Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki banyak variasi satwa yang tersebar di seluruh kepulauan dan memiliki keanekaragaman yang berbeda-beda. Namun, pada kenyataannya, kekayaan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kepedulian dan keingintahuan masyarakat mengenai keberadaan dan kelestariannya. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena media yang menampung informasi satwa ini sangatlah sedikit. Jika hal ini dibiarkan berlarut-larut, maka lama kelamaan  keberadaan satwa tersebut akan menjadi punah. Dengan demikian diperlukan sebuah media yang mampu merekam data sebaran satwa yang di lindungi di Indonesia. Data satwa ini dapat berupa nama ilmiah dan lokasi satwa tersebut dipelihara. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Google API sebagai media yang mampu mendata sebaran satwa yang dilindungi oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Adanya SIG yang dapat merepresentasikan sebaran data satwa dalam bentuk peta dapat memudahkan pengaksesan informasi dan menampilkan lokasi mengenai sebaran satwa langka di Indonesia. SIG yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini memiliki tiga user yaitu administrator, lembaga konservasi yang berperan sebagai kontributor, dan masyarakat sebagai pengunjung web. Fitur yang dimiliki oleh SIG ini antara lain adalah fitur pencarian informasi satwa, pencarian lokasi satwa langka, dan penanda lokasi pada map.Kata kunci: Google API, Satwa Langka, Sistem Informasi Geografis. ABSTRACT Indonesia is a country that has a lot of variety of animals. In fact, they are scattered throughout the islands and has a big diversity in them. However, the wildlife animals were not a concern of the public at all. It can be caused by media that holds the information of this animal is not well. If this is allowed to drag on, then over time the number of these animals will become extinct. Because of this, it is needed to build a media that capable to recording data or information about the distribution of wildlife in Indonesia. This information can be their scientific name and where they lived. Therefore, this study implements a Geographic Information System (GIS) based Google API as a media that is able to record the distribution of species protected by the Indonesian government. GIS can presents the distribution of animals in maps. The SIG can be used by three users, that is administrator, conservation organizations as a contributor, and society as a web visitor. The features that we can use are searching wildlife information, searching location of endangered species, and marking location on the maps.Keywords: Geographic Information Systems, Google APIs, Rare Animals.

Abstract

Proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak telah berhasil digunakan di berbagai bidang, tetapi persentase kegagalan masih cukup tinggi. Di Indonesia tingkat keberhasilan proyek hanya mencapai 50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi risiko pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan konteks Indonesia. Penelitian menjawab dua pertanyaan: (a) Apa risiko dalam proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan (b) Apakah terdapat perbedaan tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk risiko yang ditemukan. Metode Delphi digunakan untuk memperoleh pendapat ahli dengan serangkaian kuesioner berulang yang bertujuan untuk mencapai konsensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Delphi dengan melibatkan 41 panelis dengan beragam latar belakang peran dalam proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, penelitian ini menemukan 17 risiko berdasar konsensus panelis. Pemetaan risiko untuk setiap tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak (perencanaan, analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan) menemukan bahwa setiap tahap mempunyai risiko dominan yang bervariasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, risiko perencanaan sistem tidak jelas menjadi risiko yang paling mendominasi.  Software development projects have been used successfully in various fields, but failure percentage is still high. In Indonesia, project's success rate is only 50%. This research aims to identify software developments risk with Indonesia context. This research answered two questions. (a) What are the risks in a software development project; (b) Is there any difference stages of software development for the risk found. The Delphi method is used to obtain expert opinion by a series of repeated questionnaires aimed at reaching consensus. This research uses the Delphi method involving 41 panelists with various background of roles in software development projects. This study found 17 risks based on panelist consensus. Risk mapping for each sofware development stage, (planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance) found that each stage has various dominant risks. At the planning stage, the risk of system planning is not clear to be the most dominating risk.

Abstract

The high public interest in transactions using credit cards in the banking sector has the potential for higher credit card fraud. This study uses a credit card fraud dataset that consisting of 284,807 data obtained from Kaggle. The dataset in this study is class-imbalanced data with a comparison between the major class of 99.8% and the minor class of 0.2%. This class-imbalanced data problem will be solved by applying undersampling. In order to determine the performance of the classification algorithm that is most suitable for solving class-imbalanced data problems, a comparison of the Naïve Bayes, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) and Neural Network algorithms will be carried out. The t-test in this study was conducted to determine the significance of differences between algorithms. Algorithm performance evaluation uses accuracy and AUC (area under the curve) values. The test results in this study is Neural Network has better performance than other algorithms because it has the highest accuracy value of 93.59% and AUC value of 0.977. Based on the t-test results, the Neural Network with k-NN has a significant difference, in contrast to the Neural Network with Naïve Bayes there is no significant difference.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBencana alam dapat terjadi setiap saat dan sering menyebabkan korban, baik harta benda maupun nyawa manusia. Pengelolaan kebencanaan perlu diperbaiki terus menerus oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk mengurangi resiko akibat bencana. Artikel ini mengkaji kemampuan konsultan lokal dalam mengelola proyek pasca bencana dan bagaimana peran teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kebencanaan mereka. Pada proses rekonstruksi dan rehabilitasi pasca bencana, banyak pihak yang ingin terlibat untuk membantu. Namun demikian biasanya mereka menghendaki untuk menggunakan prosedur, standar yang mereka biasa lakukan, sehingga membuat banyak prosedur dan standar yang berbeda pada saat pelaksanaan suatu proyek. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyak konsultan lokal tidak mampu terlibat dalam banyak proyek rekonstruksi dan rehabilitasi karena kurangnya kapasitas mereka. Agar konsultan lokal dapat terlibat dalam proyek pasca bencana, program pelatihan peningkatan kinerja yang terprogram dengan baik, pengetahuan kebencanaan, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi mampu meningkatkan kapasitas kebencanaan mereka.Kata Kunci: Bencana alam, konsultan, teknologi informasi. ABSTRACTSince natural disaster usually occurs unpredictable and often causes large-scale disruptions the disaster management must be developed by the government together with the community. This article examines the ability of local engineering firms in managing post-disaster projects and how the role of information technology in improving their capacity. Many organizations are keen to get involved in the reconstruction and rehabilitation projects. However, they tend to use their standard operations procedure that might present many different procedures and standards during reconstruction projects. As a result, many local consultants are unable to bid post-disaster projects. In order to improve the ability of local consultants in disaster management, training program to enhance the performance and improve the capacity of managing disaster have to be continuously maintained. Information technology is also the most important tool that can be used to increased their capacity.Keywords: Disaster, local consultant, information technology.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought new media, one of which is Youtube, which is now one of the most widely used applications for internet users in the world. The growth of the audience which is known as viewers, is also suported by the contribution from the content creators or also known as YouTubers from Indonesian. The more the viewers grow, the more their demand for trend content are also grwoing at surprisingly speed in one of the topics which is H-pop. In this study, the author wanted to see the dominant topics that K-pop YouTubers often upload to support content creator. This research was conducted using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation method. The analysis was carried out on after using text mining on 2563 videos from 10 K-pop YouTuber accounts with more than 100,000 subscribers. To determine the optimal number of topics by looking at the value of perplexity and topic conherence. The results obtained are the top 5 topics that are the content material in the uploaded video. These topics include reactions to dance covers, unboxing on albums and conducting reviews, riddles from K-pop dances and vlogs together to discuss about covers and reactions to sounds on K-pop songs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perguruan tinggi tergolong dalam industri  quasi-commercial, selain memberikan pelayanan pendidikan kepada masyarakat, juga menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen industri komersial untuk mendapatkan dana sebagai pendukung keberlangsungan hidup universitas. Karakteristik perguruan tinggi yang demikian itu, menjadikan teknologi informasi (TI) menjadi sangat penting. Adanya kegagalan dalam implementasi  TI  dalam Universitas akan dipandang negatif oleh banyak pihak. Karenanya, IT governance saat ini menjadi salah satu critical success factor (CSF) bagi para pemimpin dan mitra perguruan tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan peran IT dalam efektifitas peningkatan aset, capaian kinerja, sasaran, tujuan, visi dan visi organisasi. Sejalan dengan perubahan keberadaan fungsi TI dari level operasional menjadi strategis di dalam suatu organisasi, muncul pula suatu manajerial baru yang disebut sebagai Chief Information Officer (CIO). Keberadaan CIO untuk organisasi yang sangat menggantungkan aktivitas bisnisnya sehari-hari pada sistem informasi dan teknologi Informasi (SITI) merupakan suatu keharusan. Tanpa adanya fungsi strategis dari sistem dan teknologi informasi, perusahaan yang bersangkutan akan mengalami permasalahan yang sangat serius. Pertanyaan yang muncul kemudian adalah bagaimana karakteristik dan peranan TI di perguruan tinggi sehingga membutuhkan tata kelola yang baik dan bagaimana peran strategis CIO  dalam organisasi. Tulisan ini berusaha menjawab kedua pertanyaan tersebut. Kata kunci: IT governance, chief information officer (CIO), teknologi informasi (TI), sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SITI) ABSTRACT Universities belong to the quasi-commercial industry, in addition to provide educational services to the community, also apply the principles of management of commercial industry to raise funds to support the survival of the university. Characteristics of such universities, making information technology (IT) becomes very important. The failure have occurred in the implementation of IT within the university would be viewed negatively by many. Therefore, IT governance is now a critical success factor one (CSF) for leaders and college partners to optimize the role of IT in increasing asset effectiveness, achievement of performance, goals, objectives, vision and the vision of the organization. In line with changes in the presence of IT functions from operational to strategic level within an organization, there are also some new managerial known as the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The existence of CIO for an organization that is dependent activities of dailybusiness in the information systems and information technology (SITI) is a must.Without the strategic function of the system and information technology, the company concerned will have a very serious problem. The question that arises thenis how the characteristics and role of IT in higher education and thus require good governance and how the CIO's strategic role within the organization. Abstract

Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang harus  diambil sebagai salah satu persyaratan kelulusan di Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum (Unipdu) Jombang. Pengembangan sistem KPM ini berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang berjudul sistem informasi manajemen KPM di Unipdu Jombang berbasis web dengan hasil sistem dapat melakukan pendaftaran, pembagian kelompok dan melihat informasi secara online. Namun, masih ada banyak fitur dari sistem yang belum tersedia guna memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan KPM sesuai kebijakan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M), termasuk fitur yang dapat menyimpan logbook, proposal, laporan, nilai dan lokasi. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, maka pada peneliti ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem informasi KPM berbasis web di Unipdu Jombang menggunakan perancangan UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah dapat melakukan pendaftaran KPM, pembagian grup secara dari, menyimpan dan melihat: logbook, laporan, proposal, nilai, lokasi dan informasi terkait kegiatan KPM. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan Black Box menunjukkan sistem informasi berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Adanya pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan mahasiswa maupun LP2M dalam melakukan kegiatan KPM dan  mengelola data.Kata kunci: Jombang, KKN, Kuliah Kerja Nyata, Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat, Unipdu.  Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) or commonly known as Student Study Service is a compulsory course that must be taken as one of the graduation requirements at the Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum (Unipdu) Jombang. The development of this KPM system is based on previous research entitled KPM management information system in Unipdu Jombang web-based with the results of the system can register, divide groups and view information online. However, there are still many features of the system that are not yet available to meet the needs of KPM activities in accordance with the policies of the Institute for Research and Community Services (LP2M), including features that can store logbooks, proposals, reports, values and locations. Based on these requirements, the researchers proposed the development of a web-based KPM information system in Unipdu Jombang using UML (Unified Modeling Language) design, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The result of the development of this system is that it can register KPM, divide groups by, store and view: logbooks, reports, proposals, values, locations and information related to KPM activities. The results of testing using the Black Box show that the information system is going well according to the purpose of this study. The development of this system is expected to facilitate students and LP2M in conducting KPM activities and managing data.Kata kunci: Institute for Research and Community Services, Jombang, KKN, Student Study Service, Unipdu.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dihindarkan pada setiap daerah. Sumber pencemaran udara tersebut bermacam-macam, seperti gas kendaraan bermotor, limbah pabrik, dan sampah yang dibuang sembarangan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pembuatan sebuah sistem pemantauan kualitas udara di kota Surabaya. Zat pencemar yang menjadi tolak ukur untuk menentukan tingkat pencemaran udara dalam penelitian ini adalah CO (Carbon monoxide), SO2 (Sulfur dioxide), O3 (Ozone), dan NO2 (Nitrogen dioxide). Sensor yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kadar zat pencemar tersebut adalah MQ-7 dan MQ-135. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan wireless sensor network (WSN) dan teknologi LoRa sebagai media pengiriman data. Empat titik pengujian dan dua papan ISPU (Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara) sebagai ground truth digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pencemaran udara di kota surabaya. Pengukuran dan perbandingan antara sensor dengan ground truth dilakukakan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian ini. Hasil pemantauan tingkat pencemaran udara didapatkan dengan menggunakan sensor MQ-7 dan MQ-135 yang mampu membaca keadaan zat pencemar dengan tingkat error paling besar 5,77%. Sistem pengiriman data menggunakan teknologi LoRa pada jarak terjauh 2,97 km dapat mengirimkan data dengan baik dengan RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) -92 dBm pada ketinggian 12 mdpl dan frekuensi 433 Mhz. Data hasil pemantauan tersebut dapat dipantau melalui aplikasi ThingSpeak secara online. Everywhere, air pollution isn't avoidable. The source of pollution could be anything, such as gas emitted from vehicles, toxic waste, and garbages that are thrown not to their places. In this study, a system to monitor air quality will be built in Surabaya. The pollutants that will be the benchmark to measure the level of air pollution are CO (Carbon Dioxide), SO2 (Sulfur Dioxide), O3 (ozone), and NO2 (Nitrogen Dioxide). The sensor that will be used to detect the level of pollutants is called MQ-7 and MQ-135. This study takes Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) into use while LoRa technology is being used as a media to send data. To know the level of pollution in Surabaya, 4 test points are taken, and AQI (Air Pollution Index) are used as ground truth. After measuring and comparing the sensor and ground truth, the result that is taken using MQ-7 sensor and MQ-135 could read the status of pollutants with 5.77% as its highest sensor range. After that, the system that is sending the data using LoRa technology with 2.97 km as its highest distance could send the data well with RSSI -92dBm in 12m MSL height and 433 Mhz frequency. The result of this monitoring could be seen through thingspeak application online.

ABSTRAKPengelompokan usia (age prediction) merupakan salah satu topik penelitian yang terkait dengan prediksi usia berdasarkan citra wajah. Permasalahan terkait dengan pengelompokan usia berdasarkan citra wajah adalah bagaimana memilih fitur wajah yang tepat, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi hasil akhir pengelompokan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokan usia berdasarkan citra wajah dengan menggunakan fitur penting yaitu face anthropometry dan kerutan (wrinkle). Di mana fitur kerutan yang digunakan selain memperhitungkan lebar kerutan (wrinkle density) juga digunakan fitur kedalaman kerutan (the dept of wrinkle). Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: Praproses, identifikasi lokasi titik wajah, ekstraksi fitur dan klasifikasi. Lokasi titik wajah diidentifikasi berdasarkan bentuk simetri wajah dan perbedaan nilai intensitas piksel. Sedangkan kerutan didapatkan dari gabungan metode deteksi tepi menggunakan operator Sobel dan histogram equalization. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi adalah algoritma Neural Network (NN) yang akan mengelompokan data citra input menjadi 3 kelas yaitu anak, remaja dan tua. Hasil akhir pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan telah mampu mengelompokan usia berdasarkan citra wajah dengan cukup baik dengan hasil akurasi pengujian sebesar 65 % dengan epochs = 1000, dan error rate = 0.0095, sebanyak 100 kali iterasi.Kata kunci: Age prediction, face ratio, Neural Network, wrinkle. ABSTRACT   Age prediction  is one of the  research topics related to the prediction of age based on facial image. The problems associated with age groupings based on the image of the face is how to choose the right facial features, that will affect the final result grouping.  This study aims to categorize age based on facial image by using the important features, that is face anthropometry and wrinkles. Wherein the wrinkles features that used are wrinkles density and the depth of wrinkles. The research methodology consists of four stages: preprocessing, identification of the face point location , feature extraction and classification. The face point is identified based on facial symmetry and the difference of pixel intensities. While wrinkles was obtained from the combined edge detection method using Sobel operator and histogram equalization. The algorithm used for the classification process is a Neural Network (NN) algorithm that would classify the input image data into three classes, there are children, young and old. The final results of test-ing show that the proposed method was able to categorize age based on facial image fairly well with the results of the test accuracy of 65% with epochs = 1000, and the error rate = 0.0095, 100 iterations.Keywords: Age prediction, face ratio, Neural Network, wrinkle.
