Abstract

In Pekalongan, precisely in the village of Soko Kembang, Petungkriyono sub-district, as many as 31 units of PLTS were made. This PLTS works stand alone, with the SHS system. Each SHS unit consists of a 50 Wp solar panel, three light points, a 70Ah battery, and a Box Control Unit. Based on preliminary field studies, the use of SHS is very useful and helps the community at night especially students and mothers who have small children and helping residents of Soko Kembang village, a remote village that had previously relied on lighting from oil lamps and rental generators. The use of solar power plants has an impact on the economic life of the community, which is assessed from an increase in the people's economy. This is evidenced by the high payback.

Abstract

Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

Abstract

A musical instrument is a device created to produce sound. The price of musical instruments themselves varies depending on the type of instrument and the quality of the material used to make the instrument. At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.

Abstract

Jl Karanglo RW 03 Pedurungan Semarang is a densely populated environment, its people are very hungry for fast and accurate information. The internet is available which is relatively expensive as the main choice in finding the information needed. However, the cost is very expensive for a connection that must be paid every month. Although currently many CDMA and GSM modems available on the market are not enough to meet the need for speed of an internet connection. Although there are internet cafes established, they have not streamlined the cost and time of internet users in the area. The purpose of this study is to save the cost of bandwidth rental per month for unlimited connections, provide a stable internet connection that can be used for 24 hours straight, provide data transfer with bandwidth management, so as to better guarantee the quality of the internet connection. The system development method used is Prototyping which stages include identifying user needs, making a prototype, agreeing to the user, using a prototype. As a server, using Mikrotik Os where in Mikrotik Os there are several important and interesting features provided by Mikrotik itself, among those features are bandwidth management, firewall, DNS client chacing, and many other features provided by Mikrotik. With this Mikrotik provides stability of internet data transfer in accordance with the management of Mikrotik Os as a server. The client uses a Windows-based operating system, this is because the driver tool used is more compatible using a Windows operating system than using a Linux-based operating system, because it has to compile the driver.

Abstract

This research generally aims to design a system that can overcome the problem at Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel Semarang. In addition to the process of using bathroom equipment, a gas controller is needed in the bathroom, especially the ammonia and other gas levels in the bathroom . The bathroom control system at the Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel in Semarang is currently considered ineffective, in the use of the bathroom equipment to hotel guests and hotel staff.The research method that I use is a Research and Development (R&D) research method that goes through stages of preliminary studies, planning, product development, testing, product design, product revision, and product testing. This system is made with the Arduino programming language. Based on the analysis, the ammonia gas detector in the Arduino-based bathroom can overcome the existing problems and help the hotel in controlling the bathroom, both to guests and hotel staff effectively and efficiently, as well as making it easier to manage bathroom rooms in the Hotel Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design goods sorting equipment automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors. A valid arduino-based servo motor so that the prototype product sorting device automatically uses ultrasonic sensors and arduino-based load cell sensors can be received by PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik Semarang. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D from Borg and Gall) research method. This research discusses about building a sorting device automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors, servo motors, conveyors and arduino. The final product results obtained The prototype product is valid, proven from the ultrasonic sensor, the load cell sensor detects the height of the package, and the weight of the package, the tool will sort the items automatically and know the price to pay, then this prototype product has been declared good and accepted by the user (PT Wahana Semarang Logistics Achievement) through user validation,

Abstract

Abstract

Gamerground is a computer shop engaged in the sale of laptops, computers, spare parts, accessories supporting and providing repair services. The marketing process is less than optimal because it only sells by phone or social media. There are some problems that occur between them : 1. Stock management is not optimal because of frequent discrepancies between stock records with the amount of goods available so often consumers feel disappointed with the services provided, 2. The issue of uploaded ad duration in uploaded social media will alternate from one product content display to another in a relatively short period of time, 3. The absence of management of consumer sales transactions thus requiring recording of repeated transactions, 4. The decline in sales turnover in recent months, 5. The management of customer or consumer data is less noticed. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based online sales information system mobile on gamerground. This research uses the development of SDLC waterfall model system which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using PHP and MySQL Server programming language as database. The results of research in the form of Online Sales Information System Web-Based Mobile that can facilitate consumers to view products, make reservations for consumers and management for the admin. This information system is equipped with product management features, order data management, customer data management, preparing order reports and payment confirmation. So that this information system can provide convenience both consumer and admin on gamerground.

Abstract

The community's need for electricity is getting higher, so alternative energy sources such as solar heat are needed to replace energy sources from fossil fuels in meeting electricity needs. In this paper we design a two-axis solar tracker with an LDR sensor. A sun tracking system is a unit that is combined into one to control the position of the tracking device with the aim of making the surface of the solar panel module always facing the direction of sunlight. This research discusses the Prototype of the Sun Tracking System in Arduino Based Solar Power Generation Systems to get maximum solar energy. This system will make solar panels move automatically so that sunlight absorption can be maximized. The main control uses Arduino nano which gets input values ​​from the LDR sensor then is processed to the output system. With the control system method can automatically be seen the difference in the results of a fixed solar panel with a solar panel with a tracker, from the comparison we get a solar panel with a tracker to get more optimal results.

Abstract

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Bookkeeping information system design using microsoft visual basic 6.0, xammp as a server and mysql as a database. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities
