Abstract

The objective of this study are to know the effect of green marketing to purchasing decisions Ades. Population in this study were students in Slamet Riyadi University. In this research the large amount of samples was determined as many as 100 respondents. Technique analysis of data used was multiple linear regression technique analysis. The data used in this research are primary data obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Test precondition analysis used in this study include: normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity autocorrelation and linearity hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis, F test, T test and the coefficient of determination. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that the green product influence positive on purchasing decisions Ades, green price no influence on purchasing decisions Ades, green promotion influence positive on purchasing decisions Ades and green place influence positive on purchasing decision Ades. Based on the results of the calculation Adjusted R square of 0,325 so that it can be interpreted that 32,5 percent Ades purchasing decisions green marketing. Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. Research design was survey on customer of Arfa Barbershop Surakarta. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data used primary and secondary data. Population are customers Arfa Barbershop Surakarta. Sample used 100 customer with convenience sampling. Technique of collecting data used questionnaire, observation and documentation. Analysis data used assumption classic test, multiple regression, t test, F test and coefficient determination. Result showed that tangibles has did not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Reliability has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Responsiveness has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Assurance has did not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Empathy has significant effect customer satisfaction. Reliability was a dominant variable on customer satisfaction because has value of coefficient regression are biggest. Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of promotion, price and customer satisfaction towards purchasing decision Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. 2) to analyze the effect of moderation in consumer satisfaction influence promotion and price of purchase Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. Research methods using method survey. The population in this research community teenagers and adults who smoke Djarum Super sex with males in the Village Central sub-district of Sragen. In research technique sampling using a purposive sampling, the number of samples that used as many as 100 people. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, the coefficient of determination and analysis of the absolute difference. The research results obtained conclusions: there is a significant influence on promotion, price and customer satisfaction towards purchasing decision Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. Consumer satisfaction does not moderate the influence of promotions and price of purchase Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. \ Keywords: promotion, price, consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of price, quality of service and location on consumer purchasing decisions in Dealer Panggung Motor Yamaha Nusukan. To analyze the most dominant variable influence on the Dealer Panggung Motor Yamaha Nusukan. In conclusion, that there is a significant influence price, quality of service and location on consumer purchasing decisions in Dealer Panggung Motor Yamaha Nusukan. Quality of care is the most dominant variable influence on consumer purchase decisions in Dealer Panggung Motor Yamaha Nusukan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of the work environment and motivation to employee performance and analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study is a survey of staff at the Department of Cleanliness And Landscaping Surakarta. The study population and sample as many as 421 people were taken as many as 85 people with proportional cluster random sampling technique. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, observations and literature. Data were analyzed used validity, reliability, classic assumption test and path analysis. The survey results revealed that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a significant effect on employee motivation. Motivation has no significant effect on the employee performance. Motivation does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performanceKeywords: work environment, motivation, performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) Effect of products on the income of salon business in the city of Solo, (2) The effect of price on the income of salon business in the city of Solo, (3) Effect of promotions on the income of salon business in the city of Solo. This study is a sample research with 35 respondents of salon entrepreneur in the city of Solo, using proporsional sample random sampling. To test the hypothesis, researcher used linear multiple regression analysis, data processing using SPSS. The results of this study point to the fact (1) Product services significantly influence the salon business income in the city of Solo, indicated by p value of 0.02, so the hypothesis 1 is proved. (2) Price significant effect on the income of salon business in the city of Solo, indicated by p value of 0.024, so the hypothesis 2 is proved. (3) Promotion of a significant effect on operating income in the city of Solo salon indicated by p value of 0.030, so the hypothesis 3 is proved.Keywords: income, service, products, price, promote

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration (CLSR) is a national program of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency to accelerate land registration throughout Indonesia. The CLSR target in 2017 was 5 million certificates, 7 million certificates in 2018, 9 million certificates in 2019 and for 2020-2025 the target is 10-13 million certificates every year. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in community participation in the CLSR program carried out by the Land Office of Kebumen Regency (Case Study in Krakal Village, Alian District and Pecarikan Village, Prembun District). This research uses a case study approach with qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis of community participation in this study used the participation theory proposed by Sherry R. Arnstein (1969), which divides the level of community participation into 8 levels, namely: citizen control, delegated power, partnership, placation, consultation, informing, therapy and manipulation. The conclusion obtained in this study is that there are differences in the level of community participation in the implementation of CLSR in Krakal Village and Pecarikan Village. The participation level of the residents of Krakal Village in the implementation of CLSR is higher than that of Pecarikan Village residents. Factors that affect the level of participation are differences in responses at each stage of CSLR implementation, differences in people's awareness to certify their land, coordination and communication between relevant stakeholders, obstacles in mobilizing community participation in the CSLR program. Recommendations in increasing community participation are increasing understanding of the importance of land certificates, solving solutions to negative public perceptions about land certificates, increasing communication and coordination between stakeholders and expanding public space as a channel for community participation.
