Abstract

Abstract : the research object is perum pegadaian cabang bulumanis. The purpose of this study to analyze the perceived service quality to customer satisfaction , customer loyalty and costomer trust. The research sampel of 100 responden with sampling techhnique is a non probability sampling . The result show thet perceived service quality has a positive and significant impace on customer satisfaction , perceived service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, perceived service quality has a positive and significant influence on trust, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyality and trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of numerical methods namely Gauss Elimination Method, Method, Cramer, Matrix Inversion Method and Gauss-Jordan elimination method. Cases on an electric circuit is formed into a mathematical model to the next is formulated numerically by using the four methods. This calculation uses the tools Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) which allows it to handle the mathematical calculations in an easy way.Keywords: Matrix, Gauss Elimination Method, Electric Circuit

Abstract

ABSTRACT: the objective of this study is to examine the role of manager's value orientation towards innovation as moderating variable in the relationship between budgetary participation and organizational commitment. The respondents were middle level managers and lower level managers at the parivate universities in Kopertis VI central of java. out of 400 questionnaires distributed. 71 can be used for analysis, with a response rate of 18 percents. the sampling method used was purposive sampling. Using regression analysis the result of this study indicates that manager's value orientation towards innovation dose not significantly affect as moderating variabel in the relationship between budgetary participation and organizational commitmentKeyword: manager's valueorintation towards innovation: budgetary participation, organizational commitmen, regresssion analysis

Abstract

People who use auditing service sometimes have different perception from the independent auditor's in the term of auditing tasks . The auditor firmly holds on professional standard she has whereas clients have their own legal perceptions on their activities. Interaction of both sides creates different independent legal consequences. This, thus, creates expectation gap between two sides mainly in legal laibility. Lawsuits arisen are due to incomprehension of service users towards diferences of buisness failures, auditing, failures, and auditing risks. Keywords:  independent auditor, lawsuit, buisness failure, auditing failure, auditing risks.

Abstract

Abstrak : sering kebutuhan akan kendaraan sepeda motor roda dua dan adanya persaingan antar produsen sepeda motor perlu adanya target dan strategi penjualan, maka diperlukan data yang mampu memprediksikan keadaan yang akan datan. Dengan menggunakan metode peramalan linier terlihat adanya peningkatan penjualan sepeda motor rooda dua sekitar 23% sehingga menjadi acuan regulasi para manajerial menentukan market share yang diinginkan. Kata Kunci : Metode Peramalan, Sepeda Motor, Strategi
