Diabetes Mellitus type 2 is the most common type of diabetes is found around the world. It is estimated in the year 2035 will occur explosion sufferers of diabetes mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus not controlled then it may cause complications in organs – other organs such as: heart, kidneys and eyes. There are several treatment Diabetes Mellitus, one of which is the physical exercises of yoga.In this study, aiming to let acquired clarity about the effectiveness of physical yoga exercises against the respondent's blood sugar. This research is quasi alphabets experiment with the design of the intervention group pre test – post test. The Sampling method by using the Krejcie table population size (N) 55 and the number of samples (S) 48. Data analysis with Ordinal Regression and difference test. On this group intervention is done as much as once a week for 3 months.The statistical test used different test pretest and post test. Ordinal regression test results showing that yoga changes have an effect on blood sugar levels while (Pvalue 0.003). On different Wilcoxon test results obtained p 0.006, meaning that there is a difference in blood sugar during before and after physical exercises of yoga. In conclusion, this physical exercise yoga is effective for lowering blood sugar levels while in type 2 DM; then it is recommended that the Ministry of Health introduced this intervention, in the independent care of patients at home, so that patients can control their blood sugar levels.

The background of this research is the high rate of gynecology cancer prevalence which influences the psychological effect called maladaptive anger response in women diagnosed with gynecology cancer. The purpose of this research is to identify the representation of anger in women diagnosed with gynecology cancer at one of the hospital in Kota Bandung. This research used a descriptive design which variable is anger in women diagnosed with gynecology cancer. This research involved 50 respondents were taken based on accidental sampling as long as three weeks. The instrument was using STAXI-2 which had already adopted in Indonesia and the validity is 0.85 and the reliability value is 0.89. The data analyzed using mean and serves in a frequencies distribution form.The result showed th at almost all of the respondents (92%) has low state anger, almost all the respondents (94%) has low trait anger, most of respondents (78%) has moderate control out and moderate (84%) control in, and all the respondents (100%) has low index angry expression. Most of the respondents has low intensity of anger, state anger, and also they can’t express their anger adaptively. Respondents prefer push their anger to themselves but in time, anger will appear in a strong enough intensity. Suggested a nurse can develope and give some consultation and therapy to patients diagnosed with gynecology cancer, so they can express their anger in an adaptive way.

Hemodialysis can change the physical aspect and the psychological aspects of the patient's life and it can trigger stressor for patients that finally lead to depression. Therefore, family support is very important for patients undergoing hemodialysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and the level depression of patients with hemodialysis therapy in hemodialysis units at RST dr. Soedjono Magelang. Primary dysmenorrhea is pain during menstruation without any pelvic abnormalities. Approximately 45-95% childbearing age women experience pain during menstruation. The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is about 54.89%. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of dark chocolate on the decrease of pain level in primary dysmenorrhoea. This research used pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest research design. This study involved 44 female nursing students. The data was collected using interview sheet and pain observation sheet. The bivariate data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the mean of pain before provided 100 grams of dark chocolate was 5 (moderate pain) while the mean of pain after providing dark chocolate 100 gram was 2 (mild pain). Nutrition or the ideal food for babies is breast milk (ASI). Other food or drink cannot replace breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low. Data Riskesdas reported exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia only 30.2%. The level of knowledge of mothers on exclusive breastfeeding is still lacking. Implementation of health education on exclusive breastfeeding can be done by many people, one of whom is a toddler Posyandu’s volunteer. Roleplay metode is one of ways to increase self esteem in in preschool children. The lesson of pre school children (4-5 years old) is the most basic lesson, it means it’s a critical range to the next step. Roleplay has an education character. The aims of this study were to find any influence of roleplay to increase self esteem in pre school children. This method was pre experimental with one group pre test post test design. The analysis in this study used Wilcoxon test. The sample were 20 person who has age between 4-5 years old. The result shows that after finished the roleplay, children who has high self esteem 12 person (60 %) is more than children who has moderate self esteem 8 person (40 %). The result shows p value 0.000 before and after role play. It means there is a difference betwen self esteem before and after do a roleplay.It concluded there’s a significant influence between rol play method to increase self esteem among pre school children (4-5 years old) Insan harapan at klaten.

Diarrhea is a major cause of morbidity and mortality of children under five in developing countries and is one of main cause of malnutrition. Meanwhile, mother's behavior and knowledge about health impact on child’s mortality. Management of diarrhea is a therapeutic treatment by empowering parents, which is focused on the treatment of diarrhea at home. This study was aimd to identify the effect of management of diarrhea on the behavior of parents in caring for of children with diarrhea at home. This research method was the Quasi Eksperiment Pretest-Posttest Design with Control Group. The subjects were 55 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Knowledge and skills were measured in 18 days, using a knowledge questionnaire with 21 questions, while the skills was measured through direct observation. The average score effect on knowledge of the treatment and control group were 37.9 and 6.15. While the average score effect on skills of the treatment and control group were 35.07 and -0.51. The P-value in both variables using Independent Sample t-Test showed was 0.000, which means is a significant difference between the treatment and control groups. The management of diarrhea is effective to improve parents knowledge and skills in the treatment of childhood diarrhea.

A nurse is deemed competent to have a competency certificate obtained through a competency test. Anggraeni Novi (2013): 3rd grader D III Nursing Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 56% experience anxiety from mild to moderate level in facing competency test. There is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation on anxiety levels in schizophrenic patients in RSJ Bali Province (Laksmi, 2015). This study aims to determine the effect of progressive relaxation therapy to decrease the level of anxiety in the face of nurse competence test at the level III student AKPER Muhammadiyah Cirebon. The study design used "Quasi Experimental Pre-Post Test with Control Group" with progressive relaxation therapy intervention. Population were all students at level III AKPER Muhammadiyah Cirebon with a sample of 72 people. The data collection tool used is an anxiety HARS rating scale (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) measurement questionnaire. The analysis of research results consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis, using percentage, test of t-test and independent t-test. Results: There was a significant decrease in anxiety levels in the intervention group after progressive relaxation therapy (p 0.000). Advice: Progressive relaxation therapy may be applied to decrease anxiety levels among students in the face of competency tests.
