Abstract

This article study the business ethics according of al-Ghazali which can be found among its bookihya’ ’ulum al-din, according for him is not properly by merchant only focussed its view to just world, byforgetting eternity. Abstract

The present study aimed at finding mudaraba position in the middle of the fiqh literature and Shariahbanking, so employing qualitative approach and patterned library research. Mudaraba is a business cooperationcontract as between two parties, where the first (Shahibul mall) provides the capital, while others becamemanager. Because that’s the nature of mudaraba more practical to run on Islamic banking compared withshirkah. Mudharabah was not the original products of Islamic law. Abstract

This research aims to analyze factors that affect the company’s CSR disclosure and to see theimpact of CSR on firm value. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (IDX) and samples are15 companies manufacturing. Analysis of the data used to test the firsthypothesis is linear multiple regression analysis is to look at the effect of profitability, leverage, institutionalownership, size, and slack resources on the disclosure of CSR, while to test the hypothesis that both areseeing the effect of CSR on firm value, then used a simple linear regression. The results of this study indicatethat the variable profitability, size, and slack resources have a significant impact on CSR. As for the variableleverage and institutional ownership has no significant effect on CSR. The last, variable CSR has a significantinfluenceon the firm value

Abstract

Development of technology today is higly increased, especially communication tecnology. Basedon this fenomenon, many companies have opportunity to build-up smartphone. This conditions will increasedcompetition between the company. To win the competitions, company must promote their smartphone byusing public relation. According that conditions, this research evaluate the influence of public relation tocustomer loyalty which moderated by brand image. 160 questionnares were distributed to on 26 Mei 2014untill 1 July 2014by using random sampling.The result shows that public relation influences customer loyaltywhich moderated by brand image

Abstract

The rapid development and growth of social networking sites in Indonesia raises opportunities forsales activity mainly resellers. Sales activity via the social networking site is an outgrowth of an earlierconcept that e-marketing. The purpose of this study wanted to gain an understanding of the role of the resellersocial networking sites. Methods used in this study is the Focus Group Discussion with 12 people resellersmobile products and clothing as participants. The results of the study explained that social networking sitesis an Internet-based tool that serves as a medium of communication for the promotion, negotiation, andtransaction. Of exposure obtained explanations focus group discussions that social networking sites are ameans of informing bid, bid development, and role as a reseller. The role of social networking sites is as amedium for conveying information, interactions, and transactions.

Abstract

Globalization led to tough competition among cities around the world to win the competition toattract visitors and increase investment. Therefore, not only the company, the cities are also struggling tocreate uniqueness to gain an advantage in competition. It is very important to communicate the competitiveadvantages owned by these cities to the public and all parties to ensure the achievement of objectives. Citybranding is a method used to re-brand the city as identification which is expected to reflect the advantages aswell as its uniqueness. Therefore, in 2013 Shining Batu was introduced as a city brand wich expected to bereflect the competitive advantage of Batu City. The purpose of this study is to reveal aspects of the competitiveadvantages Batu City; strategies that are used in communicating it; as well as how big the impact of thecommunication strategy for the visitors Batu City. The paradigm of this research is qualitatively by case studydesign. Data were obtained by interview and documentation. The results showed that the Batu City has threeinterrelated aspects superior to one another that supports the creation of competitive advantages: geographicand agricultural sectors are packed in the development of the tourism sector. At the same time, the governmentdeveloped the program as a means of communicating Shining Batu and reflects the benefits of the city to thepublic. Shining Batu communicated through various forms of promotion that utilizes a wide variety ofcommunication tools; a variety of Tour Package; and held aa variety of routine and incidental events.Questionnaire showed that aim to dominate the number of respondents traveled, which consists of a visitor,where recreational tourist attractions types over a favorite choice than any natural attractions. Hotel is a topchoice for a place to stay. Most visitors make a visit to Batu City more than once.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of capital market integration in the AsiaPacific region which has implications for portfolio diversification opportunities internationally. This studyuses quantitative methods to the analysis of the model using VECM (Vector Error correction model) with astationary test level level , different stationary , cointegration and correlation . The population is the entirecountry in the Asia -Pacific (APEC) which has a capital markets while the sample is 10 APEC countries whichinclude U.S. state (^ DJIA), Australia (^AORD), HongKong (^HSI), Japan (^ N225), Singapore (^ STI), Singapore(^ KS11 ), New Zeland (^ NZ50), Indonesia (^ JKSE), Malaysia (^ KLSE), Chinese (^ SSEC) . The results ofthese studies demonstrate that there are capital market integration in the Australian state of capital market(^ AORD)- Malaysia (^ KLSE) and Hong Kong (^ HSI )-South Korea (^ KS11) and there are opportunities in thearea of portfolio diversification proficiency level shows that there are 20 pairs market index has a negativecorrelation coefficient.

Abstract

This study analyzed the value of Non Performing Loan and credit restruction of Syariah Bankingand the relation ship with Syariah Economic growth on Malang., because credit have an important position onIndonesian Syariah Economics.Population of this research are Indonesian Syariah Banking and Small Enterpriseon Indonesia from 2007–2013 with Non Performing Loan and interview method to analyzed. To get the goodcondition of credit for small enterprise on Syariah Banking, all of the component must have a good relationship,comitment to having trust from investor or Syariah Banking. Syariah Banking must introduce acreditrestrukturization to take a part of smal enterprise growth.

Abstract

Human development has always been as the main topic of sustainable development. Improving thehuman quality as responsibility of all people, especially the government in term of allocation roles to providedifferent types of services such as education facilities, health and road infrastructure. The Social indicators tomeasure the success of human development used the human development index. This study empiricallyanalyze the effect of health expenses, education and road infrastructure as well as the growth of the populationas a control variable to the index of human development in the District/City of East Java. Data were collectedfrom 29 districts and 9 Cities of the year 2007–2012. To analyze the panel data of district/City, we use a fixedeffect model (FEM). We found a statistically significant and positive effect between government expenses oneducation and government expenses in the health sector to the index of human development, while governmentexpenses in infrastructure and population growth have no significant influence to the index of humandevelopment but have a positive direction.

Abstract

This research is a case study conducted in EfekIndonesia Exchange under the title ”Determinationof Optimal Portfolio shares and shares of LQ45 JII”. The purpose of this study is to identify the combinationof shares and the amount of the proportion of funds that can form the optimal portfolio and to determine thelevel of risk and return of the optimal portfolio is formed. Sampling method in this study, namely purposivesampling. The criteria in this study is that stocks are always included in the index and the index JII LQ45 overthe study period. The method used in determining the optimal portfolio is the single index model. The conclusionof this research is that there are three stocks, and four 45 LQ JII stocks that can form the optimal portfolio,which shares BNII, AALI, and UNSP for LQ 45, while for the stock is AALI JII, KLBF, TLKM, and INCO. Riskportfolio of 45 stocks LQ 1.635116% with a repayment rate of 0.639931%, while the risk portfolio of stocks JII-0.0194424% with portfolio returns of 0.191527%. Thus, the purpose and formulation of the problem unanswered.
