Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kerja berlebih (work overload) terhadap keinginan keluar dari organisasi (turnover intention) pegawai bank pada kantor perbankan di Surakarta. Jam kerja yang tinggi dan ditambah dengan adanya work overload menyebabkan karyawan merasa tidak aman dan tidak nyaman terhadap keadaan pekerjaannya dan tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan ketidakamanan itu sehingga mendorong seseorang untuk keluar dari pekerjaannya dan mencari pekerjaan lain yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Alasan terbesar yang diberikan selain dari beban kerja yang berat adalah urusan keluarga, tidak jarang para karyawan menjadi kekurangan waktu untuk bersama keluarganya. Hal ini menjadikan karyawan tersebut tidak dapat menjalankan tanggungjawabnya dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga secara seimbang sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya work-family conflict yang akhirnya mendorong peningkatan turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden dari beberapa kantor perbankan di Surakarta. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural/ SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work overload dapat meningkatkan turnover intention melalui work family conflict.Kata Kunci: work overload, turnover intention, work-family conflicts, perbankan

Abstract

This research was conducted on SMA Negeri Colomadu Karanganyar which is using qualittiive data and quantitative data. The data resources are secondary data and primary data. The overall population in this study were civil servant teachers at SMA Negeri Colomadu Karanganyar totaling 47 people, the sampel used in this study was taken by 47 respondents. Technical sampling in this research that is used simple census. This research informs that work motivation, work discipline, salary significantly affect performance of PNS teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, sales growth, and cash turnover partially and simultaneously on net profit margin. The research population is the metal sub-sector manufacturing companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018 of 16 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 13 companies. Data collection techniques used documentation. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that working capital turnover has a positive and significant effect on net profit margin. Sales growth has a positive and significant effect on net profit margin. Cash turnover has a negative and significant effect on net profit margin. Working capital turnover, sales growth and cash turnover has a effect simultaneously on net profit margin.

Abstract

Purpose of this study to know: 1) significance the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction, 2) significance the effect of service quality, price and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, 3) the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a variable mediation. The population of the study is the consumers of Warmindo Berseri Solo with a sample of 100 people and accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of prices on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the effect of ROA, ROE and EPS simultaneously and partially on the stock prices of the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The population of this research are all companies in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling of 10 companies. The type of data used is secondary data from www.idx.co.id. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, analysis results partially with the t test showed that the ROA and ROE variables did not have a significant effect on stock prices, while the EPS variable had a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneous test results showed the variable ROA, ROE and EPS significantly influence stock prices. The coefficient of determination is shown from the adjusted R-square value of 0.014. This means that 14% of the share price is influenced by ROA, ROE and EPS, while the remaining 86% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze: 1) Effect of product quality on customer satisfaction 2) Effect of service quality on customer satisfaction 3) Effect of product quality on customer loyalty 4) Effect of service quality on customer loyalty 5) Effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty 6) Satisfaction customers in mediating the effect of product quality on customer loyalty 7) Customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. This research is a survey with a population of PT customers. Pegadaian, Cokronegaran Branch, Surakarta. The research sample of 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that product quality has an affect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has an affects customer satisfaction. Product quality has an affects customer loyalty. Service quality has an affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has an affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of financial literacy knowledge, understanding financial literacy, financial management, on improving financial performance. This research is a survey research on the UMKM owners of batik craftsmen in Surakarta Types of data using quantitative and descriptive data. Data source data uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was UMKM of batik craftsmen in Surakarta consisting of 5 subdistricts. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, literature study and observation. The classic assumption test of this research uses multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand image on purchasing decision wit brand attachments as a mediating variable in beauty clinic consumers ella skin care solo. The population in this study were Ella skin care solo beauty clinic consumers whose numbers were not yet known. Sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The sample is 85 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques (validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test,normality test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test dan F test) and path analysis. The results of the study show that brand awareness and brand image have a significant effect on brand attachment. Brand awareness and brand attachment have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image does not have a significant on purchasing decision. Brand attachment mediates the influence of brand image on purchasing decision. Brand attachment does not mediate the influence of brand awareness on the decision to remove.

Abstract

Financial distressed has the meaning of funding difficulties both in terms of funds in terms of cash or in terms of working capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial condition of Islamic banks classified as national foreign exchange private banks. The type of data uses quantitative data. Data sources use Secondary data. The type of sample used in this study uses samples from the entire population. The number of samples used in this study were 4 Islamic banking sector companies belonging to the national foreign exchange private bank. The results showed that the Z-Score values for the 2013 - 2017 period of BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah banks were indicated not to go bankrupt or in a healthy state where the Z-score average value of Bank BNI Syariah 6.11 and in Bank Mandiri Syariah 3,02 > 2,6. At Bank Muamalat in 2014 - 2017 and Mega Syariah Bank in 2015 - 2017 it was indicated to be unsafe or Gray Area where the value of Z-Score 1,1 < ZScore < 2,6 and the indicated bankrupt result was bank Muamalat in 2013 and the Mega Syariah bank in 2013 - 2014 where the value of Z-Score < 1,1.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain the effect of profitability, leverage, and company size on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility on banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015 - 2019. CSR disclosure can be seen on the sustainability report reported by company. Measurment of CSR Diclosure index with Global Reporting Initiative Generation 4 (GRI G4). This research uses a population of 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The sample in this research 10 companies with sampling technique purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that partially leverage has a significant effect while profitability and size companies do not significantly influence the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019.
