Abstract

ABSTRAK - Penelitian mengenai aktivitas Reverse Logistics bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penanganan obat kembalian di PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories selama tahun 2010 – 2014. Adanya gambaran mengenai kegiatan Reverse Logistics di PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat, yaitu mengetahui sejauh mana praktik aktivitas Reverse Logistics yang telah dilakukan perusahaan, bagaimana prosedur pengembalian dan penarikan obat, serta dapat mengetahui nilai obat-obatan yang kembali di PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories. Penelitian ini menggunakan data obat kembalian yang terjadi selama tahun 2010 - 2014. Aktivitas Reverse Logistics di PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories digambarkan melalui Reverse Logistics Framework menggunakan 5 dimensi meliputi: 1) Dimensi Apa/What, 2) Dimensi Bagaimana/How, 3) Dimensi Siapa/Who, 4) Dimensi Dimana/Where, 5) Dimensi Mengapa dan Mengapa Tidak/Why and Why Not. Kelima dimensi tersebut dapat menggambarkan aktivitas Reverse Logistics di PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories dalam menangani obat kembalian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari data yang telah diolah, tingkat pengembalian obat mengalami tren kenaikan tiap tahunnya beserta nilai yang dimiliki obat kembalian. Aktivitas Reverse Logistics di PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories sudah memiliki prosedur yang jelas. Pelaku, lokasi, dorongan secara ekonomi, undang-undang, hambatan serta tindakan atas obat kembalian dalam aktivitas Reverse Logistics telah digambarkan. Perusahaan terus memperbaiki dan melakukan aktivitas Reverse Logistics agar siap jika suatu saat harus menarik obat beredar karena hal tertentu. Kata Kunci: Reverse Logistics (RL), pharmaceuthical, logistics, obat kembalian. ABSTRACT - Research on Reverse Logistics activity aims to describe the returned drugs treatment in PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories during the years 2010 - 2014. Describing the activities of Reverse Logistics in PT Surya Dermato Laboratories Medica is expected to provide benefits, such to determine the extent of the practice of the activity of Reverse Logistics, about the procedure of return and recall of the drug, and enable to determine the value of the returned drugs in PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories. This study uses data of returned drugs that occurred during the years 2010 - 2014. Reverse Logistics activity in PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories illustrated by Reverse Logistics Framework using 5 dimensions including: 1) What Dimension, 2) How Dimension, 3) Who Dimension, 4) Where Dimension, 5) Why and Why Not Dimension. These five dimensions describe the activity of Reverse Logistics in PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories in handling the returned drugs. Results from this study indicate that the data has been processed, the returned drugs have an upward trend every year with the value that is owned by the drug change. Reverse Logistics activity in PT Surya Dermato Medica Laboratories already have a clear procedure. Actors, location, economic driver, legislation, barriers and dispositions on returned drugs in the activity of Reverse Logistics has been described. The company continues to improve the Reverse Logistics activities to enable the company recall its drug if anytime needed because of certain conditions. Abstract

Abstrak - Salah satu hal yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah badan usaha adalah tata letak. Tata letak yang kurang tepat dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah dalam badan usaha sehingga mengakibatkan kurang optimalnya proses operasional badan usaha. Tata letak berkaitan erat dengan posisi peletakan rak dan memilih penempatan produk yang tepat. Perancangan tata letak gudang yang baru akan menggunakan klasifikasi ABC dan pengelompokan barang sesuai dengan kategori. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi yang diberikan barang terhadap nilai penjualan dan memudahkan kegiatan pengorganisasian barang di gudang. Perancangan dimulai dari pengalokasian barang di gudang yang menggunakan hasil klasifikasi ABC. Barang ditata berdasarkan klasifikasi ABC dan pengelompokan barang sesuai dengan kategorinya. Selain itu, perancangan juga mempertimbangkan beberapa data pendukung yaitu, analisis dimensi area, analisis dimensi barang, berat, dan, kebijakan penyimpanan baru. Hasil dari proses perancangan adalah rancangan tata letak gudang yang optimal. Penataan rak dan alokasi barang di gudang dilakukan dengan melihat kontribusi barang terhadap nilai penjualan dan pengelompokan barang berdasarkan kategori. Kata Kunci: rancangan, tata letak gudang, pengelompokan Abstract - One of the things that determine the success of an enterprise is the layout. Less precise layout can cause a variety of problems in the enterprise, resulting in less than optimal operational processes of the enterprise. The layout is closely related to the laying position the rack and choose the right product placement. Designing the layout of the new warehouse will use ABC classification and grouping of goods in accordance with the category. The goal is to determine the contribution made goods to the value of sales and facilitate organizing activities in the warehouse. The design starts from the allocation of goods in warehouses using ABC classification results. Goods arranged by ABC classification and grouping items by category. In addition, the design also consider some of the data supporting that is, dimensional analysis area, analysis of item dimensions, weight, and, new storage policy. Results of the design process is the design of an optimal warehouse layout. Shelf arrangement and allocation of goods in the warehouse is done by looking at the contribution of goods to the value of sales and grouping items by category. Abstract

Abstrak - Kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk dianggap penting bagi perusahaan karena penjualan bersumber dari dua kelompok dasar, yaitu pelanggan baru dan pelanggan yang membeli ulang. Kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu pemantauan dan pengukuran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi pemasar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati terhadap kualitas layanan ; bagaimana pengaruh Kinerja, Keistimewaan, Keandalan, Kesesuaian, Daya Taha, Mudah Diperbaiki, Gaya, Rancangan terhadap kualitas produk ; bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas layanan, delapan dimensi kualitas produk dan tiga atribut kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan restoran Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling, dimana jumlah populasi tidak teridentifikasi dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis jalur dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan alat analisis SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan restoran Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar di Surabaya. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,597 atau 59,7 %, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk yang diberikan restoran Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar di Surabaya mampu menjelaskan variasi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 59,7 %. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT - Service quality and product quality are considered important for the company because the sales derived from two basic groups, namely new customers and customers who buy again. Servive quality and product quality has a strong influence on customer satisfaction. Therefore, monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction is very important for marketers. The problem in this research is : (1) How the influence of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy towards service quality ; (2) How the influence of Performance, Features, Reliability, Conformance, Durability, Repairbility, Style, Design towards product quality ; (3) How to influence service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction in Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar Surabaya. This study uses five dimensions of service quality, eight dimensions of product quality and three attributes of customer satisfaction. The population in this research is customer in restaurant Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar Surabaya. This research used a non-probability sampling, where the total population is not identified and used as a sample number of 150 respondents. The analytical method used is the method of path analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of analysis tools SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of this research is significant influence service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction in Restaurant Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar Surabaya. Results of regression analysis adjusted R2 of 0.597 or 59.7%, this shows that the variation of sevice quality and product quality provided in Restaurant Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar Surabaya able to explain variations in customer satisfaction by 59.7%. Abstract

Intisari - Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi model penelitian yang diajukan pada penelitian Sahagun dan Vasquez (2013). Sekarang ini banyak restoran fast food yang ditawarkan di Indonesia, hal ini membuat konsumen terlihat tidak loyal pada satu restoran fast food. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh customer satisfaction dengan pengantar relasional trust dan commitment terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling melalui pendekatan convenience sampling.Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan softwar AMOS 18.0. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 165. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap trust, trust terhadap commitment, dan commitment terhadap customer loyalty. Melalui penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tingginya kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk dan transaksi, akan menyebabkan semakin tinggi kepercayaan pelanggan, kemudian menyebabkan semakin tingginya komitmen pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian ulang, yang akhirnya menyebabkan semakin tingginya pelanggan menjadi loyal dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, Kepercayaan, Komitmen, Loyalitas Pelanggan, Restoran Cepat Saji Abstract - This research is a replica of a research method proposed in Sahagun’s and Vasquez’s exploration (2013). Nowadays, there are plenty of fast food restaurant that exist in Indonesia and this fact makes consumers don’t seem to appear loyal to just one fast food restaurant. This study aims to investigate the influence of customer satisfaction using relational methodology of trust and commitment toward customer loyalty. The research was done using the technique of sample obtainment called non probability sampling through an approach called convenience sampling. The process of the data was completed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through a software called AMOS 18.0. The total amount of samples in this research is 165 samples. The result of this research shows that there are effects of customer satisfaction toward trust, trust toward commitment, and commitment toward customer loyalty. Through this research, it can be concluded that the higher the customer’s satisfaction to products and transactions, the higher the customer’s trust will get, resulting greater customer’s commitment to buy from the same restaurant again, which leads to a bigger chance of loyal customer in a long period of time. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga, kontrol keluarga pemilik,dan manajemen keluarga pemilik, terhadap tindakan pajak agresif perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 sampai 2015 dengan jumlah 135 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga, kontrol keluarga pemilik, dan manajemen keluarga pemilik, terhadap tindakan pajak agresif di analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuansoftware Eviews 4.1.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 28 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tindakan pajak agresif. Kontrol keluarga pemilikmemiliki pengaruh terhadap tindakan pajak agresif dan manajemen keluarga pemilik perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tindakan pajak agresif.

Abstract

Abstrack - This study aims to evaluate personnel and cultural control to address employee motivation problems. This research specifically wants to know how the employee's motivation in a trading business in Bondowoso. Personnel and cultural control can influence informal control systems to overcome motivation problems. Informal control systems play a greater role in safeguarding human resources from misbehavior. The type of research used is applied research with qualitative approach method. This research tries to give recommendation to overcome the problem of work motivation of employees with the application of personnel and cultural control. This research is explanatory, by explaining how the role of personnel and cultural control that have been applied to the problem of work motivation contained in UD "S". The results of the study found three employee motivational problems that need to be addressed in the "S" Trade Business. Employee motivation occurs due to the weakness of informal corporate control system.

Abstract

Absract - This study aims to address the existing motivational problems in Bank NTT KCU Surabaya. The concept used to overcome the motivational problems is by applying a management control system that focuses on the action and result control. The type of research used is applied research with qualitative approach method. This research tries to give recommendation on the motivational problems that occur in business entity, in this case research object is Bank NTT KCU Surabaya. The research finds five motivational problems that need to be addressed at Bank NTT KCU Surabaya. Motivational problems occur due to the weakness of formal business control system.

Abstract

Abstract - The management controlling system helps business entity to handle the control problem that happen in the business entity. In solving the control problem, where the control problem itself is the problem of intrinsic motivation of their employee. Hence, the business entity need to implement motivation 3.0 through management control system of business entity. Motivation 3.0 focus on learning about intrinsic motivation that solve the intrinsic motivation problem, which can lowered the performance of business entity. Therefore, this research want to focus on how to implement motivation 3.0 into management control system in order to solve the control system that occur in business entity. The approach that use in this research is qualitative approach with the purpose of research is explanatory research. The benefit of this research is applied research. In order to get the accurate data, we need to do interview, observation, and document analysis. The outcome of this research is the implementation of motivation 3.0 management control system to handle motivational problem, so that the result of this research can improve the performance of the employee because of the effective management control system in solving the motivation problem.

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the role of intrinsic motivation on the sustainability of accounting students' thesis which is focused and not focused on learning. The basis of this research is due to the lack of research that analyzes the role of intrinsic motivation in accounting learning especially thesis work for students who also while working or married. Using explanatory research with qualitative approach. The study is based on comparing students who focus on learning and students who also have other focus and motivation in doing the learning by conducting interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that intrinsic motivation play a positive rolefor both types of groups of participants either only thesis or who while working or married. The results also indicate that students who while working or married do not negatively affect the learning that is done when having intrinsic motivation in learning. Intrinsic motivation also positively contributes to learning as a person's fuel, forming the roots of the spirit within, enjoying doing something, and making someone accountable.

Abstract

INTISARI - Penelitian mengenai Perspsi Masyarakat Terhadap Dampak Pariwisata ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak pariwisata yang ditimbulkan dari tempat wisata Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. Adanya pembahasan mengenai persepsi masyarakat terhadap Suroboyo Carnival Night Market ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat, yaitu dapat memahami dampak positif maupun negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh tempat wisata, agar dapat mengatasi dampak negatif yang ada maupun mempertahankan dampak positif yang telah ada dari adanya Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 150 yang disebar pada masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menampilkan tabel frekuensi berdasarkan kuesioner masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel dampak yang diteliti, yaitu dampak ekonomi, sosial-budaya, dan lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap dampak ekonomi karena masyarakat memiliki peluang untuk membuka usaha, memperoleh pekerjaan, dan meningkatkan penghasilan rumah tangga. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak sosial-budaya juga positif karena tidak mempengaruhi budaya masyarakat sehari-hari, dapat meningkatkan citra kota Surabaya, dan tidak menimbulkan kriminalitas. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap dampak lingkungan negatif, karena meningkatkan kemacetan lalu lintas dan banyak wisatawan yang datang. Kata Kunci: persepsi masyarakat, dampak pariwisata ABSTRACT - Research about the community perception on the Impact of Tourism is to determine the community perception of the impact of tourism generated from the tourist attractions Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. The discussion of the community perception of Suroboyo Carnival Night Market is expected to provide benefits, which can understand the positive and negative impacts caused by tourist attractions, in order to overcome the negative impact and maintaining the positive effects that have been there from Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. This study used a questionaire which has distributed to 150 peoples living around Suroboyo Carnival Night Market. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis by displaying the frequency table based on the community answer in questionaire. In this study, there are three variables of tourism impact, namely economic, sosio-economic, and enviromental. Results from this study indicate that the community has a positive perception of the economic impact because the community has the opportunity to build a business, find jobs, and increase household income. Community perception of the sosio-cultural impact is also positive, because it does not affect the day-to-day culture, can improve the image of Surabaya, and does not increase crimanility. Community has a negative perception of enviromental impact because it increase traffic jam and crowded because of many tourists are coming. Keywords: community perception, tourism impact
