Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the lending analysis applied by the Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan pinjam (UED-SP) Maju bersama. The sample in this study amounted to 44 respondents ie borrowers Fund UED-SP Maju bersama. The data used are secondary data yiatu report delinquent customers UED-SP maju bersama. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the analysis showed that occurred arrears on UED-SP Maju bersama Rp 500,000, - to Rp 3,000,000, -. The percentage of non-payment by the customer is the highest in the plantation business customers is 81.9%, this is due to the price of farm products is very low so that customers experiencing financial problems and are unable to pay loan installments. It can be concluded that the arrears still occur despite lending system has been implemented well. However, bad credit problems can be minimized by applying the principle of 5 C.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. FIFGROUP Rokan Hulu with the aim of testing the research to determine (1) the effect of transformational leadership style at PT. Sand FIFGROUP Pengaraian (2) Determine the influence of transformational leadership style variable to variable performance. This study uses a method of use of a questionnaire (Questionnaire), intended to obtain primary data from respondents as a research subject of the variables to be measured, namely PT. FIFGROUP with saturated sampling technique with a sample of 28 employees. This study uses a model of TCR (Achievement Level Respondents). Results showed that: (1) The effect of transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The equation of the results of simple linear regression is Y = 42 039 + 0,081X + e, which means regression coefficient variable Transformational Leadership Style has a positive value This suggests that the increase in variable Transformational Leadership Style positive influence on employee performance. Variables with a performance coefficient of 0.081 directional coefficient is positive towards Transformational Leadership Style.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil hitung pada variabel Motivasi dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 6,975 > 2,145, maka variabel Motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Guru. Nilai R Square atau koefisien determinasi (KD) yang menunjukkan model regresi yang dibentuk oleh interaksi variabel Motivasi terhadap variabel Kinerja Guru sebesar 0,777 % yang ditafsirkan bahwa variabel bebas yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 77,70 %, sisa sebesar 22,30 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar dari variabel bebas penelitian ini. Uji t ditunjukan dari nilai sig. variabel Motivasi sebesar nilai Thitung 6,975 > Ttabel 2,145 yang dapat diinterpertasikan bahwa variabel Motivasi terdapat hubungan yang sig. dengan variabel Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction stayingin Penginapan Kurnia with the quality of services provided. The samplingtechnique is purposive sampling sampling techniques with special considerationthat deserves to be sampled. The results showed that the TCR values forindicators of physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, andempathy in fairly good condition, while customer satisfaction in good condition.Quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction. Her advice thatshould Penginapan Kurnia improve service quality dimensions in order to providean optimal guest satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of an increase in the acceptance of Land and Building Tax (PBB ) and obstacles in achieving the target of tax revenue in the village of Rambah Tengah Hilir District Rambah of Rokan Hulu. Objects in this study is a whole community Taxpayers Village Rambah Tengah Hilir as a sample selected by using random proportional to the number of samples taken by the formula Slovin as many as 88 people. The research data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis technique that shows a picture of the results on the level of achievement of the respondents ( TCR ) for each of the questions given . The results of this study showed that the implementation of the increase in land and building tax revenues respondents tended to assess the implementation of the input ( input ) in the category Good Enough. This is indicated by the value of the TCR to the assessment of tax payers against officers amounted to 64,38 % with the classification level of achievement of respondents in the criteria Less Good. While Throghput ( process ) of 64,85 % voting classification Achievement Level Respondents in Less Good criteria , and the final output ( output ) targets and the realization of the TCR value of 51,18 % with a classification level of achievement of respondents in the criteria not Good . To achieve the target of land and building tax revenues remains to be done is to collect data on taxpayer, implementing active collection gradually based on STPs , improve the quality of service to the community , make an appeal letter taxpayer to immediately fulfill its obligation to pay the tax on land and buildings ( PBB ).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) To determine the attitudes of teachers towards training in junior high school N 2 Rambah Hilir.2) To determine the attitudes of teachers towards improvement of job performance of teachers in junior high school N 2 Rambah downstream. 3) To determine the effect of training on the performance of junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah downstream. The training was held at JSS N 2 Rambah Downstream is still based on an invitation from the Department of Education. Of positive responses junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah Downstream ie 50.00% answered Strongly Agree Agree and 50.00% said, it can be concluded that the training is dibutuhkan.Koesioner Job performance generated answers most of the respondents gave a positive answer to strongly agree 46, 67% and 45.93% disagree. The remaining 7.41% answered Neutral. They consider job performance can be improved either by training baik.Persamaan regression obtained as follows: Y = 14 816 + 0.552 X. This value indicates that the X or Y or training effect on Job Performance of 0.552 or 55.2% and Calculation obtained t count is 2,941 bigger than t table is 1.771. So that there is a positive effect of training on the achievements of junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah Hilir.Selanjutnya based on the calculation results obtained significance figure of 0,011. Figures 0.011 <0.05 then H rejected and H accepted. It means that there is a significant effect of training on the performance of junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah downstream. Therefore, there is the influence of variable X to variable Y.

Coach 2Welven Aida, S.Pd., M.Pd.This study aims to identify and analyze morale in the village Apparatus on DesaRambah Tengah Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Population and samples takenwere 31 people of the total number of village officials Rambah Tengah UtaraKabupaten Rokan Hulu. This study population using census method that is theamount of the overall population used as a sample. From the research that moraleat the village officials Desa Rambah Tengah Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu seen ofcooperation are in the category quite well with the percentage of 73%, andDiscipline are in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 53%, whileattendance in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 53% andresponsibilities are in the category quite well with the percentage of 73%. Fromthe conclusions that have been raised, it can search its results mean that morale inthe village of Desa Rambah Tengah Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu are in theunfavorable category with a percentage of 63%.Keywords: Morale

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai inspektorat kabupaten rokan hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pelatihan sebagai variabel independen dan prestasi kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Indikator pelatihan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis pelatihan, materi pelatihan, waktu pelatihan. Indikator prestasi kerja yang digunakan adalah hasil kerja, pengetahuan pekerjaan, inisiatif, kecekatan mental, sikap, disiplin waktu dan absensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, sampel yang digunakan adalah Pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dimana jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 35 responden dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji t, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan Koefisien determinan (R2). Data –data yang telah diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 11,621 + 1,332X. Hasil uji t diperoleh Thitung sebesar 15,354> Ttabel sebesar 1,69. Berdasarkan hasil uji t yang dilakukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja.Saran untuk Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu adalah perlu mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk menunjang pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik terhadap tugas atau pekerjaan yang diemban oleh auditor, agar pelatihan tersebut benar-benar dapat membantu meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai (auditor) dalam penyelesaian tugas dan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out students’ skill in writing recount text. Recount text was a text that tells the reader to listener what happened in the past through a sequence events. This research used descriptive qualitative research design.The findings showed that the students’ skill in writing recount text at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir as follows: 1 student (3,33%) was very good category, 11 students (36,7%) were good category, 16 students (53,3%) were fair category, and 2 students (6,67%) were poor category

To determine the research goals of career development Employed General Hospital of Rokan Hulu. To know Employed Produktivity District Genetral Hospital of Rokan Hulu. For determine the effect on Produktivity of career development Employed General of Rokan Hulu. The population was Servants Regional General Hospital Rokan Hulu of 48 people with the techniques of randon saturation,where all individuals in the population either individually or random saturation, where all individuals in the populasion either individually or jointly given an equal opportunity to be elected as members of the sample Methods of Observation,mentods of questionnaires, documents,archives, influence the development of career development opportunities Employed Hospital Rokan Hulu indicator Validity, completeness, comparable, inclusive rapid and timely, to influence the effectiveness of Employed Produktivity General Hospital of Rokan Hulu . From the analysios result showed that the respondent influence on the productivity of an employee’s career development Rokan Hulu general Hospital .From the results of data processing can be conclude alpha 225n>0.60, working career development of Y Productiviy Hospital Rokan Hulu.
