Abstract

High profit growth signifies a prosperity that every company wants to achieve. The purpose of this research was to analyze the significance of the influence of financial ratios consisting of current ratio, net profit margin, total assets turnover, debt to assets ratio and return on assets to the company's profit growth. The research population used data from food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013. From 20 companies listed, 13 companies were taken as research sample, where they have complete financial statement information. Data analysis used classical assumption test, descriptive, static, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the five financial ratios partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the profit growth. Thus, it can be concluded that financial ratios partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the profit growth of food and beverages companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the significance of the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, to know and analyze the significance of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, and to know and analyze the significance of the influence of trust on consumer satisfaction. The population of this study are consumers who use services in PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo is not known exactly how many, the number of samples as many as 100 people with sampling techniques with convenience sampling technique. Technique of collecting data using questioner through validity and reliability test. Analysis technique through multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and R2. The analysis results obtained: (1) Quality of PT products. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo not has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Quality of service of PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo not has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Trust PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is there is significant influence of product quality, service quality, and trust to customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo. Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of computer-based Management Information Systems on user performance and analyze the effect of computer-based Management Information Systems on user performance moderated locus of control in PD BPR BKK Karanganyar. This study using sample of 64 employees (end user computing). Data analysis using regression analysis and absolute residual-test. Conclusions 1) Computer-based Management Information System has a significant effect on user performance (2) locus of control moderates the relationship between computer-based Management Information Systems on user performance. Abstract

This research is a survey research based on the decline in the number of customers in PT BNI Syariah Branch Yogyakarta from 2013 - 2017. This study aims to examine the significant influence between: product, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Sharia Branch of Yogyakarta. The research population is 380 customers, the sample used is 44% of the population, namely 167. This study uses path analysis with multiple linear regression, using the classic assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the t test, namely product, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty in PT BNI Syariah Yogyakarta Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R square (R2) of 0.604 means that the contribution or influence of the product, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction is 60.4% while the remaining 39.6% is explained by other variables outside this research. Abstract

Career development within a company is influenced by individual characteristics and organizational characteristics. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics which include individual expertise and organizational characteristics which include organizational resources, organizational climate and organizational structure on employee career development at PT. Alam Damai Mitra Raya Magetan. The population in this study were 278 employees and used a sample of 139 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires, interviews and data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability testing; classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis; t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the regression results of independent variables (individual skills, organizational resources, organizational climate and organizational structure) with career development showed R² of 0,426. This means that 42,6% of variations in career development variables are explained by independent variables and the remaining 57,4% illustrates the existence of other free variations that are not observed in this study such as leadership and organizational support. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality, and perception of value influence to Smartphone user satisfaction in Surakarta. The object of research is the Smartphone users who become the sample. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and value perception have an effect on customer satisfaction of Smartphone user in Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect motivation on organizational commitment; (2) significance effect job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (3) significance effect motivation on employee performance (4) significance effect job satisfaction on employee performance; (5) significance effect organizational commitment on employee performance; (6) effect motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location in State Treasury Service Office/KPPN Solo Raya, using sample of 109 employees. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) motivation have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (2) job satisfaction have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (3) motivation have a significance effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction have a significance effect on employee performance; (5) organizational commitment have a significance effect on employee performance; (6) effect of motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significancy between: (1) Work family conflict to the job satisfaction; (2) Job stress to the job satisfaction; (3) Work family conflict to the organizational commitment; (4) Job stress to the wards organizational commitment; (5) Job satisfaction to the organizational commitment; (6) Work family conflict to the organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable; (7) Job stress to the organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the General Official Work And Administration Departement of Sukoharjo The population is the employee of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sukoharjo 2019 as many as 139 persons. Samples were taken by cluster random sampling of 60 people. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The conclusion of the research; (1) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (6) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work family conflict on organizational commitment. (7) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work stress on organizational commitment.

Abstract

It has purpose to analyze the significance of organizational commitment and leadership style on work motivation as a mediating variable in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo. The benefits of practical research can be a consideration in management decision making in the future examinations and academically can increase knowledge, especially about the development of human resources. The sample is amounted to 39 respondents from a population of 39 civil servants with the calculation of the number of respondents using the technique taken from the entire population. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational commitment on work motivation and job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on civil servants work motivation in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo.

Abstract

The purchase of cosmetic product is a need that must be fulfilled for some women. The existance of cosmetics that have various types, colors, and advantagel in providing function for customers requires the cosmetics industry to further develop production tecnology and develop its marketing strategies to get position on the market. The study aims to determine the effect partially between ; brand image, a halal label and advertising on customer loyalty. The population is archipelago Natural PT consumer in Keadawung sub district Sragen regency in 2019. The sample was take by puposive random samplingbof 100 respondents. Data collection tecniquel use quitionanaires, after that has been tasted using instrument namely validity and reabibility. Classic asummtion test, namely normaly, multicolonearity, heterosdastisity, and autocorrelation. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, f test of model accuraly and coeffisient of determinan.The inquiry of the brand image variable is valid, the inqury of the variable halal label is valid, the inqury of the variable advertising is valid, and the inqury of variable customer loyalty is valid also. The multicolonearity test no multicolonearity, hetereskedastisicity test no heterskedasticity, the autocorrelation test no autocorrelation, and normacility test is normacility. Research of result is: “brand image, halal label and advertising there are a significant effect on customer loyalty moreskin cosmetic product in Kedawung sub district Sragen regency”.
