Abstract

Aplikasi ini diusulkan bertujuan untuk membantu pembelajaran tentang susunan tata surya bagi anak Sekolah Dasar (SD) pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Hal ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar peserta didik tidak bosan dalam belajar, karena aplikasi ini dikemas dalam bentuk animasi. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis Android menggunakan Smart App Creator dengan menampilkan konten animasi yang menarik. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi yang diusulkan adalah waterfall. Pengujian aplikasi yang diusulkan menggunakan pengujian beta melibatkan 21 siswa dari kelas 1 hingga kelas 6 secara acak di SD Negeri 2 Sendang Kecamatan Bringin Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil pengujian beta pada penelitian yang diusulkan adalah semua siswa memberikan penilaian sangat menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan sehingga dapat diterima oleh peserta didik.  Proposed application aims to help learning about the composition of the solar system for primary school (SD) in the course of Natural Sciences (IPA). It is very important to do so that students do not get bored with learning, because the application is packaged in the form of animation. Android-based applications created using Smart App Creator by displaying animated content interesting. The method for developing software that proposed is using the waterfall method. The proposed application testing using beta test involving 21 students from grade 1 to grade 6 at random at 2 Spring Elementary School District of Semarang District Bringin. The results of the beta testing in the proposed research are all students provide a very pleasant assessment and not boring so that it can be accepted by students.

Abstract

  ABSTRAK Adanya kemajuan hardware dan software komputer menjadikan  internet sebagai kebutuhan primer dan penting dalam segala bidang, khususnya dunia pendidikan. Saat ini seluruh aspek kehidupan berhubungan dengan dunia digital dan  internet yang membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat, sehingga meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi. Kelebihan lain yang dapat diperoleh dari digitalisasi informasi adalah berupa buku digital. Buku yang berjilid-jilid dapat disimpan dalam bentuk file yang dimuat di sebuah situs. Saat ini internet menjadi kebutuhan primer dalam dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan mulai bergeser dari sekolah/universitas tradisional menjadi sekolah/universitas e-education. Hal ini merupakan pengaruh positif dari informasi online. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi signifikan dari informasi online pendidikan terhadap akselerasi pengembangan IPTEK. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya frekwensi rujukan paper ilimiah online dan cepatnya perkembangan bidang bioinformatika yang memanfaatkan internet secara optimal untuk bertukar data dan hasil observasi. Walaupun pada pelaksanaannya masih ada kelemahan dan kendala dalam hal keamanan, hak cipta dan lain-lain, tetapi proses digitalisasi informasi ini merupakan tahap yang harus kita lalui untuk memajukan pendidikan dan riset di Indonesia. Kata kunci: internet, pendidikan, militer, e-education, IPTEK ABSTRACT Advances in computer hardware and software make the internet as a primary need and importance in all fields, especially education. Currently, all aspects of life associated with the digital world and the internet that makes the job easier and faster, thereby increasing the effectiveness and efficiency. Another advantage that can be obtained from the digitization of information is a form of digital books. Volumes of books can be stored in a file that is loaded on a site. Nowadays the Internet becomes a primary need in education. Education began to shift from the school / traditional universities into e-education. This is the positive influence of information online. Various studies suggest a significant contribution of online information to accelerate the development of science and technology education. This is indicated by a high frequency of references online scientific paper and rapid development of  the field of bioinformatics which optimally utilize the Internet to exchange data and observations. Although in practice there are still weaknesses and constraints in terms of security, copyright and other, but the process of digitizing this information is the stage we have to go through to promote education and research in Indonesia. Abstract

People's activities that often upload photos of food before eating are common in popular social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. The food image data circulating on social media can be used for business purposes, such as analyzing customer behavior patterns. However, not all of the uploaded images are food images, so that before the analysis is carried out, it is necessary to do a classification task between food images and non-food images. Therefore, the researcher proposes automatic food image classification using transfer learning method using the Residual Network model version of 18 (ResNet-18). Residual Network model is used because it has a residual connection mechanism to solve the vanishing gradient problem. In addition, transfer learning was chosen because this method leverages the features and weights that have been generated in the previous training process on large and more general data (Imagenet) and thus reduce computation time and increase accuracy. The test was carried out by comparing the capabilities of the ResNet18 model with AlexNet. In addition, the fine tuning and freeze layer methods used to improve the quality of the model were also carried out in this study. In the experiment, the data set was divided into 3,000 images for training data and 1,000 images for test data, while the evaluation used was correctness accuracy. The results obtained in the ResNet18 model, namely the fine tuning training method, produced an accuracy value of 0.981 while the freeze layer resulted in the best accuracy value of 0.988. The AlexNet model that uses the fine tuning training method produces an accuracy value of 0.970 while the freeze layer produces the best accuracy value of 0.978. It can be concluded that the mechanism with the best accuracy is found in the RestNet18 architecture using the freeze layer 1-3 with an accuracy of 0.988.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan portofolio aplikasi yang nantinya akan digunakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi (PT) XYZ untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya dalam mencapai tujuan. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward Peppard, metode SWOT dan Mc. Farlan Strategic Grid. Metode Ward dan Peppard digunakan untuk model strategis sistem informasi, metode SWOT digunakan untuk analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal PT XYZ, dan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid digunakan untuk pemetaan aplikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi mendatang yang terdiri dari 9 aplikasi yang termasuk aplikasi key operational, 4 aplikasi sebagai aplikasi support, 10 aplikasi sebagai aplikasi strategic, dan 3 aplikasi sebagai aplikasi high potential.            Kata Kunci: Mc Farlan Strategic Grid, PT XYZ, portofolio aplikasi, SWOT, Ward Peppard. ABSTRACTThis study discusses the planning application portfolio that will be used by the late high College XYZ to support their business processes to achieve goals. The method used in this study using Peppard Ward, SWOT method and Mc. Farlan Strategic Grid. Ward and Peppard methods used to model information systems strategic, SWOT method used for the analysis of environment conditions internal and external college XYZ, and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid is used for mapping ap-likasi. The results of this research is a recommendation that the application portfolio consists of 9 applications that are entered key operational applications, 4 applications as application support, 10 applications as a strategic application, and 3 ap-likasi as high application potential.Keywords: Application portfolio, college XYZ, SWOT, McFarlan Strategic Grid, Peppard Ward.

Abstract

Websites is important for services industries, such as hopitals, because it help to deliver the information of services provided by the hospitals to their customers. However, Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya has not measure the performance of its website yet. Several studies related to measuring the success of information systems in hospitals use the Delone and Mclean model as a measuring tool. Those researchs have a vary results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya website and to understand the factors that influence it by adapting Delone and Mclean success model. Respondents of this researh are 130 website visitors. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Out of nine hypotheses proposed, only three can be accepted. This research prove that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction and that usage affects net benefits.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemasaran adalah salah satu perangkat vital dalam suatu bisnis, sistem pemasaran yang baik merupakan pendukung siklus hidup sebuah produk (product lifecycle). Pemasaran tidak sekedar pengembangan produk yang baik, penetapan harga yang menarik, dan ketersediaan bagi konsumen sasaran. Perusahaan juga harus berkomunikasi dengan konsumen. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah pada efisiensi anggaran untuk media komunikasi pemasaran. Abstract

Pengujian perangkat lunak merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari pembuatan perangkat lunak. Pada pengujian perangkat lunak terdapat pengujian unit. Pengujian unit merupakan proses pengujian komponen yang berfokus untuk memverifikasi unit terkecil pada perancangan perangkat lunak. Pada tahap pengujian unit terdapat proses pembangkitan kasus uji. Selama ini, pembangkitan kasus uji dari suatu kode program dilakukan secara manual se-hingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kemungkinan jalur pada kode sumber yang akan diuji.  Dalam penelitian ini dibangun suatu sistem otomatis untuk membangkitkan kasus uji. Alur kerja sistem dimulai dari analisa kode sumber dengan Spoon Library, selanjutnya dibentuk CFG (Control Flow Graph) dan DDG (Dynamic Directed Graph). Dari DDG tersebut akan dibangkitkan jalur layak yang terdapat pada DDG, dengan menggunakan algoritma genetika diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penentuan jalur independen. Dari masing-masing jalur independen akan dibangkitkan kasus ujinya dengan metode test case generation. Pengujian akurasi sistem pada sistem otomatisasi pembangkit kasus uji dengan jumlah populasi 5, 10 dan 15 serta jumlah maksimum generasi 50, 100, 200 dan 250 dihasilkan jumlah populasi paling optimal yaitu 10 dan maksimum generasi optimal yaitu 200 dengan akurasi 93,33%. Pada jumlah populasi dan maksimum generasi sesudahnya tidak terjadi peningkatan akurasi yang signifikan. Tiap peningkatan jumlah populasi dan maksimum generasi dapat meningkatkan akurasi sistem.  Software testing is one of the most important part of making software. On the software testing there are unit testing. Unit Testing is a process for verifying component, focusing on the smallest unit of software design. In the unit testing phase contained test case generation process. During this time, the generation of test cases of a program code is done manually. In this study, constructed an automated system to generate test cases. The workflow system starts from the analysis of the source code with the library spoon and then create CFG (Control Flow Graph) and DDG (Dynamic Directed graph). From the DDG will be raised feasible path using a genetic algorithm. Furthermore, from fea-sible path sought independenth path which is a path base d on the level of uniqueness of the path to the other path. From each independenth path raised the test case with a test case generation method. Testing accuracy of the system on the automation system generating test cases with populations of 5,10 and 15 as well as the maximum number of generations 50, 100, 200 and 250 produced the most optimal population number is 15 and the most optimal maximum generation is 200 with accuracy 93.33%. Each increase in the number of population and maximum generation can improve the accuracy of the system. Level accuracy with population number over 10 and maximum generation over 200 has no increace accuracy significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine user acceptance and what factors influence user acceptance of E-Kinerja. The theoretical model used is a combination of the theoretical model of technology adoption of TRAM (Technology Readiness Acceptance Model) and EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). For example, the intention to use variable in the TRAM (Technology Readiness Acceptance Model) model is used as a link between the two models in this study. This research was conducted in Sidoarjo Police by using a questionnaire that was distributed directly as a source of data with probability sampling technique involving the participation of 229 respondents from Sidoarjo Police as members of the e-Kinerja application. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study state that there are seven positive and ten negative hypotheses. The findings of this study are the user's intention to positively influence user satisfaction in using the e-Kinerja application which can be interpreted that the user feels satisfied and accepts the e-Kinerja application as an information system that can help reporting and calculating the performance of each member of the Sidoarjo Police.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Terminologi Sistem Pakar diartikan sebagai sistem komputer yang dapat melakukan penghampiran terhadap logika pengambilan keputusan dari manusia pakar. Dengan menggunakan logika inferensi forward untuk membuat diagnosis awalnya dan backward chaining digunakan untuk proses konsultasi diharapkan dapat dibangun sebuah sistem pakar yang berbasis teknologi informasi untuk membuat diagnosis penyakit infeksi tropis. Hasil aplikasi yang telah dibuat mendekati hasil diagnosis yang dibuat seorang dokter penyakit infeksi tropis. Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan pengklasifikasian secara manual biasanya terletak pada hasil akurasi dan waktu klasifikasi. Pengklasifikasi citra kerang pada umumnya dilakukan berdasarkan pada karakteristik bentuk dan tekstur cangkang kerang. Pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk pengklasifikasian secara otomatis diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil akurasi dan memperbaiki waktu klasifikasi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkombinasikan fitur tekstur berbasis metode Power LBP dan fitur bentuk berbasis metode fourier descriptor yang digunakan untuk klasifikasi citra kerang.Citra input yang digunakan, sebelumnya telah melalui praproses dan  segmentasi untuk memisahkan objek dengan background. Citra objek yang sudah terpisah ditransformasi menjadi citra biner dan citra grayscale untuk proses ekstraksi fitur. Hasil dari kedua fitur yang sudah diperoleh akan dilakukan kombinasi dengan mempertimbangkan bobot masing-masing fitur yang kemudian dilakukan normalisasi. Dengan mengkombinasikan fitur tekstur dan fitur bentuk diharapkan memperoleh fitur yang signifikan yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi sebuah klasifikasi.Uji coba dilakukan pada 3 jenis dataset kerang yakni kerang darah, kerang pasir dan kerang bulu dengan menggunakan SVM cross validation dengan k=2 . Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara mengkombinasikan fitur tekstur dan fitur bentuk pada permasalahan klasifikasi citra kerang dapat diperbaiki dengan hasil akurasi klasifikasi yang diperoleh sebesar 99,39% dengan fitur tekstur lebih dominan daripada fitur yang lainnya. Kata Kunci: citra kerang, ekstraksi fitur, fourier descriptor, klasifikasi, power LBP. ABSTRACTShells image classification are generally conducted based on the characteristics of the shape and texture of the shells. The problems of classification usually occur results of accuracy and timing classification. The software development for classification is expected to increase the yield of accuracy result and optimize the time of classification. In this study, we combine extracting texture features based Power LBP method and extracting shape features based Fourier Descriptor method for shells image classification.   The used input images had been conducted preprocessing  and segmentation to separate object and background using Otsu methods. The objects images that had been separated are transformed into a binary image and grayscale image for feature extraction process. Texture features are extracted using Power LBP (PLBP) method and grayscale image as input. Shape features are extracted using Fourier Descriptor (FD) method and binary image as input. The results of these two features will be combined by considering the weight of each feature and then normalized. Combines texture features and shape features, we expect to obtain significant features that can improve the accuracy of classification.Tests was performed on three types of shells dataset that is blood clams, mussels and scallops feather sand by using SVM cross validation with k = 2 fold. The results show that there is a link between features combine texture and shape features on the image classification problems that can be solved with the results obtained classification accuracy of 99.39% with a texture feature more dominant than the other features. Keywords: classification, feature extraction, Fourier Descriptor , Power LBP, Shellfish image.
