Abstract

This study aims to implement the method of controlling the supply ofmedicines at the RS.X Pgarmacy Installation in Martapura, because it is less precise inestimating the demand resulting in the purchase of excess stock. Therefore, this studyaims to know and analyze the control of drug preparations on RS.X Pharmacy Installation by applying the Economic Order Quantity method and determining thecorrect forecasting.Implementation of this inventory control using EOQ method, calculation ofOrder Frequency, Booking Interval, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and MaximumInventory. Service Stock used is 99%. Inventory costs can be determined by calculatingthe relevant costs, such as: purchase costs, ordering costs, and storage costs.After processed and then analyzed the comparison of inventory cost calculationresults between using EOQ methodwith business entity policy. The result 8% savingsusing EOQ method.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the determinants of corporate dividend policy. Variabel used in this research is size, profitability, growth, cash, leverage, systematic risk (β) and investment opportunity. This Study uses the quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The target populations of this study are all non-financial sector companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 which are equal to 1045 year observations. Subsequently, the robustness test is performed by clustering the target populations by company size, that is large company groups and small company groups. The study finds that size, profitability, cash and investment opportunity affect dividend policy negatively. While growth, leverage and systematic risk (β) affect dividend policy positively.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the determinants of board characteristics such of of dari proportion woman director, education level, average board tenure, director size, independent director, firm age dan firm size of companies’ listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange using agency theory. This Study uses the quantitative approach and multiple linear reggresion to analyze the data. The target populations of this study are manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 which are equal to 535 year observations.

Abstract

This report aims to describe a quality control by using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method to identify and prevent errors that arise in the process of delivery of goods in PT. Asia Mandiri Lines. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is used as a guide for quality control in the company. Activities that are often done during field work practice is making a receipt letter for customers who want to send goods through PT. Asia Mandiri Lines. During the practical work in the administrative section, especially the handling of the mail and receipt of goods, found some problems that cause complaints from customers. It shows that the quality of freight service in PT. Asia Mandiri Lines should be fixed. Therefore, based on the results of the discussion of Field Work Report, I use FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method to help PT. Asia Mandiri Lines in reducing e rors, providing solutions for errors that occur, and improve the quality of the company in the process of delivery of goods.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the influenceof service quality, satisfaction, stickiness toward usage intentionon the application of WhatsApp in Surabaya. Data processing was conducted using software SPSS AMOS 20. The sampling technique thatused is non-probability sampling. 150 respondents, who qualify the specified characteristics of the population were the total of sample used in this research whichdistributed by off line quetionaire. The result of this research that there was a positive influence betweenenvironment quality on satisfaction, a positive influence between outcome quality on satisfaction, a positive influence between satisfaction on usage intention, a positive influence between satisfaction on stickiness, a positive influence between stickiness on usage intention and mediating role of stickiness between satisfaction and usage intention is confirmed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the effect of interaction between Djakarta Warehouse Music Project music festival with its consumer using social media to emotional attachment of consumer of the music festival, brand relationship quality between consumer and music festival, and word of mouth that willing to share by consumer of Djakarta Warehouse Music Project. Social media used in this research is facebook, youtube, instagram, path and twitter. The target of respondents in this study is the tourists who have attended the Djakarta Warehouse Project festival. The choice of respondents is intended for information or data obtained for research needs in accordance with the reality (objective). The data obtained in this study comes from the primary data is by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The sample specified in this research is 150 respondents. Data processing methods used in this study include using validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, research model test, structural model test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20.0 and Amos v.20.0 This research got result that interaction between Djakarta Warehouse Project and its consumer by using social media can improve emotional attachment and brand relationship quality which finally influence word of mouth from its consumer.

Abstract

This research aims to provide insight into the relationship between religiousness, trustworthiness in advertising and advertisement avoidance. A structural equation modelling procedure is applied to this research. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 18.0 for Windows and SmartPLS 2.0 for Windows. The sampling technique thatused is non-probability sampling and purpose sampling. The number of samples used in this reseafch is as much 200, qualify the the specified characteristic of the population were the total of sample used in this research which distributed by offline questionaire.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore both the cognitive and affective images and examine the effects of destination image through both aspects on satisfaction levels and tourist loyalty. The data used in this study comes from primary data, namely data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. This measurement uses the interval measurement level, which is a measurement that has the same distance and clear difference. This study uses a quantitative approach through statistical testing. Tests conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Analysis of Moment Structured (AMOS 16). The results showed that the cognitive image have positive significant effect to affective image. Cognitive image has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Affective image has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. While cognitive image, affective image, and tourist satisfaction does not affect the tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality through dimensions tangible features, flight schedules, service provided by ground staff, service provided by flight attendant, and online services to low cost carriers’ (LCC) customer satisfaction. It was found that flight schedules and online services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While tangible features, the services provided by ground staff and flight attendants do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study was a replica of study by Eng et al. (2012). The results of this study showed two out f five hypotheses wereconcistent with study by Eng et al. (2012).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Experiential ValueandSatisfaction of food festival visitors to Loyalty at Pasar Malam Tjap Toendjoengan Surabaya. The research uses the quantitative approach and the design of this research is causal. Variabel used un this research are Goal-Oriented Attendees, Experientially-Oriented Attendees, Experiential Value, Satisfaction, and Loyalty. Data analysis technique is Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) using SPSS 16.0 for windows and AMOS version 24. This study used a sample of respondents who have visited Pasar Malam Tjap Toendjoengan Surabaya. The number of samples used in this study were 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate the influence of Experiential Value of food festival visitors to Satisfaction and Loyalty at Pasar Malam Tjap Toendjoengan Surabaya.
