Abstract

Intisari Maakalah ini mengkaji hubungan antara taksonomi tanah dengan FCC untuik mendapatkan seberapa jauh kaitan antara taksonomi tanah dan FCC. Hasil survey semidetil di Samarinda yang telah dikalsifikasikan samapi tingkat seri digunakan sebagai contoh tanah-tanah mineral masam dan diinterpretasikan dengan menggunakan FCC worksheet. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah FCC dapat diinterpretasikan dari taksonomi tanah. Famili tanah banyak memberikan data tentang tipe dan subtype, sedang great group memberikan data tentang modifier. Perbedaan terjadi kalau pada data terjadi perbedaan parameter yang kontras antara lapis oleh dan subsoil karena FCC mengandalkan lapis oleh dan taksonomi mengandalkan subsoil. Dalam interpretasi hasil FCC sebaiknya tetap memperhatikan taksonomi tanah untuk memperoleh informasi kesuburan tanah yang lebih mantap.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Orchids are  plants  that  have many  types of both  types of  flowers or kind. The orchid lovers cultivate  a  collection  to  enjoy  its  beauty  or  cultivated  as  cut  orchid. As cut orchid, flowers have long durability, yet efforts to maintain the freshness of the flowers still needed. One way to keep your look fresh flowers are still beautiful and with proper post-harvest handling.The main factor is the interest rate the quality effect aging, temperature, water supply, food and mechanical damage. Cheapest techniques to maintain freshness after the cut orchid flowers is by way of the base of the flower stalk that has been wrapped with cotton didibasahi with sugar-sweetened water and then put a plastic bag on the belt. Abstract

ABSTRACT Horticulture is the designation of category plant fruits, vegetables and ornamental plants. As  Characteristics  of  horticultural  products  the  plant  fruits   and  vegetables  are   perishable products that need a proper post-harvest handling. Post harvest handling is needed to maintain the quality of the results so that when consumed gisinya value does not go down, but  farmers in Indonesia have not been able to do post-harvest handling of fruits and vegetables correctly, due to the limitations  they. Variety of ways post-harvest handling of fruits and vegetables is a beginning of cooling (recooling), sorting, washing, fumigation, packaging and storage. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Research about Test of Speed Kinds Ear Mushroom Blackness (Auricularia Polytricha) on Media Plat Composition purpose was to know interaction between seed kinds and media plant composition to yield the ear mushroom blackness, have been done 1th November 2009until 9 February 2010 in mushroom house Gondangmanis village, Karangpandan district, Karanganyar regency. The research used Split Plot Desaign with elementary design of completely randomized design (CRD) consist of two treatments factors and 3 replications. There are Seed Kinds (M) consist of 4 kinds : M1 (Seed F0), M2 (Seed F1), M3 (Seed F2), M4 (Seed F3) and Media Plant Composition (K) consist of 3 kinds : K1 (Mixture 81 kg sawdust, 1 kg lime, 9 kg bran), K2 (Mixture 81 kg sawdust, 1 kg lime, 18 kg bran), K3 (Mixture 81 sawdust, 1 kg lime, 27 kg bran). The result of the research show that significant interraction between treatmen of seed kinds and media plant composition to diametree of fruit body, number of fruit body, and misture content M1K2 (Seed F1 and mixture 81 kg sawdust, 1 kg lime, 9 kg bran) poduce biggest number of fruit body namely 47. Key words : Ear Mushroom blackness, Media Plant Composition, Seed kinds.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is (1) to analysis factor what having significant and influence to employees performance Slamet Riyadi University in Surakarta. (2) to know factor which having an effect the strongest to employee performance in Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Reuslt of research show: leadership variable, communication variable, reward variable, and motivation variable have and effect significant to employee performance Slamet Riyadi University. Examination of hypothesis accuracy of model (F test) show F value calculated equal to = 37,190 with level of significant 0,000. Probability value 0,000 < 0,05 matter give meaning that examination of used by model that is leadership factor, communication, reward, and motivation proven by at a time have strongest contribution in influencing employee performance. This matter because of level of regression coefficient value equal to = 0,449. is which the biggest to be compared with three of other variable. Result of determination coefficient (R²) show: 0,768 matter give meaning leadership variable, communication variable, reward variable, and motivation variable give contribution effect to employe performance Slamet Riyadi University ?6,8% and 23,2ºfo another variable not include in this model. (3) Result from assumption classical test conclude used regression model in this research do not happened heteroscedasticity show: LM value 0,65 < 9,2 do not happened autocorrelation DW test value 2,033 show 1,5< 2,033<2,5, and do not happened multicolinerity  tolerance test value < 0,1 and V1 F test < 10, and then can be said BLUE. Keyword: Leadership, Communication, Reward, Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The dynamic of the eviroment which are caused by the internal and ekternal causer have forced the businessmen not only  to increase the profit and work systems but also to care for social problems. The more power the businessmen have the more significant effect  of life the people have, whether as individual or as society. Even, it influences all lives in the word. This phenomenon brings the statement of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR emphasizes that the responsibility of a company is not just for economic activities (creating profit for the continuity of the business), but also for the social responsibility including the environment. The social responsibility in the field of business, is not only oriented on social commitment which emphasizes on humanism approach, love, interest in religion, morality, and the like, but also duties that must be done by the businessmen to solve the social problems appeared in the society. In its development CSR has much been purposely done, it means that applying CSR is the investment of the development and the continuity of the business do the business is not considered as cost but as profit. Even, now days CSR has become the global trend. Key word: corporate social responsibility
