Abstract

The objective of the research are to analiysing significance difference of the work motivation, work loyalty, and teacher performance between certified teachers with non certified teachers in SDN Kecamatan Kedawung. Samples of this study are 146 teachers in public primary schools at district of Kedawung consists of 124 certified teachers and 22 non certified teachers, using technique of the propotionate stratified random sampling. Data collecting conducted by questioner, interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data using independent sample T-test. Based on the results of testing each hypothesis we concluded (1) there are significant differences of the work motivation between certified teacher with non certified teachers, means Ha.1 accepted. (2) there are significant differences of the work loyalty between certified teachers with non certified teachers, means Ha.2 accepted. (3) there are significant differences of the teacher performance between certified teachers with non certified teachers, means Ha.3 accepted. (4) the results of comparison mean statistics show that certified teachers have work motivation, job loyalty, and teacher performances are higher than non certified teachers.Keywords: work motivation, work loyality, teacher performance

Abstract

This research is conducted to analysis the significance effect of: (1)organisastion climate to the nurses work productivity, (2) training to thenurses work productivity, (3) work ability to the nurses work productivity. Thepopulation is entire nurse at RSJD Surakarta as many as 100 nurses. Thesample is taking by simple random sampling, so get sample as many as 80nurses. The technique of gathering the data is using questioner throughvalidity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumption. The analysis result shows that:(1)regression equation Y= 2,103 + 0,290X1 + 0,651X2 + 0,600X3; (2) t testclimate organisation variable have significance value < 0,05; t test trainingvariable have significance value < 0,05; t test work ability variable havesignificance value < 0,05; So that the three independent variables have asignificant effect on work productivity of nurses. The adjusted R2 amount0,717; it means that the magnitude of influence contributions of climateorganisation, training anad work ability to nurses work productivity amount of71,7%, the rest was influenced by other variables.Keywords: organizational climate, training, work ability, nurses workproductivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect ofcurrent ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, net profit margin andsize of the company profit growth. This type of research is empirical researchin the pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015. A sample of 8 companies with totalsampling technique. Data collection technique used documentation.Mechanical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The resultsshowed that the current ratio of no significant effect on earnings growth. Debtto equity ratio significant effect on earnings growth. Total asset turnover havea significant effect on earnings growth. Net profit margin significant effect onearnings growth. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance effect ofcapital adequacy ratio, credit risk, operational efficiency, debt to equity ratioand size to bank profit growth. This type of research is empirical research ata conventional bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample 29 banks withpurposive sampling. Sources of data used secondary data in the form offinancial statements of banks listed in BEI period 2012 – 2016. Methods ofdata collection used documentation.Teknik data analysis used multiple linearregression. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has nosignificant efffect on bank’s profit growth. Liquidity ratio has no significanteffect on bank profit growth. Credit risk has a significant effect on bank’sprofit growth. Operational efficiency has a significant effects on bank’s profitgrowth. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze: 1) effect of use information technology on employees performance, 2) effect of work culture on employees performance, 3) effect of motivation on employees performance, 4) effect of use of information technology on employees performance with motivation as moderation variables, 5 ) effect of work culture on employees performance with motivation as moderation variables. The research location in Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kebumen. The study population of all employees 55 and overall employee used as a sample with technique census. Types of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used the documentation, observation and questionnaires. Analysis techniques used test validity, test reliability test classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and test the difference in absolute. The results showed that the use of information technology had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District. Work culture had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District. Motivation had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District. The use of information technology had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District with motivation as moderation variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the service quality dimensions thatinfluence participant satisfaction waiter community entrepreneurshipeducation program at the Institute of Training Courses and Wonogiri. Thisstudy enhance the perception of service quality dimension refers to servqualby adding the dimension of perception of service quality and timeliness ofservice. Timeliness of service is considered to have a significant positiveeffect on satisfaction entrepreneurship education program participantcommunity. Courses and training institutions must pay attention to timelinessin providing services during the implementation of the program, with thehope of community entrepreneurship education program participants getsatisfaction as perceived by participants of community entrepreneurshipeducation program. Data analysis was conducted using classic assumptiontest, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test.From the analysis of data and has escaped from the classical assumption, itcan be discussed for each of these hypotheses has been formulated.Judging from the t test factors of physical evidence and the timeliness ofpartial effect significant effect on service satisfaction entrepreneurshipeducation program participants society (PKM) on Courses and TrainingInstitute in Wonogiri Regency. While variable reliability, responsiveness,assurance and attention partially no significant effect on service satisfactionentrepreneurship education program participants society on Courses andTraining Institute in Wonogiri Regency. Viewed from the F test variablephysical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and attentionsimultaneously significant effect on service satisfaction entrepreneurshipeducation program participants society on Courses and Training Institute inWonogiri Regency. Based on the determination coefficient indicates that thevariable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attentionand timeliness affect the service satisfaction entrepreneurship educationprogram participants society on Courses and Training Institute in Wonogiriby 80,3% while the remaining 19,7% influenced by other variables that arenot used in the study.Keywords: service quality, satisfaction, dimensions program participant,PKM

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivationand professionalism of employees on performance of railway Industry PT(Persero) in Madiun. This study used a survey method, the type of data thedata used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used theprimary data and secondary data. The population in this research is theemployees of the railway Industry PT (Persero) in Madiun i.e. as many as848 employees. The number of samples in this research as much as 85employees, with sampling techniques using a purposive sampling. Methodsof data collection were used: questionnaire. Technique of data analysis usedthe test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, andmultiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient ofdetermination. The research results obtained the conclusion there is asignificant influence of leadership on performance of employees. There aresignificant effects of motivation on performance of employees. Abstract

The aim of this study was the effect of motivation on employee performance; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; the influence of compensation on employee performance; motivational influence on employee performance moderated by compensation; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance moderated by compensation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Janetra Sukoharjo as many as 30 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the difference between absolute and hypothesis testing performed by t test. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of motivation on employee performance; there is significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance; there is no significant effect on the performance employee compensation; compensation does not moderate the effect of motivation on employee performance; compensation does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Companies are advised may improve with better motivate employees and maintain the organizational culture of the company. Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze the significant impact ofproduct quality, price, promotion, and customer satisfaction on purchasedecision and to determine how customer satisfaction can moderate theproduct quality, price, and promotion on purchase decision. The aim of thisresearch is to give Toko Emas Semar Pasar Kalioso recommendation toincrease their revenue and to become a reference for other researchers. Thepopulation of this research are 100 customer of Toko Emas Semar PasarKalioso. This research using survey questionnaire method. The technique ofdata analysis of this research is multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, Ftest,coefficient determination, and absolute deviation. The result of thisresearch shows that the product quality does not affect significantly onpurchase decision of the costumers, the price affects significantly onpurchase decision of the costumers, promotion affects significantly onpurchase decision of the costumers, customer satisfaction affectssignificantly on purchase decision of the costumers, customer satisfactiondoes not moderate the effect of product quality on purchase decision of thecustomers, customer satisfaction does not moderate the effect of productquality on purchase decision of the customer, and customer satisfactionmoderates the effect of promotion on purchase decision of customer in TokoEmas Semar Pasar Kalioso.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Satisfaction, Purchase

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the financial perspective as aperformance measurement and to know significancy non-financialperspective are simultaneously significancy with performance; financialperspective, customer perspective, internal business process, learn andgrowth perspective are significancy with performance. This research issurvey research which is located at Homeschooling Kak Seto Solo. Thesample is 60 persons which are using sensus method to inquiry sheetthrough validity and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumpttion. The analysis result shows financialperspective as a performance measurement and non-financial variable isaffect to the performance too. It takes from the hypothesis: financialperspective as a Homeschooling Kak Seto Solo’s performance measurementis true and non-financial perspective is significancy with Homeschooling KakSeto Solo’s performance is true.Keywords: performance, financial perspective, non-financial perspective,customer perspective, internal business process perspective,learning, growth perspective
