Abstract

The traffic jam that occurred on Selokan Mataram Street specifically at the intersection of Selokan Mataran Street - Wahid Hasyim Street gave rise unofficial officers or commonly referred to as "Pak Ogah" who took over the police to regulate the traffic. Therefore this research aims to study how the influence of unofficial officers on the performance of the intersection at the Selokan Mataram Street - Wahid Hasyim Street (OB Intersection). The survey was conducted for 2 days which included vehicle volume surveys, vehicle speed surveys, queue length surveys and driving behavior surveys. The results of the VISSIM modeling analysis showed that one-way system management was more effective than unofficial officer with an average delay value of 75.58%. Meanwhile, the length of the queue has decreased and increased. Decrease in the value of the queue length occurred in the north and south by 43.54% and 37.22% and an increase in the west by 31.17%. However, the value of this increase was not as much as the condition of unofficial officers at 78.90% of the existing conditions.

Abstract

Jakarta is a province in Indonesia with a rapid population growth. Data obtained from the Jakarta Central Bureau of Statistics shows that Jakarta had a population of 102.776 in 2016, increasing to 103.742 in 2017. This rise in population and the role of Jakarta as the center of the economy have led to an uncontrolled increase for the need of different transportation modes. Based on the Jakarta transportation statistics (2017), the number of motorized vehicles in Jakarta reached 20.972.175 units, while the toll road built was only 7.094.000 meters. So it can be concluded that each vehicle only got 0.3382 meters of space. According to data obtained from Numbeo in 2019, Jakarta ranked 5th as the biggest contributor to congestion in Indonesia with a congestion index of 274.39. In order to overcome these problems, various efforts need to be taken, one of which is by implementing Electronic road pricing in several roads in Jakarta which is considered to be one of the solutions to reduce congestion. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential and problems that arise in the application of Electronic road pricing on Jenderal Sudirman road, Jakarta. The research method used is a combination of literature study and survey using a questionnaire. To achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the electronic road pricing system, studies are carried out in various aspects, so that Electronic road pricing can be one of the solutions to traffic congestion in Indonesia. Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that electronic road pricing implementation can be a solution for traffic congestion especially on Jenderal Sudirman Road, Jakarta if the implementation is integrated with public transportation.

Abstract

Jembatan merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sarana transportasi khusus nya pada suatu jaringan jalan. Apabila jembatan mengalami kerusakan, maka akan sangat mempengaruhi sarana transportasi dan distribusi didaerah tersebut. Demi mencegah hal tersebut, maka diperlukan upaya preventif berupa pemeriksaan jembatan. Kegiatan pemeriksaan jembatan dilaksanakan dibawah sistem manajemen jembatan atau Bridge Management System (BMS). BMS merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga dan terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Jembatan (SIMJ) yang berfungsi mengatur secara sistematis kegiatan pemeriksaan, rencana dan program, dan perencanaan teknis sampai pada pelaksanaan dan pemeliharaan jembatan.Penelitian jembatan ini adalah pada Jembatan Way Kendawai I Bandar Lampung. Data kondisi jembatan di dapat berdasarkan pengamatan dan pemeriksaan langsung di lapangan. Kondisi jembatan dinilai berdasarkan 5 kategori nilai, yaitu ditinjau berdasarkan struktur, kerusakan, kekuatan, kuantitas, fungsi dan pengaruh.. Berdasarkan penilaian kondisi, skrinning teknis serta analisis penanganan per element struktur jembatan, Jembatan Way Kendawai memiliki nilai 2 (Jembatan/elemen mengalami kerusakan yang memerlukan pemantauan dan pemeliharaan berkala) dan beberapa perkuatan pada abutment dan bagian sayap jembatan. Adapun prediksi sisa umur Jembatan Way Kendawai I yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil investigasi nilai kondisi jembatan adalah 18,89 Tahun.

Abstract

The photogrammetric concept is used as a practical implementation of this study. Data management is proposed as an active contribution in the process of data integration and data in-operability to develop solutions based on UAV-based Photogrammetry as part of building inspection activities. Point Cloud adjusts the main role as data to initialize objects whose information can be represented in 2D / 3D / 4D rich-data format. Decision making on each management framework is planned with the DJI Go and Pix4D Capture Application which is controlled by a smartphone that has been pre-configured for the plan UAV flights. The flight plan quality control, flight mission supervision, and data acquisition results are important factors in the management and related infor-mation framework. The Point Cloud created by the SfM (Structure from Motion) application is then imported by Autodesk Recap and reconstructed in Revit BIM. The 3D Point Cloud is lastly enhanced with some practically detailed information to contribute to the data management experiment. The collaboration model of this study is presented using AR / VR (Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality) to enable mobile monitoring as a research objective and substantial examination. The essence of this study is to develop UAV-based Photogrammetry / BIM / AR-VR as a method to reduce the risk of data mismatches, monitor communications, and increase the impact of practical instructions on de-cision making on building inspection activities. The results of each verified workflow show that the methodology applied produces informational and visual data products that allow user mobility within the scope of building inspection and monitoring. Furthermore, device limitations do not affect the data acquisition process to provide user safety and efficiency.

Abstract

The contraction coefficient (Cc) and discharge coefficient (Cd) always rise in flow while sluice gate operated with variation of open gate and discharge (Q). This experimental research used prototype model made from fiberglass (horizontal channel), sluice gate installed on it. Two models of trapezoid baffle block installed as three rows, specified location 25 cm after sluice gate pair using sill with different dimension. Water depth (y) and velocity (v) were measured during each running test then Froude number, contraction coefficient (Cc) and discharge coefficient (Cd) were calculated. The result showed that trapezoid baffle block model T2 (used no sill, sill 2 cm and sill 2.7 cm, Fr = 0.11 - 0.75) gives the better performance modelling of Cc and Cd in term of the initial Froude number with R2 = 0.8086 (Cc) and R2 = 0.8273 (Cd).
