Abstract

The issues of nir-military security are increasingly become world's attention post 9/11. Thecrime of human rights abuse, faith-based attacks and terrorism is throughout the country.Indonesia seeks to shape perception of international public with the theme of moderate Islamin deradicalization program facing Transnational Islamic Movement and Organizations inIndonesia. On the other hands, endeavouring the issues is not only undertaken by the state.This study attempts to explain the strategies of the International Conferenceof Islamic Scholars (ICIS) IV as a forum initiated to promote further moderate Islam toIndonesian people facing the transnational movements. By using the concept of nationalsecurity and religious track diplomacy, this qualitative analysis research focuses onthe strategy of ICIS as a non-state actor in Indonesia’s diplomacy. The result indicates that inICIS IV viewing the transnational movements and organizations may do harm on Indonesianreligious life. ICIS IV through its co-operations with indonesian government and local islamicNGO aiming to release tensions between the peoples. Viewed from the perspective ofideology, educations and Islamic moderate principles, the strategies seen in the forum’sactions. The wide network, welcoming forum and the deep knowledges of ulama and scholarsbecame instruments that are important on supporting the state in promoting world peace.Key words: ICIS, Transnational Movements, Diplomacy, Terrorism, National Security

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the quality of health care for patients BPJS Program at theHospital Noble Heart Wonogiri. The method used is descriptive quantitative data collected byquestionnaire and documentation. The samples used in this study is 43 people. Data analysistechniques used using descriptive statistical analysis using frequency distribution table.Results of the data analysis we concluded the service quality Noble Heart Hospital onpatients Wonogiri BPJS cardholders using indicators of quality of service, is as follows:Indicators of reliability (reliability) based on research results is quite good. Indicatorresponsiveness (responsiveness) less employees to respond to patient complaints. Indicatorsassurance (guarantee) based on research results is quite good. Indicators empathy (attention)based on the research results have been good. Indicators of real evidence (tangibles) basedon the results of the study are adequate.Keywords: Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles.

Abstract

Conversation Analysis is a field of study that examines the Discourse Analysis of socialinteraction in the community, the considers the discourse or conversation is a product of theinteraction.According to the analysis of Conversational perspective, the social reality nopresent objectively outside influence other social elements. A discourses was constructed byconversations that are face to face among participant when they involved in the process ofinteraction.This approach, including analyzing the verbal and nonverbal behavior in naturalisticsituation . Conversation analysis approach emphasizes how the message were organized,, usedand understood. In the communication process, we use the discourse to achieve what we hopeand for that we run it according to a certain rule, there are three fundamental issues associatedwith the analysis of this conversation.Key Word: communication, conversation, politik, analysis

Abstract

New technologies in the form of communication is often known as smartphones. Communicationtechnologies in the form of a smartphone is a phenomenon of the most unique and interesting inits use. Smartphone that is easy to carry anywhere now no longer know the ages and walks oflife, even called now smartphones have become "technological populist". The phenomenon thatoften happens today is not uncommon people prefer to play or use the smartphone when thelearning process takes place. This study aim to determine the effectiveness of using asmartphone to learn students activity of Communication Studies University of Slamet RiyadiSurakarta. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of smartphones is perceived bystudents in learning activities. However, the use of smartphones also cause two effects, namelythe positive impact that provides ease in finding the course material with the smartphone. Thenegative effect is that students become lazy learn from relying on the smartphone.Key words: effectiveness of smartphones and learning activities

Abstract

This research is a descriptive-qualitative who try to describe the effectiveness of the use of thesmartphone in supporting the learning process among the students of elementary school 01Malangjiwan Colomadu Karanganyar. By using the interactive analysis models belonging to theMiles and Huberman, the results showed that the use of smartphones in the schools to improvestudents‟ communication activities with parents. Abstract

Culture is regarded as forming international bridges and interactions. With culture, state canreach influential members of foreign societies who cannot be reached through traditionalembassy function. Bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Australia is like a roller coasteror love-hate relationship. This study purpose to explain Canberra Festival as tool of culturaldiplomacy of Indonesia in Australia. It is qualitative research with literature as source of data.The object is art performance of Indonesia dancer through Canberra Festival in Australia.Indonesia has more opportunities make cultura performance through Canberra Festival afterhacking incident. Result of the research show culture diplomacy through Canberra Festival canimprove relationship between Indonesia-Australia after hacking accident. Abstract

The village of Dawung has been a success implementing use of a village Fund phase oneprocess so that its success can be a guidance or inspiration to other villages. This research aimsto provide an overview of the implementation of the village Fund (DD) for infrastructuredevelopment and community empowerment in the village of Dawung sub-district of MatesihKaranganyar Regency. Abstract

This research aims to know the relationship of perception of Leadership DevelopmentWith the village chief in the village of the subdistrict Slogo Tanon Sragen. The perception of theleadership of the village head is the result of a reaction carried out by a leader, then it can be saidto be the village head is the way perception or reactionaffect the success of the community in thedevelopment of the village. The success of the construction of the village is the everincreasing the welfare of the inhabitants of the village in question. The method of researchconducted in this research is theuse of quantitative approach with this type of korelasional. Thepopulation here is the entire villagers who lived in the village of the subdistrict Slogo Tanon >Sragen district age group 16 years both men and women, namely of 2,605 people x 5% = 130people, data, research that has been done can be concluded that the results of correlation productmoment correlation value obtained of significance value 0.320 0.001 so there are relationshipperceptions of leadership village chief with the success of the development of the village of thesubdistrict Slogo Tanon Sragen , where the better the leadership of the head of thevillage then further improve success in development of the village.Key word: Perseption, leadership, development
