Abstract

Abstract

Research objective description effectiveness employee on education committee inSukoharjo District. The indicators of measurement is skill adjust oneself of employee, workperformance, and job satisfaction. The kind of the research to use descriptive qualitative. Thekind of the data to use Interview and Observation and also legislation of law about problemstatement that investigated.From this research was doing, the researcher to conclude that fordescribing the effectiveness of employee on education committee in Sukoharjo District,dimension ability of adjust oneself such as the join of employee on education committee alreadythat enough and rare that happens misconception in employee on education committee inSukoharjo District for communication itself. The employer always the communication links thatenough, without any communication the employer will be experienced problems in a work.Dimension ability consist of skills, background of study that enough with working that give byemployee, to discipline and responsibility of the employer on working in ways better. Abstract

On the year of 2008, Barack Obama make the abortion as one of his campaign issuees thepresident of United States. Based on the George W Bush era as the United States presidentbefore him,George W Bush makes the abortion is the illegal issues. But when Barack Obamawas elected became the president of United States he knows that he must keep his campaignissues become real, the abortion itself is an issue that is difficult to implement because the prosand cons attached to them, so the authors argue that it is feasible to study the process ofimplementing the policy of abortion in the US. Based on the theory system , the authors wantedto explain the reason for any reason that causes Barack Obama took any measures to legalizethe act of abortion. This research was conducted with a qualitative description of the approachand use data object of policy analysis abortions during the reign of Barack obama years 2009-2013 This study uses secondary data sources in the form of literature articles, online media andother sources relating to research.The reasons Barack Obama took the decision legal abortionenacted in the US in 2009 based on input which contains the support and demand which hasimpact on positive and negative things, and the output which is the result from the action or thepolicy that Barack Obama takes and the feedback to input and environment from the people ofUnited states. Abstract

Results of research policy implementation guidance program street children inSurakarta has been running well, where the program is implemented is the establishment ofkeroncong groups and free education for street children, and in supporting the programimplementation it is necessary implementers are Department of Social, Labour andTransmigration Surakarta. Implementation policy program guidance street children withEdward III known that internal communication between the Head of Department and Head ofSocial Rehabilitation has been shooting went well. Human resources development programimplementers street children in Surakarta has been able to carry out the implementation ofthe programs, but in the field of human resources in this staff, which is only one person, makea coaching program has not run optimally, while the field of financial resources for thedevelopment of children street comes from the budget and the lack of resources, the facilitiesSocial Services, Manpower and Transmigration Surakarta in collaboration with theDepartment of Education and Sports in the provision of education and training keroncong.The attitude of the executive coaching program policies street children are very influential, asseen from the employees' commitment to helping street children to get a better future byconducting educational programs and kroncong exercise and free from bureaucraticstructures implementing development programs already in charge of street children inaccordance with the respective respective duties, employees performing their duties inaccordance with the provisions of the run.Key Word: Policy; development; emplyeer; implementation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication activities conducted by larissa skincare in promoting its products and services in the city of Surakarta. In obtaining the data usinginterviews, observation, documentation, and literature as a complete theory and concepts usedin the study. Method interviews conducted supported by purposive sampling technique, whichthe authors define a resource that consists of General Manager, Marketing Manager, StaffMarketing and Consumers or users of products and services Larissa Skin Care. The resultsshowed that Larissa Skin Care Surakarta implement. In the implementation of the campaigncarried Larissa Skin Care, applying the promotion mix (promotional mix) in the implementationof marketing communications. Among them are the activities of advertising, personal selling,sales promotion, public relations / publicity, word of mouth. Among the activities undertaken,advertising activities are preferred, especially in the use of online media, because the media isconsidered to be more effective and provide a pretty good response and fast enough in anypromotional program created by Larissa Skin Care.Keywords : Marketing Communications . Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of principals in improving teacher’s performance at SMAMuhammadiyah Surakarta 2. The method used in this research uses qualitative descriptive.Data collection techniques in research were observation, interviews, and documentation.Researchers using theory of Mulyasa (2009) with 7 indicators. From the results of the analysis itcan be concluded that the principal already did its role properly and effectively. Abstract

The regional integration process in Asia has been generally considered different nature andpractice. Naturally, ten countries in Southeast Asia has been integrated. It because of geographyand practically they also integrated because of culture. It called ASEAN Socio-CultureCommunity. Ten countries in ASEAN Social and Cultural Community could shared andpromoted national culture in order to further developed. Question research: how did effort toincrease teens nationalism in Baluwarti and Christian Vocational High School toward ASEANSocial and Cultural Community? Nationalism and regionalism as theory of this research. Thiswas qualitative research and it used primary and secondary data. Collecting data techniqueused observation, in depth interview, and study documentary. Analysis data technique used datareduction, display data, and verification. Result of this research showed that national culturewich was based on local culture must be educated to teens specially in Baluwarti and ChristianVocational High School. Abstract

Type of research is Qualitative. Descriptive with objective to describe implementationscommunity relations in the project development of Rumah Turi. With theory Public Relations,community relations and public attitude. The informant was a Public Relations Rumah Turi, thecommunity and the neighborhood. Engineering data collection i.e., interview, observationand documentation. This research uses triangulation of data as the technique of the validityof the data. The analysis of data used 3 components namely data reduction ofdata display, data and drawing. Research results are Public Relations programs have conductedRumah Turi community realtions But in practice still occurs a difference attitude from thecommunity there are people who support and a lot of citizens who refused to peroyekconstruction of Rumah Turi, factors from the refusal of a citizen is, uneven, less preciseobjectives in the implementation of activities. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative.Data collection technique used REMEDY stage, the stage of data analysis, and interpretationphase. And data analysis techniques. The results showed framing Kompas.com against taxamnesty tax amnesty is seen as an effort to help grow the economy of Indonesia, while framingViva.co.id looking at tax amnesty as an alternative effort to help the Indonesian economy but thepolicy has many shortcomings that need a lot of socialization and revision.Key words: framing analysis, tax amnesty, Kompas.com and Viva.co.id
