Abstract

Sistem berbasis komputer di bidang medis dapat digunakan untuk membantu mendiagnosis penyakit tertentu. Pembuatan sistem berbasis komputer berdasarkan citra mempunyai beberapa tahapan penting, diantaranya adalah tahapan segmentasi. Tahapan segmentasi merupakan tahapan untuk melakukan pemisahan objek terhadap background. Thresholding merupakan metode dalam melakukan segmentasi, di mana prosesnya didasarkan pada warna keabuan yang menghasilkan citra biner; 1 (putih) untuk mewakili objek dan 0 (hitam) untuk mewakili background. Mental foramen adalah bagian yang ada dalam mandibula, salah satu fungsinya untuk identifikasi forensik. Agar fungsi mental foramen bisa digunakan, maka salah satu proses yang harus dilalui adalah proses segmentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan segmentasi mental foramen di mandibula citra radiografi gigi. Manfaat dari melakukan segmentasi mental foramen pada mandibula adalah dapat menampilkan informasi mental foramen di mandibula secara jelas pada citra radiografi gigi agar dapat digunakan pada proses identifikasi manusia di kedokteran forensik gigi. Adapun algoritma yang digunakan dalam melakukan thresholding adalah Self-Organizing Map (SOM), karena telah terbukti dapat melakukan segmentasi lebih baik. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari 1) Pengumpulan citra radiografi panoramic didapatkan dari RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik di Jawa Timur sebanyak 16 citra radiografi panoramic. 2)  Citra radiografi panoramic dilakukan akuisisi agar menghasilkan citra digital; 3) Perbaikan citra menggunakan ekualisasi histogram; dan 4) Pengambilan bagian mental foramen di mandibula terlebih dahulu dilakukan croping menggunakan SOM agar komputasi tidak tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, SOM memiliki kinerja kurang bagus dalam melakukan segmentasi mental foramen pada mandibula secara sempurna, karena hanya mampu melakukan segmentasi secara baik sebanyak 3 citra dari 16 citra berdasarkan pengamatan langsung secara manual.  Computer based system in the medical field is used to assist a diagnose of certain diseases. There are several steps to process a digital image, and the necessary part of it is image segmentation. Image segmentation is applied for separating between the foreground and background of an image. Image thresholding is a basic image segmentation that produces a binary image from a gray-level image, which 1 represents as an object; otherwise, it is the background. Mental foramina is a part of the mandibular canal that is used to acknowledge of digital forensics. In this paper, we apply mental foramina image segmentation on the mandible canal in dental radiographic. The use of mental foramina segmentation is to perform its information on mandibular obviously so that it can be used for human identification in the medical of dental graphics. We utilize the Self-Organizing Map (SOM) as it has better segmentation than other algorithms. In research methodology, we divide the process as follows: 1) primary dataset of panoramic radiographic images was obtained from RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik, East Java with the total of images is 16. 2) The acquisition of panoramic radiographic images into digital images. 3) Image enhancement using histogram equalization. 4) Mental foramina images on the mandibular canal were cropped using SOM to avoid a high computational process. The result shows that SOM achieves low evaluation of metal foramina image segmentation on the mandibular canal since it is only undertaking three out of sixteen images based on visualization measurement.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, risk, trust, and attitud e toward using on interest in using the Shopee application. The types that we use for research are qualitative and quantitative. This research was conducted with a number of respondents as many as 168 respondents. The sampling technique used was the cluster & stratified, dispropotional, random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust in conducting transactions and behavior in transactions can affect the interest in using the Shopee application in Batam city and other factors do not affect people's decisions in the city of Batam. The test results of the coefficient of determination on the adjusted R2 value show a value of 0.56 which means the independent variables in the study show a value of 56% and the other 44% is explained by the outside variables. This research can be a reference for readers in determining how to attract users to use or transact at Shopee in the city of Batam.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKanker payudara adalah penyakit yang paling umum diderita oleh perempuan pada banyak negara. Pemeriksaan kanker payudara dapat dilakukan menggunakan citra Mammogram dengan teknologi sistem Computer-Aided Detection (CAD). Analisis CAD yang telah dikembangkan adalah ekstraksi fitur GLCM, reduksi/seleksi fitur, dan SVM. Pada SVM (Support Vector Machine) maupun LS-SVM (Least Square Support Vector Machine) terdapat tiga masalah yang muncul, yaitu: Bagaimana memilih fungsi kernel, berapa jumlah fitur input yang dioptimalkan, dan bagaimana menentukan parameter kernel terbaik. Jumlah fitur dan nilai parameter kernel yang diperlukan saling mempengaruhi, sehingga seleksi fitur diperlukan dalam membangun sistem klasifikasi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi massa pada citra Mammogram berdasarkan dua kelas yaitu kelas kanker jinak dan kelas kanker ganas. Ekstraksi fitur menggunakan Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Hasil proses ekstraksi fitur tersebut kemudian diseleksi mengunakan metode F-Score. F-Score diperoleh dengan menghitung nilai diskriminan data hasil ekstraksi fitur di antara data dua kelas pada data training. Nilai F-Score masing-masing fitur kemudian diurutkan secara descending. Hasil pengurutan tersebut digunakan untuk membuat kombinasi fitur. Kombinasi fitur tersebut digunakan sebagai input LS-SVM. Dari hasil uji coba penelitian ini didapatkan, bahwa menggunakan kombinasi seleksi fitur sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat akurasi. Akurasi terbaik didapat dengan menggunakan LS-SVM RBF dan SVM RBF baik dengan kombinasi seleksi fitur, maupun tanpa kombinasi seleksi fitur dengan nilai akurasi yaitu 97,5%. Selain itu juga seleksi fitur mampu mengurangi waktu komputasi.Kata Kunci: F-Score, GLCM, kanker payudara, LS-SVM.ABSTRACTBreast cancer is the most common disease suffered by women in many countries. Breast cancer screening can be done using a mammogram image. Computer-aided detection system (CAD). CAD analysis that has been developed is GLCM efficient feature extraction, reduction / feature selection and SVM. In SVM (Support Vector Machine) and LS-SVM (Support Vector Machine Square least) there are three problems that arise, namely; how to choose the kernel function, how many input fea-tures are optimal, and how to determine the best kernel parameters. The number of fea-tures and value required kernel parameters affect each other, so that the selection of the features needed to build a system of classification. In this study aims to classify image of masses on digital mammography based on two classes benign cancer and malignant cancer. Feature extraction using gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). The results of the feature extraction process then selected using the method F-Score. F-Score is obtained by calculating the value of the discriminant feature extraction results data between two classes of data in the data training. Value F-Score of each feature and then sorted in descending order. The sequenc-ing results are used to make the combination of fea-tures. The combination of these features are used as input LS-SVM. From the experiments that use a combination of feature selection affects the accuracy ting-kat. Best accuracy obtained using LS-SVM and SVM RBF RBF with combi-nation or without the combination of feature selection with accuracy value is 97.5%. It also features a selection able to curate the computa-tion time.Keywords: Breast Cancer, F-Score, GLCM, LS-SVM.

Abstract

The presence of user contact applications in the community as a means of preventing and overcoming the spread of COVID-19 can pose another risk to the potential dangers of protecting data privacy from contact tracing. This research examines more deeply related to user privacy policies through 3 (three) samples of android-based user contact applications that are used as a means of preventing, overcoming and controlling the spread of the COVID-19 virus in today's society and by reviewing the rules contained in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic. Indonesian No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). The study in this study was prepared using the method of literature study, observation and qualitative analysis. A comparison was made regarding the data privacy of the three samples, which was then evaluated and matched with the form of the privacy policy according to Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and according to the ideal form of data privacy policy based on several experts. Comparative data is obtained through related applications and other electronic media which are then discussed together to conclude and evaluate the data privacy policies of the three sample applications. Based on this research, it can be concluded that privacy intervention to deal with damage and save lives is legal as long as its use is in accordance with regulations in the health, disaster, telecommunications, informatics and other related fields; in this case listed in the Presidential Decree No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and there needs to be an increase in efforts to maintain the security and confidentiality of user data privacy through continuous system and data maintenance, encryption of data privacy storage in the manager's data warehouse and added with other data privacy policies can guarantee the security and confidentiality of the privacy of user data.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan dan pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan banyak dilakukan melalui proyek pengadaan paket software atau hardware yang siap pakai di pasaran dan langsung mengimplementasikannya. Implementasi sistem informasi akan melibatkan semua aktivitas organisasi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan dan manajemen dari sistem informasi tersebut sehingga menyebabkan perubahan proses bisnis. Perubahaan organisasi yang tidak dikelola dengan baik menjadi penyebab utama kegagalan proyek sistem informasi. Manajemen perubahan yang didukung oleh puncak manjeman dan memiliki kemampuan dalam penguasaan teknologi, pengetahuan proses bisnis dan budaya organisasi perusahaan menjadi kunci keberhasilan proyek implementasi sistem informasi. Abstract

Monitoring siswa merupakan bentuk proses pengawasan sekolah terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar siswa, salah satunya di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri atau SMAN Mojoagung, Jombang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Monitoring siswa tersebut meliputi jurnal kelas, presensi siswa dan capaian kompetensi dasar siswa. Proses pengolahan monitoring yang berjalan selama ini memiliki beberapa kendala, diantaranya 1) Belum tersedianya rekapitulasi absensi per mata pelajaran, sehingga guru mata pelajaran kesulitan memonitor kehadiran siswa ketika mata pelajaran sedang berlangsung; dan 2) Tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik capaian kompetensi dasar yang telah diajarkan pada tiap mata pelajaran, yang akhirnya mempengaruhi kualitas proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan kendala yang dialami, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mengakomodasi pengelolaan proses aktivitas belajar mengajar meliputi pelaporan jurnal kelas, rekapitulasi absesi kehadiran siswa per mata pelajaran, dan laporan capaian kompetensi dasar. Pengembangan sistem informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan Waterfall. Sistem monitoring ini menggunakan tiga aspek pengujian, diantaranya efficiency, reliability, dan usability berdasarkan Web Quality Evaluation Method (WebQEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan rata-rata loadtime 2,78 detik dan rata-rata pagesize 190,52 KB pada kecepatan internet 20,98 Mbps, serta persentase session, pages dan hits dengan nilai 99% dengan 25 data pada pengujian efficiency. Pengujian reliability menunjukkan performa yang baik karena mampu mengakomodasi 600 user yang menangani 1.085 request dan throughput 227,098/menit dengan 0% error dari total 5.322 data yang tersimpan. Sedangkan pengujian usability yang melibatkan 322 responden memiliki persentase 76,72% yang masuk kategori baik. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut aplikasi mampu menangani permintaan data dalam jumlah besar dan memastikan kehandalan server mengakomodasi akses seluruh siswa SMAN Mojoagung. Student monitoring is the form of school's supervision process on the teaching and learning activities at SMAN Mojoagung, Jombang, East Java, Indonesia, which  includes the class journals, student's attendance, and students' achievement of basic competencies. However, the recent monitoring process has had some obstacles, including 1) The absence of recapitulation of students' attendance in each lesson which makes it difficult for the teacher to monitor the students' attendance in the teaching and learning process; and 2) poor documentation of the students' achievements of basic competencies in each lesson, which ultimately affects the quality of the teaching and learning process. Based on the obstacles, it is crucial to build a web-based information system which is capable to accommodate the supervision process of the teaching and learning activity involving class journal report, recapitulation of the students' attendance in each lesson and the report of basic-competence achievement. The approach of this current research in this information system development used Waterfall method. The approach of this current research in this information system development used Waterfall method. The developed monitoring system used three aspects of testing, including efficiency, reliability, and usability based on the Web Quality Evaluation Method (WebQEM). The results showed an average loadtime of 2.78 seconds and an average pagesize of 190.52 KB at 20.98 Mbps internet speed as well as a percentage of sessions, pages, and hits of 99% in the efficiency testing on 25 data. The reliability testing showed proper performance since it could accommodate 600 users which handle 1,085 Request and 227.098/minute Throughput with 0% Error from the total of 5,322 saved data. Meanwhile, the usability testing involving 322 respondents showed a percentage of 76.72% and were categorized as good. Based the test results, the application was able to handle a large amount of data demand and ensured the reliability of the server in accommodating the access to all students of SMAN Mojoagung.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Metode pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa (Student-Centered Learning) memberikan ruang gerak lebih bagi mahasiswa untuk dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam aktivitas perkuliahan di Perguruan Tinggi sesuai dengan kompetensi yang ingin dicapai. Melalui penerapan Student-Centered Learning ini maka mahasiswa dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuannya dalam belajar kreatif dan mandiri sehingga peran dosen dalam proses pembelajaran lebih diarahkan sebagai pendamping dan fasilitator belajar mahasiswa. Untuk mendukung penerapan Student-Centered Learning ini dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Information and Communication Technology (ICT) dalam berbagai macam strategi pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan konsep kelas virtual (Virtual Class). Kata kunci : student-centered learning, information and communication technology, strategi pembelajaran, virtual class ABSTRACT Student Centered Learning (SCL) gives students some extra space for actively participating in every learning activity in the university according to their aiming competence. In this SCL application, student hopefully could optimize their ability in creative and self study learning so that lecturers are just stay as their study supervisor and facilitator. Abstract

ABSTRAKKualitas perangkat lunak dapat diukur dengan nilai kopling pada fase perancangan. Tingkat kopling pada perancangan mengindikasikan seberapa besar hubungan antar komponen dalam sebuah sistem. Untuk menentukan nilai kopling dapat menggunakan empat parameter metrik kopling konseptual antara lain Conceptual Similarity be-tween Methods (CSM), Conceptual Similarity between a Method and a Class (CSMC), Conceptual Similarity between two Classes (CSBC) dan Conceptual Coupling of Class (CoCC). Perhitungan nilai kopling dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengambil method-method pada klas kemudian dihitung nilai kecocokan antar dokumen kode sumber dengan menggunakan Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI). Metode LSI digunakan untuk menghitung kecocokan antar dokumen kode sumber berdasarkan kesamaan kata maupun kesamaan makna kata, kemudian nilai tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung nilai metrik kopling konseptual. Pengujian akurasi pada kakas bantu ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan dengan kakas bantu lain sebagai pembanding. Pengujian dikelompokan ke dalam 3 (tiga) nilai toleransi yang berbeda yaitu 0,05; 0,1 dan 0,20. Penggunaan nilai toleransi yang berbeda disebabkan karena terdapat selisih antara kakas bantu yang dikembangan dengan kakas  bantu pembanding. Hasil pengujian akurasi dengan nilai toleransi sebesar 0,05; didapatkan nilai akurasi sistem sebesar 24,83%. Jika nilai toleransi sebesar 0,1 maka nilai akurasi sistem sebesar 43,41%. Sedangkan, jika nilai toleransi sebesar 0,20 maka nilai akurasi yang diperoleh diatas 50% yaitu 69,78%.Kata kunci:   kopling, kualitas, Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI), metrik kopling konseptual parsing method, perangkat lunak. ABSTRACT   Coupling is one of the parameter of quality of software. Coupling is a paramater for measuring how much the relationship between components of a system. To determine the value of coupling can use four of the parameters of conceptual coupling metrics among other Conceptual Similarity between Methods (CSM), Conceptual Similarity be-tween a Method and a Class (CSMC), Conceptual Similarity between two Classes (CSBC) and Conceptual Coupling of Class (CoCC). Before counting the value of the coupling, parsing method carried out using spoon library and com-putation macth between source code documents to be done by using a method of information retrieval that is Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI). The use of LSI method because this research requires the calculation of a match between the document's source code based on common words or similarity of meaning of the word. After that, the LSI value is used to calculate the Conceptual Coupling Metric Testing accuracy of these tools is done by comparing with other systems as a comparison.. Testing is classified into 3(three) different tolerance values are 0.05, 0.1 and 0.20. The use tolerance values differ, because there is a difference between systems developed and the comparator system.  If tolerance value is 0.05 then the accuracy value is 24,83%. If tolerance value is 0.1 then the accuracy value is 43,41%. Meanwhile, If tolerance value is 0.2 then the accuracy value is up to 50%, it is 69,78%.Keywords: Conceptual coupling metrics, coupling, Latent Semantic Indexing, LSI, parsing method.

Abstract

STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya as one of the universities in the city of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, which provides scholarships for Al-Qur'an hafiz in that city to take full courses. Currently, the process of determining prospective scholarship recipients is still using a computer application, namely Microsoft Excel. With the large number of applicants who registered, the limited human resources who handled the determination of the recipients of this scholarship, and the very limited quota, it made it difficult for STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya to determine better priorities for prospective students who received the hafiz Al-quran scholarship. For this reason, this study is intended to assist the STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya in selecting students who receive the hafiz Al-qur'an scholarship based on 4 criteria, namely memorizing the Al-qur'an, high school academic scores, the work of parents and dependents of the parents, from these criteria. the calculation will be carried out using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. This method was chosen because of its simplicity of calculation and ease of finding the best alternative by assigning a weighting value from 0 to 100 in the criteria so as to simplify the calculation process to obtain the best alternative. This study resulted in recommendations for determining prospective scholarship recipients by 80%.
