Abstract

For investors or companies that will expand, business feasibility assessment is an image of business will be done so it can be seen the possibility - the possibility of benefits to be received. In connection with this we need an approach that can support decision-making process to determine the appropriateness of the business to be run. During this process feasibility calculations that emphasize the financial aspect is still using Microsoft Excel so that data - financial data should be inputted again and again as a result cause problems in the form of clerical errors, duplication of data (Redundancy), inconsistency of data, and data are not integrated. This causes the resulting financial information is not accurate. Inaccuracies in financial information can lead to wrong decisions taken can even lead to business carried stagnated. This study describes about how to determine the feasibility of in manufacturing. Many factors used to determine the feasibility of the business, but this study focuses only on financial factors alone with some financial projections of cost of sales, loss of profits, cash flow and balance sheet. Based on these projections we can see the value of their feasibility using a number of financial parameters of the Payback Period, Average Rate of Return, Profitability Index, Net Pesent Value and Internal Rate of Return. Design tool used to make this decision support system using object-oriented approach. By using the Decision Support System is the potential investors or the management can be easier and faster in receiving information about the feasibility of the business to be run. However, this support system would be more useful if the potential investors or companies already doing business feasibility assessment of aspects of marketing, technical and technology.Keywords: Decision Support System, Payback Periode, Average Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, dan Profitability Index

Abstract

The development of education sector at this time to get serious attention because of the development of education, have a very positive impact in improving morale and intelligence of this nation. One of the districts in Semarang that has the potential of good education is Bringin. Although the district is located on the side of Semarang district, but the district has good potential prospects. Presentation of information in Beringin at the moment still require development, this is because information about the location of education is still lacking. The information displayed only the name and type of school, while other information such as distance, transport and other infrastructure that support is not yet available. With a Geographic Information System (GIS), the presentation of information education in Beringin can be done through exposure in the form of digital data or information related to the geographical conditions of a region. It aims to further develop a more reliable information so as to provide ease of both service-related education. Abstract

Development planning system is a unified regional planning procedure to produce development plans for the long term, medium term, and annual. Development Planning Consultation (Musrenbang) Village is a district annual planning forum to discuss and agree on the proposed development activities Musrenbang results at RT and RW are the real problem identification for the preparation of the proposed activity of the needs of village level development using the principles of participatory, sustainable and comprehensive. Development Planning Information System Development as transaction processing at village level Musrenbang using the linear sequential model (SDLC method). Abstract

Visual Learner is a learning method that has the greatest percentage of success in supporting the learning process compared with Sense and Active Learner. This means that the computer-based instructional media (multimedia) to be a very dominant factor in determining the success of learning. Mathematics is one of the subjects taught in elementary school students, with no media support computer-based learning (multimedia) on the subjects of mathematics pose some difficulties experienced teachers or teachers for example how to describe the multiple numbers and numbers of factors. It is difficult for teachers to describe the process by relying on an existing instructional media in theory lessons, and also illustrates the difficulty when the process is practiced in the real world. It can also be felt by students who have a variety of different level of understanding students make emotional connections with their subject to be low. Abstract

Nutritional status of children is an important thing to be known by every parent. The need for more attention in the development of under-fives is based on the fact that malnutrition occurs in the present difficulty will not rule out the possibility of recovery. Toddlers included in the nutrition of vulnerable groups of society, namely the group most easily suffer from nutritional disorders. Reference standard in the nutritional status of children under five are generally weight, height, and age. Sugeno Fuzzy logic is one of the methods widely used in calculations to determine the decision. Abstract

This paper aims to determine a more optimal search techniques on a case study of n-puzzle problem solving. Some algorithms are in review as breadth-first search, depth-first search, hill-climbing, beam, best-first searching and optimization with A * (A-Star) search becomes case study in simulated using a functional approach. Test simulation is based on the difficulty level of the initial state that is given from the category configuration easy, medium, hard and ugly, the calculation of the amount of expansion produced by each algorithm are discussed, as well as the time profile (report-time) of the design solution in proposing, show that the search with a * optimization method gives optimum results on n-puzzle solving compared to all other algorithms. Calculator is a calculating tool that is still used by many people. Calculator have many advantages, including the ease of use to perform calculations. Its relatively small size makes it easy to carry and in addition it also has a low price. Once the importance of calculators in the activity of the everyday, a lot of modern equipment which also contains embedded calculator application. Handphone also has the ability to perform calculations with a calculator, a variety of new computer also have the calculator facility. Microsoft Office Access that has the ability to create a Form, can be used to design Calculator Application. To make this calculator application requires the Visual Basic programming language that has been integrated with Microsoft Office Access. Abstract

In the development of software engineering, many known modeling languages, which aims for a software to convey information effectively and efficiently. Unified modeling language (UML), one of which perform visual modeling of the depiction of the interaction between elements in the system. UML itself has several methods of visualizing a system. Rational Unified Process (RUP) is an example of UML method. RUP is a method of modeling by applying the phases in its processes, namely inception, Elaboration, construction and transition. The difference with other methods, namely by applying the existing phases, then the modeling will be very structured and very detailed, even to know the stages of change that occurred in the modeling. The results of this research is the creation of a tool that can be used to learn about the router, which is to perform global simulation configuration on the router so that it can reduce the level of syntax errors in the string that will be integrated into certain modes contained in such user CISCO Router mode, privileged mode, global configuration mode (config mode), interface modes, and the show running config.Keywords : GUI, RUP, UML, Java, Router Configuration, Routing
