Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is aimed to find the influence of the dimensions skin whitening product, which consist of quality, public image, and advertising toward customer loyality, which measured through the intention to repurchase with same brand in the future. Through purposive sampling method, using samples 100 respondent were taken from student in area of economics faculty in UNISRI Surakarta. Logistic regression analysis with binary scaled-dependent variable is used to predict the influences dimensions skin whitening product which consist of of quality, public image, and advertising customer’s loyality. The result of the logistic regression analysis with binary scaled shows that there are three dimension of skin whitening product have the most significant effect in creating customer’s loyality through the intention to repurchase with same brand in the future The result of Exp(B) test shows that contribution which given by quality variable toward in creating customer’s loyality are bigger than another variables. Abstract

A bond rating is a rating that independent agencies issue to measure the credit quality of a particular bond. The bond rating measures the financial strength of the company issuing the bond, and its ability to make interest payments and repay the principal of the bond, when due. The objective of this research was to give empirical evidence about the effects of stock return and stock trading volume on bond rating announcements partially. The objective of this research was also to give empirical evidence about the differences between stock return and stock trading volume before and after bond rating announcements. This research examined 59 stock issuer on Indonesia Stock Exchange which announced bond rating during period 2015-2017. Data were analyzed by paired sample t-test and simple regression analysis. The results show that there are no differences between stock return and stock trading volume before and after bond rating announcements. The results also show that bond rating announcements does not efect both stock return and stock trading volume partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of brand equity and prices on consumer paint purchasing decisions Dulux. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method was using Simple Random Sampling. T test shows that the calculated t value for brand equity (X1) is 2,843 and the calculated t value for the price (X2) is 2,373. all of which show greater than t table is 0,984. so the hypothesis stating brand equity and price has a partially positive effect on purchasing decisions of paint consumers in PT Akzonobel Indonesia, F Test, obtained F count> F table or 25,984 > 2,70 or significance level (sig) 0,000 < 0,05 so that the hypothesis stating brand equity and price together influences the purchasing decisions of paint consumers in PT Akzonobel Indonesia and the coefficient of determination show that brand equity and price contributed 37,7% to the purchasing decision of consumers of paint dulux PT Akzonobel Indonesia.

Abstract

Knowing how significant the effect of satisfaction and compensation is on employee performance is the aim of this study. The questionnaire used is population and sample, namely all employees who work at the Surakarta City Hall employee office in the DPMPTSP section. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with a research sample of 61 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS for windows program. The analytical tools in this study used validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the t test analysis carried out, it shows that there is a positive effect of satisfaction and compensation on employee performance and simultaneously the variables of satisfaction and compensation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users. This research is a survey of students of the University of Slamet Riyadi who use Gojek. The study population was an unknown number of consumers using Gojek, Slamet Riyadi University students. A sample of 100 people with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using kueisoner, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This activity will be carried at Mlese Cawas Klaten, Central Java. This area has potential that has been passed down from generation to generation to produce traditional striated fabrics and processed products. The people living around the area are mostly weavers and weaving workers. The village has the potential to develop lurik weaving skills. The main problems that exist for the craftsmen include management problems, especially marketing problems, production processes that are not optimal and have not carried out efficiency. This service activity will be carried out using several approaches, including conducting training in management and skills, training on web-based marketing methods for craftsmen and applying skir technology for efficiency of the production process.

Abstract

This Paper aims to describe the implementation of art and photography skills with smartphone camera devices. The coaching method is done to establish a humanist relationship between coaches and aspiring photographers namely SME entrepreneurs so that there is a sharing experience among the coaching participants so that the participants can produce simple photography but high artistic value. In the early stages of the shooting technique, participants began to understand the difference in the quality of the shooting results of the same object handcraft where the shooting was done with the camera lens of two different smartphones type and the number of camera lenses. The next step, with the direction of coach photographer, the participants have been able to show the creative shooting Handy craft as per the talents of each coaching participant. The implications of this activity are photography techniques using smartphone cameras emphasizing the power aspect of imagination and the creation of human resources rather than the software and hardware aspects used for shooting.

Abstract

The implementation of housing unit construction needs to be done in order to control time efficiently. Therefore, the delay of the house will result in inefficient costs. This study aims (1) to determine the scheduling sequence of the type 45/90 residential development project at Perum GIP Kertosono, Nganjuk (2) to determine the network or network in the type 45/90 residential development project at Perum GIP Kertosono, Nganjuk (3) To understand] the critical activities carried out in the housing construction project type 45/90 at Perum GIP Kertosono, Nganjuk, (4) To find out the activities carried out jointly in the housing construction project type 45/90 Perum GIP Kertosono, Nganjuk. This research uses the Critical Path Method (CPM) or the critical path and the Grantt Chart method. The application of the CPM method is used to determine the time for effective and efficient development projects. While the grantt chart method is used to determine the activities carried out and the busiest time in the housing development project activities. Through the application of CPM resulted in efficient development implementation with a time of 84 days or 19 days faster than the total time predicted by the planning team for 103 working days. Through the grant chart method, it was found that the busiest times of construction were on the 16th to the 53rd day because at that time it was carried out simultaneously with the installation of sloofs, concrete columns, installation of floor tiles and construction of terraces.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of online shopping experience on repurchase intentions through trust in consumers of Batik Pangastuti at Beteng Trade Center Solo. The population of this research is consumers of Batik Pangastuti who have made batik fashion product purchases online at least 2 times using probability sampling methods with a sample of 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the experience of online shopping has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Trust is able to significantly mediate the effect of online shopping experience on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain the effect of profitability, leverage, and company size on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility on banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015 - 2019. CSR disclosure can be seen on the sustainability report reported by company. Measurment of CSR Diclosure index with Global Reporting Initiative Generation 4 (GRI G4). This research uses a population of 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The sample in this research 10 companies with sampling technique purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that partially leverage has a significant effect while profitability and size companies do not significantly influence the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019.
