Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) the significance of affectingthe quality of service to customer satisfaction. (2) the significance of theinterest rate of credit on customer satisfaction. (3) the significance of theeffect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. (4) significance affectsthe quality of service to customer loyalty. (5) the significance of the effect oflending rate on customer loyalty. (6) customer satisfaction in mediationaffects the quality of service to loyalty. (7). customer satisfaction in mediatinginfluence. The research was conducted at Jateng KCP Jatipuro Bank.Population of 300 people. Sample of 60 people, with snowball samplingtechnique and convenience sampling technique. Data completion techniquewith questionnaire Technical analysis using path analysis model andmediation with Sobel Test. The results of research proved by quality.Significant to customer satisfaction, significant interest rates on customerloyalty, significant interest rates on customer loyalty, customer satisfactionvariables moderation influence service quality variables with customerloyalty, and customer satisfaction variables.Keywords: service quality, credit interest rate, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of significance between: 1) JobStress toward Employee Performance, 2) Job Stress toward EmployeeSatisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance, 4) JobSatisfaction as mediating the influence of work stress toward employeeperformance of Bank Mandiri Branch Madiun. Population of 64 people.Samples taken on census Technique of data collection through validity andreliability test. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression andclassical assumption test. Hypothesis testing with Path Analysis, t test, sobeltest, F test and . The result of regrestion 1, obtained t test value equal to5,737 < 0,05, Test F equal to 32,915 < 0,05 coefficient of determination ( )= 34,7%. Result of regrestion 2, obtained value of Test of t equal to 2,910,5,835 < 0,05, Test of F obtained value 47.849 < 0,05 which means jobsatisfaction have an effect on signifikan to employee performance.Coefficient of determination 61,1%. The ratio of indirect effect 0,339, totalinfluence 0,627 and result of value score test get value of Z equal to 4,1014 >1,96 so it can be concluded that job satisfaction is able to mediate theinfluence of work stress toward employee performance of Bank MandiriBranch Madiun. Conclusion of result of hypothesis stated that "there issignificant effect of work stress on performance, there is significant influenceof job stress to job satisfaction, there is significant influence of satisfaction onperformance and job satisfaction able to mediate influence of work stresstoward employee performance of Bank Mandiri Branch Madiun" tested thetruth.Keywords: Job stress, work satisfaction, performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) Analyzing the significance of theinfluence of competence, motivation, organizational culture, andorganizational commitment to performance. (2) Analyzing the significance ofcompetence, motivational, and organizational culture influences moderatedby organizational commitment to performance variable. The purpose of thisstudy were (1) This type of research is quantitative research. This researchtakes place in the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets(DJKN) Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The populationof 300 employees is divided into 7 regions. Samples taken as many as 100employees divided into 7 areas, sampling with propotionate cluster randomsampling. Data completion technique with questionnaire Data analysistechnique with multiple linear regression analysis and MRAanalysis.Research result. (1) competence variables significantly influenceemployee performance. (2) variable of motivation have an effect on signifikanto employee performance. (3) organizational culture variables have asignificant effect on employee performance. (4) organizational commitmentvariable has a significant effect on employee performance. (5) The moderatevariable1 (the interaction between competence and organizationalcommitment) is not significant. (6) The moderate variable1 (the interactionbetween motivation and organizational commitment) is not significant. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style andmotivation to employee performance with the discipline of work as anintervening variable. This study uses survey method, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data andsecondary data. The population in this study were all employees of theRegional Secretariat Ngawi which amounted to 165 employees. The numberof samples in this study as many as 82 employees, with a samplingtechnique using proportional cluster random sampling. Data collectionmethods are used: a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used to test thevalidity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis.The resultsof data analysis we concluded that: (1) significantly influence the leadershipstyle of discipline of employees working at the Regional SecretariatEmployees Ngawi. (2) Motivation significant effect on employee workdiscipline at the Regional Secretariat Ngawi. (3) The leadership style have asignificant effect on the performance of employees in the RegionalSecretariat Ngawi (4) Motivation significant effect on the performance ofemployees in the Regional Secretariat Ngawi. (5) working Disciplinesignificant effect on the performance of employees in the RegionalSecretariat Ngawi. Abstract

The creative industry sector in Surakarta has potential to compete in theera of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), to exploit the potential ofcreative Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta shouldimprove productivity and company performance. This study aims to analyzeof financial performance of creative MSMEs in Surakarta with operating profitas a proxy of performance, as well as analyze of capital and sales.Hypothesis in this study (1) Capital influence on sales (2) Capital influence onMSMEs performance (3) Sales influence on MSMEs performance. This studytook a sample of 117 MSMEs entrepreneurs spread across 5 districts inSurakarta, with purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing is done byusing multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of the hypothesis testresults (1) capital has positive and significant effect on sales, (2) capital hasnot significant effect on creative MSMEs (3) sales have positive andsignificant effect on the performance of creative MSMEs in Surakarta.Keywords: capital, sales, operating profit, performance of creative MSMEs

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the quality of service to thesatisfaction of the patient's inpatient care either directly or through themediation of perception Public Hospital patients in the area Sogaten the cityof Madiun. Sample taken based on random sampling of 10% of thepopulation of 96. Engineering data collection using the questionnaire throughthe test validity and reliability. Analytical techniques through the analysis ofthe path (path) with a classic assumption test. Of the validity of the testresults, the research instrument of the variable quality of service, patientsatisfaction and patient perception. Reliability test result is reliability. From aclassic assumption test, test, test multicolinearity escape heteroscedastisitypasses test, test and qualify autocorrelation normality test passes. Theresults of the analysis show that significant effect against service qualitysatisfaction of the patient. Quality of service effect significantly to perceptionsof patients. The patient's perception of the effect significantly to patientsatisfaction. Abstract

The results showed (1) leadership, not significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen, the first hypothesis is proven true. (2) work environment significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen. Thus the second hypothesis is accepted or proven true. (3) competention of teacher Discipline work is significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen, the third hypothesis is proven true. (4) The effect of a significant style of leadership, work environment, competention of teacher and discipline work together on employee performance in the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen of Adjusted R2 value of 0,752 (75,2%) of the remaining 34,8% influenced by other variables outside the research model, meaning 4th hypothesis proved to be true. (5) The results of this study indicate that the determinants of employee performance SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen is leadership, as well as the most dominant variables influence the employee's performance means that the hypothesis to 5 proved to be true.Keywords: leadership; work environment, competention of teacher; work discipline, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze: 1) effect of current ratio on firm value, 2) effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value, 3) effect of dividend policy on firm value, 4) effect of current ratio on firm value with dividend policy as moderation variables, 5 ) effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value with dividend policy as moderation variables. This type of research is empirical research conducted in real estate companies and properties companye are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. A sample of 42 companies with a total sampling technique. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source data used secondary data. Data collection technique used documentation. Analysis data used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that current ratio has positive and significant effect on firm value. Debt to equity ratio has negative and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy has positive but not significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy does not moderate the effect of the current ratio on firm value. Dividend policy does not moderate the effect of the debt to equity ratio on firm value. Keywords: current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dividend policy and firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of jobsatisfaction and organizational commitment towards psychological climate.Analyze the significance of the influence of job satisfaction, organizationalcommitment and psychological climate against Organization CitizenshipBehavior. Analyse the influence of job satisfaction and psychological climateagainst Organization Citizenship Behavior that is mediated by thecommitment of the organization. The population in this study are allemployees of PT Tyfountex Indonesia staff of 91 people. The number ofsamples in this research as much as 91 employees, so it is a researchcensus. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire. Technique ofdata analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions ofclassical, and path analysis. The results of the analysis of the data obtainedconclusions that: job satisfaction and psychological climate effect significantlyto organizational commitment. Job satisfaction, organizational commitmentand psychological climate effect significantly to Organization citizenshipbehavior of employees.
