This research is analysis of electricity demand, and focus for small industry sector in PT Perusahaan listrik Negara (Persero) or PT PLN (Persero). Dependent variable is demand electricity or kWh sales, and independent variable consist of install capacity, average tariff, and rate of capacity using percustomers. Step of research and process result based on SPSS calculation, and use cross section data on January 2010. Obtain result that install capacity has given positif impact, and average tariff and rate of capacity using percustomers has given negative impact. All of that independent variable has significant influence to electricity demand of small industry sector. PLNâ€™s management has to observe growth of explanatory variable to make policy for demand and supply equilibrium and toward customers satisfaction.

This research tried to explore and describe the opinion and preference of small and medium enterprises around the financing supervisory in centers of SMEs in East Java. The good description in financing and financial supervisory models would be the basic for determining the best formulation in financing and financial supervisory programs. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia are developed in centers of small and medium enterprises (sentra UKM) to supervisory efectively. The centers of SMEs in this research involved Sentra Industri Mebel Kayu Pasuruan, Sentra Industri Tempe Malang, Sentra Industri Kerajinan Perak Lumajang and Sentra Industri Sandal Sepatu Mojokerto. The result of this research indicating the need for financing and financial supervisory which accommodate non financial development such as marketing, technology, and management. Furthermore, exploratory for this research indicated that there are financing and financial supervisory established in the centers known as MAP model.

This research investigates the extent to which Burnout and Emotional Intelligence impacts on theÂ work performance of employee. This research sets its goal to knowÂ the significant influence of Burnout and Emotional Intelligence toward the performance of employee Bank Mega Syariâ€™ah Malang. This is explanatory research which has goal o test defined hypothesis on the influence of burnout and Emotional Intelligence toward the work performance of employee. The research populationÂ involved 32 employee of Bank Mega Syariâ€™ah Malang.Â Quistionnaire is used as research instruments in this research. This research employs path analysis to statistically analyze the data in which the coefficient determinants is set on 0,05 level. The result of the research analysis proves thatÂ Burnout and Emotional Intelligence simultaneously give significant influence on the work performance employee with determination coefficientÂ shows 0,468. Based on finding, it si further suggested that leader on Bank Mega syarâ€™ah Malang should give more attention to theÂ Burnout and Emotional Intelligence. The result of this research proves that Burnout and Emotional Intelligence simustaneously give significant influence on work performance.

Zakah is one of the religious orders that must be complied by every Muslim who had the capacity to do so. The level of such complience was affected by the faith factor. However, if payment of zakah was obliged through the formal institution of zakah collector, as that was applied in several islamic countries, then the zakah complience is now becomes the obedience against the formal institution of zakah collector. Therefore, the management of zakah institution, collecting efficiency and several other factors that were connected with the services given by zakah institution influenced the level of zakah complience. The study aimed at forming the zakah complience model of the formal institution of zakah collector. The model was formed based on the tax compliance model by adding several important factors that influenced the obedience of zakah payment. The availability of zakah complience model will benefit to facilitate research concerning the empirically test of zakah complience and evasion to the formal institution of zakah collector.

This paper aims to mendeskripasikan different interpretation of the results of the analysis ofthe value (unit) with a regression coefficient of elasticity values usingpercentage units (%). Themethod of analysis using the descriptive approach of regression analysis of the roadmap research students of the Faculty of Economics State Islamic University (UIN) MalangÂ MaulanaÂ MalikÂ Ibrahim last five years (2005-2010). The results showed, that a researcher in interpreting the processed data is veryimportant 'unit' was wearing. If the interpretation of the results of the analysis used the word 'unit', then it is quite relevant to regression analysis. However, if the estimatoruses the word 'prosentse' (%), it must use a mechanism of calculating the level of elasticity. On this basis, it is recommended to the reader or researcher the next, that the interpretation of the results though the use prosentse, the Cobb Douglas analysis is quite relevant because the coefficient has shown the level of elasticity.

APBN is the budget of country every period that describes governmentâ€™s capability and authority conducting the function of administration to reach the purpose of country. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of revenue toward economy growth, the effect of expense toward economy growth, the effect of revenue toward poverty, the effect of expense toward poverty and the effect of revenue toward unemployment, the effect of expense toward unemployment. Sample of this research is APBN and realization of APBN from 2004 up to 2008. The same year also prevails for the level of economy growth, poverty, and unemployment. The period of this research is 2004-2008. The method applied in this study is the simple linier regression analysis by using SPSS program 15.0 version for windows. The result of this research shows that revenue does not have significant effect toward economy growth, expense does not have significant effect toward economy growth, revenue has significant effect toward poverty, expense has significant effect toward poverty, revenue does not have significant effect toward unemployment, and expense does not have significant effect toward unemployment.

The purpose of this study is to know how the effect of fund to Syariâ€™ah system and construction of work relation to the increasing of small entrepreneur earnings. on actual events than people perception about an event. The population of this research is costumers who gain funds from Pusat Pendanaan Syariâ€™ah (PPS) or Syariâ€™ah This research is empirical study that is â€an approach to gain knowledge, which separate between obtained knowledge based on fact and knowledge without factâ€ or it is more emphasized Fund Center of Economic. The number of population is 200 customers. However, the sample taking method uses sampling purposive method. The sample of customers that are chose is 40 customers. The data is analyzed by using double linier regression. The analysis result of this study shows that funding by using syariah system which is owned by PPS and constructions of work relation influence significantly to increase small entrepreneur earnings. Besides PPS has important role in helping small entrepreneur to increase its earnings through funding and constructing work relation.

In financial empowerment, the government needs to improve efficiency in the management of state assets through efforts to diversify sources of financing the national budget. Conventional financing instruments issued by governments are ever Government Securities (SUN). Such instruments are operated based on usury system (riba) that becomes its own expense for the state budget from year to year. Not to mention it is evaluated in terms of the transcendental, SUN based on usury means has violated religious teachings. Therefore, as an alternative effort, the government has elicits other financing instruments, such as through an auction sale (penjualan lelang) of the SBSN (Sovereign Sukuk) which has been published.

The purpose of this research was to test and analyze the effect of TQM practices implementation which consists of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information and analysis, people management, and process management to quality performance at SermaniÂ Steel in Makassar. The population were 300 employees and the sample were chosen 150 employees as respondents. Sample technique which used was simple random sampling. Method of analysis which use both descriptive statistic and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Data processing uses two statistic tools i.e : SPSS for windows and AMOS 4.01. The finding of research indicate that : TQM practices implementation which consists of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information and analysis, people management, and process management have significantly and positive effect on quality performance. Leadership has dominant effect on quality performance (Critical ratio = 7,860 t-table = 1,960; and probability = 0,000 Î± = 0,05)

Research is a descriptive study with survey method. It is titled with â€œThe Analysis of The Elements of Citra Hand Body Lotionâ€™s Brand Equity (A Survey over The Female Students of Faculty of Economic, Malang University of Muhammadiyah).The objective of research is to understand the customerâ€™s awareness rate on Citra Hand Body Lotion, to acknowledge what attributes are related to Citra Hand Body Lotion which are associated with the brand image, to examine the customerâ€™s perceived quality of Citra Hand Body Lotion, and to observed the customer loyalty rate of Citra Hand Body Lotion. It is indicated that top of mind for Citra Hand Body Lotionâ€™s is counted for 89 or 89 %. Result of brand loyalty variable shows that respondent may be classified as switcher. Cochran Test determines that the association which is producing the brand image of Citra Hand Body Lotion is the attribute of softening and humidifying benefits. Result of the analysis of importance-performance diagram insists that the indicator to protect skin from UV ray can be entered to Quadrant I meaning that it has high importance but with low performance of Citra Hand Body Lotion.
