Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style to the work motivation in PT. Riau Media Television. This study uses a style of leadership and motivation as independent variables as the dependent variable. Indicators of leadership style in this study is authoritarian, participatory, and discretionary. Indicators used in the work motivation, boss, co-workers, facilities, policies and regulations, and in exchange for money and nonuang. This research was conducted at PT. Riau Media Television, the sample used is an employee of PT. Riau Media Television with a population of 97 where the number of samples is set as 97 respondents using saturated sample. Data were distributed to 97 employees of PT. Riau Media Television became the primary data source. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, and simple linear regression analysis. Data that has been using SPSS produce regression equation Y = 5219 + 0.243e. Thitung t test results obtained for 3295> Ttabel amounted to 1,638. Test the validity of the data declared all valid variables, and of the reliability test data for all variables expressed reliable. Based on the results of the t test performed and the results of simple linear regression analysis known that the style of leadership has positive influence on work motivation. Suggestions for PT. Riau Media Television is more concerned with its employees by giving rewards to employees performing so will increase the motivation of employees to contribute more to the company.

Abstract

The goal of this research to identify Estimasi profabilitas cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden and to know the risk of farmers in cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden. The research consist of 3 informant there are the leader of tani sumber rezeki groups, the leader bussiness development, and one member. The research used kualitatif and kuantitatif method. Kualitatif method interpret and describe the data obtained and kuantitatif method by analyze the data in table form which is then given information. Based on the result of the research estimasi profitabilitas cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden suitable estimate, but it took long time to benefit. The risk of farmer in cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden are market risk, naturals risk, production risk, and pest risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine factors that influence the behavior of consumers shopping in the modern market. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents, people who shop at Modern Market. The data used is primary data and data sekumder. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that family factors are factors eksteren that social class is the most influential factor in the behavior of consumers shopping at Modern Market, the effect of 7.70%, while the influence of cultural factors 7:50%, personality 5:50%, the role of 4:40%, as well as motivational factors and each reference class is 2:10% and 0.8%. It can be concluded that consumers in making purchasing decisions in the modern market is influenced by cultural,social class, motivation and personality

Abstract

This Research aim to to To to know organizational culture of Officer Of Office Body Disaster of Penangulangan Area Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream. Method in this research is observation method, kuisioner, this research office archives and document is done/conducted by in Body office penanggulangan of Sub-Province area disaster of Rokan Hulu start October month;moon - December 2015. With amount of population 61 people, Instrument at this research is Test Validity and Test of Reabilitas, and Technique Analyse its Data is quantitative descriptive with test of signivikan. From result of res earch got by using program of SPSS fersi 18 got that Result of calculation of statistic show f value count/calculate = 22.006 with signifikan 0.000 < 0,05. F Value of[is tables of = 0.272. Thereby f value count/calculate = ( 22.006) bigger than F of is tables of (0.254). matter this means that hypothesis expressing that by simultan organizational culture have influence which is signifikan to satisfaction of officer job/activity accepted. Model equation of rekresi able to be written from the result in the form of equation of Standard regresi of Dized shall be as follows Y= 37.603+.552X+e. Abstract

Tri puji kurniawan. Nim 1125028. In 2015.Faktor-Factors Affecting Implementation of the Program of Total Quality Control (TQC) In Office Employee Disaster Management Agency Rokan Hulu. Main supervisor: Heffi Christya Rahayu, SE.MSi and Second Counselor: Hidayat, SE, MM. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the implementation of the program of Total Quality Control (TQC) office employees of the district disaster management agency rokan hulu. The method in this research is the method of observation, and questionnaire, the study was conducted in June-August 2015. The sampling technique using saturated sampling of 62 people, an instrument in this research is to test the validity and reliability test, descriptive data analysis techniques kuantitataif. Results of the study respondents about the level of achievement factor disagreement very good category (90.1%), the factor used by the head pretty good category (71.6%), the factor is not interest in running the program is very good category (92%), the factor additional burden categorized as excellent (89.6%), in the category of envy factor for unfavorable attitude (68.7%), and in the absence of factor group time categorized quite good (77%). Abstract

In this study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer buying interest on the CV. Mastersand Pengaraian consisting of a desire to make a purchase, product selection, product selectionexperience, experience in using the product, use the product, the desire to own the product, quality,taste, easily available and the price. This research is qualitative descriptive research is research thatanalyzes of the answers and then interpreted conclusions. The method used is a method deskrptip andthe level of achievement of the respondents (TCR). The data used are primary and secondary data.This study uses 25 respondents. Saturated with sample collection technique where all the populationsampled is how many people are buying and credit CV Masters in June. Hasi research shows thatTCR or the level of achievement of the respondents in the variable buying interest has a level of 76%of respondents Capain criter ia (good enough). And descriptive analysis of the results of research onfactors affecting consumer buying interest mengugunakan ranking technique is to ask respondentsgiving rank 1-5 on reason respondents chose the product in CV Master Sand Pengaraian. In theranking criteria 1, the factors that most influence the buying interest in CV Master is a factoraccording keebutuhan / tastes. Then in the second rank criteria that factor has often buy products atCV Master. Then at 3 ranking criteria are factors never purchased before. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of entrepreneurial spirit small entrepreneurstraders in improving their business in the village of Suka Maju Rambah District of RokanHulu and this includes research into quantitative categories. The focus of this study wasto measure the entrepreneurial spirit of small, the entire study population was smallentrepreneurs in the village Suka Maju Rambah Rokan Hulu District. And the number ofsamples is determined by 30 people using quota sampling (quota sampling). Of all surveyrespondents on average were women, young age, and level of education has been througha 9 year compulsory education. The results of the 30 small entrepreneurs obtained resultsstatement item count R> R table, validity test performed using SPSS 18 that all validitem. And the results of reliability test is known that the item variable statement reliablebecause the Cronbach alpha values ≥ 0.60 is 0.754. achievement level of all indicatorsrespondents on average above 80% with a good description except in the dimension ofrisk-taking in an innovative and flexible indicator of the level of achievement is onlybetween 75-80% of the respondents or the description pretty well. Abstract

Goals that were examined in this study were: (1) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction SMART Self Sand Pengaraian (2) To determine the effect on customer loyalty SMART Sand Pengaraian Supermarkets (3) To determine the influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty in Supermarkets SMART Sand Pengaraian. Variables used in this research is customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The results showed that: There is the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty with a coefficient of 0.62 and t = 4.306 with 0.000 significance. because of the significance> 0,05 so that Ho refused and Ha accepted. Ie the regression results obtained 22.969 + 0.621. The conclusions in this study are the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Advice can be given in this study are: (1) The SMART Self Sand Pengaraian should conduct education and training for employees so as to improve its service to customers. Expected to subsequent researchers to examine other possible variables have an influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWeldi IRAWAN. 1125020.2015. Analysis Facility Performance of Teacher in Elementary School 018 Rambah Hilir. First Advisor: (Seprini, SE.MM), and Second Advisor (Hamdi Sari Maryoni, SE.M.Ec.Dev.).The objectives of this research were to determine analysis facility performance of teachers in Elementary school 018 Rambah Hilir. This research was conducted in Elementary school 018 Rambah Hilir. The research method is quantitative descriptive, which is a way of analyzing the data available on the object of research and compare with the theory related to the problems. The samples used were 9 people. The technique of collected data through observations, interviews and questionnaires. Coefficient constant and variable coefficients based on simple linear regression test results obtained by the regression equation: Y = 48.567 + 0.592 X1. The results showed that the facility is quite good effect on the performance of teachers in Elementary school 018 Rambah Hilir is 72.5% and the remaining 27.5% influenced by other factors that are not present in this research. Suggested to the District Education Office Rokan Hulu for more attention to the function of teaching and learning facilities and the performance of teachers in every school, especially in Elementary school because the lack of lighting facilities, students facilities in classroom or field, and the lack of learning with media approach.Keywords: Facilities and Performance
