Abstract

This study aims to determine employee training, employee productivity levels, and to determine the effect of training on the productivity of employees at PT. Indomakmur Sawit Berjaya Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu. By sampling consists of a number of selected members of the population that is 42 employees who have been trained. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, simple regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test by using SPSS 19.0 for windows. And the results of this study stated that The training has been adopted already said to be good company, because TCR value of the training acquired by 71.2%. As for variable employee productivity gained 81.6% TCR value is said to be very good. And training effect on employee productivity. Based on the analysis of the data shows that simultaneously, Training effect on employee productivity, with thitung > t table is equal to 2,354> 1,683. The relationship between training and employee productivity obtained value of R square = 0.122. Therefore it can be concluded that the training variables significantly influence the productivity of employees at PT. Indomakmur Sawit Berjaya Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of supervision of the work productivity of employees at PT. Anugerah Niga Sawindo Sei Jernih Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. This research uses a method of sampling saturated or census with a population of 55 people. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression and ujihipotesis using test T-test and test correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The data were processed using SPSS windows version 18, produces the following regression equation: Y = 20.174 + 0,388X of this research can be concluded that based on the statistical result that the control variable effect on productivity. From this research obtained value adjusted R2 of 0.465, it means that 46.5% control effect on employee productivity. Sememtara the rest is contributed by other factors. Management should pay more attention perusahaa greater scrutiny of every activity of the company and do not forget to give motivation so easy to achieve employee productivity maxsimal in accordance with a plan agreed upon by all agencies of the company.

Abstract

This Research aim to to know strategy what better be done/conducte by Public Health Service Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream so that/ to be Earnings Of Tired Budget Area. Information in relating to done/conducted by strategy is Public Health Service of Rokan Pate;Upstream so that/ to be tired PAD as according to result of research, with data collecting technique pass/through interview and observation. Technique analyse Quantitative Descriptive data and test keapsahan of data with method of Check and of Recheck among/between source of data with source of other data. From result of research got that resistor factor in make-up of area retribution tariff shall be as follows: Lack of the amount of officer of service of transportation medium and retribution in retribution collection, wide of Area reach, Awareness of taxpayer still less, Lack of knowledge about Perda retribution. Of conclusion of done/conducted research result at Public Health Service Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream with amount of inpormen 8 people and use interview technique can be concluded that publishing Perda about more retribution so that earnings more is mounting, giving goals Earnings of Genuiness Area to each;every Puskesmas so that by the end of goals year determined by Tired Local Government, adding or fund mengoktimalkan which available to operational, giving kewenangan to acceptance bursar in puskesmas to remit to Kasda, doing/conducting agreement to acceptance bursar in puskesmas to remit earnings of tersebut puskesmas in remit to kasda or to Public Health Service in early month;moon, giving fee of punggut bonus or to at acceptance bursar in Public Health Service and of Puskesmas if reached by goals whichHALTED. Abstract

Cooperative is a business unit engaged in economic and social basically have the same goal of helping boost economic growth which is the main goal of economic development. Research samples of 40 people. Daily merchandise respondents are 13 people or 32.5%. Rubber plantations are 9 people or 22.5%. Palm plantation 11 people or 27.5%. Agricultural businesses are 2 or 5%. Farm business 5 people or 12.5%. In analyzing the study data using qualitative descriptive method, only describes the results of the field when the interview questions. With the number of respondents 11 people who claimed the existence of cooperatives have as much impact on the welfare of 27.5% or 11 people borrower has oil palm plantations. While the impact of economic decline household income is a rubber plantation with respondents 9 people or 922.5%.

Abstract

This research aim to to measure and know in perpectively of consumer to product of Olympic inshop of Olympic meubel pasir pengaraian of Sub-Province of Rokan Hulu;Upstream. Methodintake of data in this research is observation method, kuisioner, shop archives and document, thisresearch is conducted in Shop of Olympic Meubel Pasir Pengaraian Sub-Province of Rokan Hulu,Upstream, as for becoming population in this research is all shop consumer of olympic meubelwith technique intake of Accidental sampling, that is technique intake of sampel incidentally withamount of sampel 35 people. Instrument at this research is validity test and test of reliabilitas, andtechnique analyse the data of is by using TCR. Abstract

Mesin Genset Merk Kobal Pada UD. Surya Diesel Pasir Pengaraian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna mesin genset merk kobal yang membeli genset pada UD. Surya Diesel Pasir Pengaraian, secara keseluruhan menjadi sampel dan bertindak selaku responden yaitu sebanyak 62 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa distribusi (b4=0,172) menjadi faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi penjualan, kemudian promosi (b3=0,167), harga (b2=0,155) selanjutnya produk (b1=0,117) yang mempengaruhi penjualan Mesin Genset Merk Kobal pada UD. Surya Diesel Pasir Pengaraian. Hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung > F tabel (550,850>2,63), Sementara itu Uji t memberikan bukti bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel harga karena Uji t = 3,486 dengan sig. 0,000<0,05. Koefisien determinasi nilai r2 sebesar 0,983 dengan persentase 98,3%, artinya bahwa variabel Penjualan dipengaruhi oleh variabel produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi sebesar 98,3%, sementara sisanya 1,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor penjualan yang lainnya. Saran yang penulis ajukan adalah produk Mesin Genset yang ditawarkan harus bervariatif, Harga yang terjangkau, promosi yang tepat dan hati-hati. Pemilihan distribusi yang tepat akan memungkinkan pihak konsumen datang dan membeli produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SMPN 6 SATAP Rambah Samo. Penggunaan dana BOS di SMPN 6 SATAP Rambah Samo terdiri dari 2 komponen yaitu komponen yang bisa dibiayai dari dana BOS dan yang tidak bisa dibiayai dari dana BOS dan pembukuan dana BOS yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dana BOS SMPN 6 SATAP Rambah Samo belum dilaksanakan dengan baik karena tidak dibukukan dalam buku kas umum sekolah. Untuk pelaporan pertanggungjawaban dana BOS, pengurus dana BOS SMPN 6 SATAP Rambah Samo telah melaksanakannya sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (PERMENDIKBUD) Nomor 101 Tahun 2013. Program pelaksanaan dana BOS SMPN 6 SATAP Rambah Samo termasuk dalam kategori sedang dikarenakan masih ada yang belum pelaksanaannya dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
