), dan jumlah larva (0.25 per buah) pada monokultur lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan jumlah lubang keluar larva (1.41 per buah) dan jumlah larva (0.24 per buah) pada naungan polikultur, Persentase biji kakao yang rusak akibat terserang C. cramerella pada naungan monokultur 31,40 % tidak berbeda nyata dengan penaung polikultur 22.07 %. Hasil pengamatan estimasi produksi kakao tidak berbeda nyata, pada pertanaman dengan penaung monokultur sebesar 0.95 ton/ha sedangkan pada pertanaman dengan penaung polikultur hanya sebesar 0.88 ton/ha.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan yang diperoleh dan tingkat kelayakan pada usaha bawang goreng UMKM Usaha Bersama di Desa Bolupountu Jaya, Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru, Kabupaten Sigi.Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di UMKM Usaha Bersama di Desa Bolupountu Jaya, Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru, Kabupaten Sigi dari bulan Pebruari hingga Maret 2013.Penentuan responden menggunakan metode Purpossive.Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Pendapatan dan Analisis Kelayakan Revenue Cost Ratio.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh usaha bawang goreng UMKM Usaha Bersama di Desa Bolupountu Jaya Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi sebesar Rp 1.854.090 perbulan. Industri UMKM Usaha Bersama di Desa Bolupountu Jaya Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi layak diusahakan dengan nilai R/C sebesar 1.6.

Abstract

This study was aimed to breaking down the nutmeg germination dormancy by two different methods. This research was conducted from July to september 2014 in Seed Science and Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture,Tadulako University. A Complete Randomized Design (CRD) was used with two treatments. The First factor was level of scarification namely without scarification, complete scarification with sand, scarification with fracturing. The second factor is immersion of natural plant growth regulator (PGPR) : Aquades, coconut water (100%). The study has 6 combinations of treatments. Each cobination was repeated three times. Threfore, it was consists of 18 experiment units, and each experiment unit used 20 seeds. Total seed used in this experiment was 360 nutmegs. The results showed treatment was significant improve e length of sprout radicle, plumula length and seedling dry weight. Immersed with natural PGPR immersion and the interaction with scarification was no correlation on the seedling.  Fully scarified seed is the best treatment, 96.66% of seeds were germinated, the rate of germination was 39.09%, and germination length was 25.78 days, radicle length was 12.35, plumula length was 17.27, and seedling dry weight was 3.71 g.

Abstract

Lariang village is one of five villages in Tikke Raya sub-district of North Mamuju district, West Sulawesi province. This village was one of palm production centers in the Norh Mamuju district chosen as the research site.  The purpose of this research was to determine the income of Palm Oil farming during its 24 harvesting times for one year starting from July 2016 until June 2017 in Lariang village, Tikke Raya sub-district, North Mamuju district.  Thirty two respondents were selected from population of 151 farmers using a Random Sampling proportional method. Income analysis (Soekartawi, 2002) was used to analyze the data collected. The average land area size owned by every respondent was 2.17 ha. It was found that the total revenue resulted from the farming was IDR 44,274,193.5/ha.  With the total production cost of IDR 13.980.027,6/ha, the farmer was able to generate income of IDR 30,294,165.9/ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai dosis pupuk organik mikroba rumpun bambu terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai kriting(Capsicum annuum). Penelitian dilaksanakan disekitar area kampusUntad, Palu. Sulawesi Tengah dan dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan, dari bulan April - Juli 2013, Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk percobaan yang disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dengan dosis pemberian pupuk organik mikroba rumpun bambu yang berbeda  kedalam 5 kg  tanah per poliybag yaitu:0 g  (Kontrol),25 g,  50 g, 75 g, 100 g dan 125 g.  Berdasarkan jumlah perlakuan yang dicobakan diatas maka terdapat 6 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 5 kali sehingga terdapat 30 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk organic mikroba rumpun bamboo dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Pada setiap perlakuan yang diberikan ternyata dosis  75 g  menghasilkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, berat segar dan berat kering tajuk lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan dosis yang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shade level on the growth of plantlets dragon fruit . This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of three treatment that is shaded by 1 (N1), 2 (N2) and 3 (N3) waring layer. Each treatment was repeated three times so there are 9 units of the experiment. Each experimental unit consisted of 10 plants.  Therfore, there are a total of 90 samples of plants were observed. The results showed that the 2, 4, 6 and 8 week after planting, waring with two layers of shade treatment (N2) shown a good value for all the observations such as number of shoots, plant height and stem diameter compared to waringwith one layer of shade (N1) and 3 layer (N3).

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the performance of farmer institutional, farm income of rice wetland, and the form of relationship between performance of farmer institutional and income of rice wetlandin Sidera Village,Sigi Biromaru Subdistrict, Sigi Regency. The research location was determined by purposively. It was selected because Sidera Village has most of farmer institutional in Sigi Biromaru Subdistrict. Population in this study is farmer institutional in Sidera Village which consist of14 members of farmer institutional.All of them were done samples. From each farmer  institutionalwas taken 10 percent respondents by simple random sampling technique. There are 39 respondents were interviewed. The result of analysis showed that the score percentage of performance for farmer institutionalis 70,65percent. The score indicatesthat the farmer institutional in high criteria. On the other side,income of rice field is Rp 11.096.116,88 for one hectar of one season. The form of relationship between performance of farmer institutional and income of rice field in Sidera Village is positif and significants at level of ? 1 percent.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the income received by producer, marketing channel model, marketing margin, price part and marketing efficiency of chocolate industry Sakaya coklat in Pengawu village of Palu.  The industry was purposively chosen with consideration that it is the one with the lowest chocolate production capacity in Palu.  Data collected was analyzed using income and marketing analysis. The results analysis revealed that the income generated during the period of June 2017 was IDR 1,993,112.  There were two cacao marketing channels: (a) producer  seller  retailer  consumer and (b) producer  consumer.  The margin obtained from the marketing channel was IDR 14.000.  The price part received by the producer on the marketing channel was 84.2% for a box of 12 chocolates weight 7 g each, 80% for a chocolate pack of 40 g and 50 g.  The marketing efficiency of the first and the second channels was 47.13% and 22.93%, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang manajemen persediaan bahan baku rotan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pesanan bahan baku yang ekonomis,persediaan maksimum, dan biaya persediaan di Meubel Rotan Tora-Tora. Penentuan responden dipilih dengan metode purposive atau secara sengaja, dengan mewawancarai satu orang pemilik, satu orang karyawan bagian administrasi/keuangan dan satu orang karyawan bagian produksi.Analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode MRP teknik EOQ, Biaya Persediaan, Safety stock,  Re order point, dan persediaan maksimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam satu periode (6 bulan) dengan menggunakan teknik EOQ, perusahaan dapat memesan bahan baku sebesar 230,60 kg untuk rotan polish; 124,12 kg rotan pitrit; 190,24 kg rotan asalan. Besarnya persediaan bahan baku yang maksimum pada Meubel Rotan Tora-Tora sebesar 84,20 kg rotan polish; 46,00 kg rotan pitrit dan 68,62 kg rotan asalan. Besarnya biaya persediaan untuk pengadaan bahan baku sebesar Rp 257.239,83 untuk rotan polish ; Rp 206.293,58 untuk rotan pitrit, dan Rp 219.721,57 untuk rotan asalan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and distribution) and level of customer satisfaction of UKM Pengais Jaya Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) in the AmpibaboVillage Sub District Ampibabo DistrictMoutong Parigi. Data were analysed with Fisher 's exact probability test analysis (p) and chi square (x2). The results showed a relationship of the marketing mix and customer satisfaction level by using the confidence interval of 95 % or ? = 0.05 which obtained marketing mix (product , price, promotion and distribution ) in UKM Pengais Jaya affect the level of consumer satisfaction. Either partially (individual) or colectively, so marketing mix had a significant relationship to consumer satisfaction, especially the marketing mix (product and price).
