Abstract

Meningkatnya perdagangan karena berkembangnya teknologi aplikasi di dunia bisnis membuat Shopee sebagai salah satu situs elektronik komersial asing yang harus ikut bersaing dalam mencari Pelanggan harus selalu beradaptasi dengan keadaan, potensi pelanggan usia 35 tahun ke atas masih bisa diharapkan dengan menyesuaikan program dalam aplikasinya. Sampel penelitian ini masyarakat yang tau dan pernah melakukan transaksi, ada 100 responden. Hasil Penelitian Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif Signifikan Terhadap Minat Belanja Online, sedangkan Kepercayaan berpengaruh negtif tidak signifikan Terhadap Minat Belanja Online, untuk Kualitas Jasa berpengaruh Positif tidak Signifikan Terhadap Minat Belanja Online. Hasil Uji Determinasi sebesar 32,1%

Abstract

UMKM menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, era digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha bergerak secepat perubahan. Data, teknologi Smartphone dan aplikasi adalah satu paket. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah imooji. Bagi UMKM aplikasi imooji membantu mencapai tujuan usaha. Pemasaran Sosial digunakan untuk menarik empati, yaitu dengan mengelola sampah. Roti Andika adalah UMKM di daerah Tohudan, menghasilkan roti berbahan baku, peralatan dan cara operasional konvensional. Keunggulannya harga murah. Pegawai Roti Andika anak-anak muda yang familiar dengan smartphone, tetapi penggunaan smartphone tidak optimal. Fungsi Aplikasi imooji untuk memasarkan produk, kali ini kontennya berisi kepedulani lingkungan yaitu cara mengelola sampah yang benar. Target pelatihan meningkatkan penjualan melalui konten mengelola sampah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada siapapun, dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan konten menarik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance of the influence of service quality, price, and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at The Hidden Place by Jox's Surakarta. This type of research is a consumer survey, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all consumers at The Hidden Place by Jox's Surakarta whose numbers are not known with certainty. Samples amounted to 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The instrument test uses a validity test and a reliability test. The classic assumption test uses tests: Multicollinearity, Autocorrelation, Heteroscedasticity, and Normality. Data analysis techniques: multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2 ). The result of this study indicate that the service quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction in The Hidden Place By Jox’s Surakarta, price significantly influence consumer satisfaction in The Hidden Place By Jox’s Surakarta, and store atmosphere significantly influence consumer satisfaction in The Hidden Place By Jox’s Surakarta. Three variables contributed 31 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the supply of soybean raw materials in the Home Industry Tahu Bu Iguk in Wonogiri by used the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method in making an economical order. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used EOQ analysis. The results showed that the optimal ordering results using the EOQ method per month was 4,665 kg, this case was more economical compared to the average home industry raw material ordering of 4.743 kg. The frequency of purchasing soybean raw materials is 12.20 times, this is more efficient when compared to the company, which is 38 times. The safety stock results for 2019 amounted to 1.158 kg. Reorder point results of 1.523,37 kg per day to be produced into tofu. The results of the calculation of the total cost of raw materials inventory of the Home Industry Tofu Bu Iguk Wonogiri in 2019 with the EOQ method is Rp 1.376.167,80.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of celebrity endorsers, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions on Emina Cosmetics products. This type of research is a survey of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The type of data used is quantitative data and qualitative data. Data sources using primary data sources and secondary data. The population in this study were students who used Emina Cosmetics in the Faculty of Economics at Slamet Riyadi University in Surakarta with a sample of 100 people and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using the instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers Marakez Café in Surakrta, the type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are secondary and primary data. The entire population in this study are all Marakez Café consumers whose numbers cannot be known. The sample used in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique is done by using nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling method. In this study shows that store atmosphere and product quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Variable store atmosphere, product quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase intentions. The sobel test results in this study indicate that store atmosphere and product quality influence repurchase intentions with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research was used to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction of TFP Kopi Warung Surakarta. The population sample used is a TFP Kopi Warung Surakarta customers. The sample used in this research is 100 people respondents. The sampling technique use Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.The result of the research shows that the persial and simultaneous service quality, product quality, and price positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of product design and competitive prices on consumer trust, analysis the effect of product design and competitive prices on purchasing decisions, analysis the influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions and analysis consumer trust in mediating the effect of product design and competitive prices on purchasing decisions. Type of this research is a survey consumers of UD. Yoso Jati. The sampling technique using non probability sampling techniques with an accidental sampling method of 70 respondents. The technique of data collection by questionnaires, literature studies and observation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The result of the study indicated that the product design and competitive prices have an effect on consumer trust, product design and competitive prices have an effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust influences purchasing decisions, consumer trust in mediating the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, consumer trust does not mediate the effect of competitive prices on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of controlling raw material inventories using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method compared to the conventional methods of the company today. Raw materials are important in the production process, therefore the company must have sufficient raw material supplies to support production activities. If the supply of raw materials owned is lacking, the production process will be hampered. The inhibition of the production process will affect the amount of output produced. If the output results cannot meet consumer demand, the amount of profits the company will receive will also decrease, even the company's trust will also decrease. Roti Widoro is a company engaged in the food industry. In food industry companies, the production process is an activity that is very important for the survival of the company. Inventory is one of the things that must be considered in a production process because it directly affects the smoothness of the production process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users. This research is a survey of students of the University of Slamet Riyadi who use Gojek. The study population was an unknown number of consumers using Gojek, Slamet Riyadi University students. A sample of 100 people with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using kueisoner, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
