Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze effect of positive word of mouth on consumer decision with perceived quality as mediation variable. Design research are survey. Population are consumer of Ella Skin Care. Samle used 50 consumer with convenience sampling. This type of data is qualitative data and quantitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary Collected data technique use questionnaires, observation and documentation. Analysis technique used path analysis. The result showed positive word of mouth has significant effect on consumer decision. Positive word of mouth has significant effect on perceived quality. Positive word of mouth has significant effect on consumer decision with perceived quality as mediation variable. Keywords: positive word of mouth, consumer decision, perceived quality

Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze the effect of competention, leadership and motivation on employee performance dan to analyze effect of competention and leadership on employee performance with motivation are moderation. Design research is survey on employees of CV. Harapan Baru Surakarta. Population are 56 employees with sampling technique used sensus. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and literature. The data analysis technique used regression with moderation. The results showed that competention has significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has significant effect on employees performance. Motivation has significant effect on employees performance. Motivation did not moderate effect of competention on employees performance. Abstract

This study was a survey done to BPU Rosalia Indah Karanganyar employee, aims to find out the effect of leadership, discipline, and organization comitment on the employee performance. The research sample comprised 122 employees. The sample taking technique used proportional clustered random sampling by proportional 30 percent each division. The data were collected trough direct observation and questioner. They were analyzed using the multiple regression technique. There is significant effect of the leadership on the BPU Rosalia Indah Karanganyar employee performance and the leadership giving most dominant effect on the employee performance; there is significant effect of the discipline on the BPU Rosalia Indah Karanganyar employee performance; and there is significant effect of the organization commitment on the BPU Rosalia Indah Karanganyar employee performance. The leadership, discipline and organization commitment rate variables give a contribution of 42,3 percent. Keywords: leadership, discipline, organization commitment, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of graphic design, brand, and product on purchase decisions and determine the dominant factor influencing purchase decisions on products t-shirt in Distro Idiomatic Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Distro Idiomatic Yogyakarta using samples of 100 consumers in Distro Idiomatic Yogyakarta taken by convenience sampling technique. Hypothesis testing, using multiple linear regression analysis, while data processing using SPSS version 20. The results showed that (1) graphic design have a significant effect on purchase decisions (2) brand have a significant effect on purchase decisions (3) product quality have a significant effect on purchase decisions (4) the dominant factor influencing purchase decision is graphic design. The conclusion of this study, that all hypothesis are accepted. Keywords: graphic design, brand, product quality, purchase decision

Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect of reward on employee job satisfaction (2) significance effect of reward on employee motivation (3) significance effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction (4) the effect of reward on employee job satisfaction, through motivation as the mediating variable. The location of this research at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Main Branch in Surakarta. This research using samples of 100 employee with proportional random sampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) reward has not significance effect on employee job satisfaction, thus hypothesis 1 rejected. (2) reward has significance effect on employee motivation, thus hypothesis 2 supported. (3) motivation has significance effect on employee job satisfaction, thus hypothesis 3 supported. (4) motivation as the mediating variable of the effect reward on employee job satisfaction, thus hypothesis 4 supported. Increased of employee job satisfaction can be used as a strategy to build a service excellence for the company in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Main Branch Surakarta. Employee job satisfaction can be improved through the rewards that can motivate employees to work more productively and professionally. Keywords: reward, motivation, job satisfaction

Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, (2) effect of restaurant image to customer satisfaction, (3) effect customer satisfaction to behavioral intentions, (4) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all customer of restaurant Ayam Goreng Mbah Karto in Sukoharjo. The samples of this research consist of 100 respondent, taken with accidental sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using the path analysis, meanwhile data processing in this research using SPSS program. The result reveals that (1) restaurant image have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (2) restaurant image have significance effect to customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (4) there is a significance direct effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions, (2) effect of perceived value to consumer satisfaction, (3) effect consumer satisfaction to behavioral intentions, (4) effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions, through consumer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all consumer of Hartono Life Style Mall in Solo Baru. The samples of this research consist of 100 responden, taken with convenience sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses the path analysis, meanwhile data processing in this research using SPSS program. The result reveals that (1) perceived value have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (2) perceived value have significance effect to consumer satisfaction; (3) consumer satisfaction have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (4) there is a significance direct effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions, through consumer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Abstract

The research objectives are to analyze the significance of the effect work motivation on employee performance, work ethics on employee performance, tenure on employee performance, the effect of the work motivation on employee performance moderated by tenure, and the effect of the work ethic on employee performance moderated by tenure in Business Multi Purpose Cooperative Sinar Mas Motor Delanggu. The research method used survey method, the type of data use quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used are primary and secondary data. Collection method: questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The sampling technique to include all employees by 30 respondents. Test instrument is validity and reliability test. Data analysis technique used classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination (R2), the absolute value of the difference test. The test result indicates that motivation (X1) have an influence on employee performance (Y) in the Business Multipurpose Cooperative Sinar Mas Motor Delanggu because the value of the regression of the most large. The tenure does not moderate the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the tenure does not moderate influence on employee performance work ethic in Multipurpose Cooperative Sinar Mas Motor Delanggu. To analyze whether the trust moderating services quality influence and company reputation to consumer satisfaction at Jayapura Motor repair shop in Jatipuro Karanganyar. The result of this research conclude there is a significance influence from service quality, company reputation and trust to consumer satisfaction at Jayapura Motor repair shop in Jatipuro Karanganyar. Trust isn’t moderating the service quality influence to consumer satisfaction at Jayapura Motor repair shop in Jatipuro Karanganyar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of service quality of mobile banking and satisfaction on loyalty and analyze the effect of the service quality of mobile banking on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction. This study is a survey at consumers of Bank BNI Sukoharjo. Population are customer whose used mobile banking. Sample as many as 100 people with convenience sampling. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, observations and literature. Data were analyzed used path analysis. The survey results revealed that the service quality of mobile banking has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality of mobile banking has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
