Abstract

This study aims to analyze coordination leadership which built in the office camat bangun purbakabupaten rokan hulu, analyze performance employee in the office camat bangun purbakabupaten rokan hulu and for find out effect coordination leadership to performance employeein the office camat bangun purba kabupaten rokan hulu. This study to use technique analysisdata simple linear regression with sampling method it can be seen factor coordinationleadership take effect significant and positif to performance employee in the office camat bangunpurba kabupaten rokan hulu be evidenced with t test (2.423>0,26) and coordination leadershipaffect performance employee in the office camat bangun purba kabupaten rokan hulu as big as49% and the rest 51% of other factors, this is evidenced with R test square with the value of thedeterminant kofesien 0,496.

Abstract

The goal of this research to identify Estimasi profabilitas cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden and to know the risk of farmers in cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden. The research consist of 3 informant there are the leader of tani sumber rezeki groups, the leader bussiness development, and one member. The research used kualitatif and kuantitatif method. Kualitatif method interpret and describe the data obtained and kuantitatif method by analyze the data in table form which is then given information. Based on the result of the research estimasi profitabilitas cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden suitable estimate, but it took long time to benefit.The risk of farmer in cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden are market risk, naturals risk, production risk, and pest risk

Abstract

This research aim to to know the Body Role of is Effort Countryside Property ( BUMDes) in Make-Up of Society Economics, specially society of consumer of fund BUMDes in Countryside of Week of Tebih of District of Fullness of Pate;Upstream of Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream. Abstract

The Purpose research this is the in order to find out whether be found effect satisfaction customer to loyalty customer Bank Rakyat indonesia and how great effect satisfaction customer to loyalty customer Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Data which be used is the Data primary and data secondary. Techniques Analysis data which be used in research this is analysis regression linear simple. From the analysis obtainable equation regression Y= 24.201 + 0.380 X. Analysis test t show that satisfaction customers influential on loyalty customer which shown by value significant 0.041 < 0.05 with value coefficient regression as big as 0.380%. Analysis of determination obtained value of R Square 0.141% which show that contribution value satisfaction is the as big as 14.1%, whereas the rest as big as 85.9% is influenced by factors other. With thus can be concluded that satisfaction customer affect loyalty customer

Abstract

Cooperative is a business unit engaged in economic and social basically have the same goal of helping boost economic growth which is the main goal of economic development. Research samples of 40 people. Daily merchandise respondents are 13 people or 32.5%. Rubber plantations are 9 people or 22.5%. Palm plantation 11 people or 27.5%. Agricultural businesses are 2 or 5%. Farm business 5 people or 12.5%. In analyzing the study data using qualitative descriptive method, only describes the results of the field when the interview questions. With the number of respondents 11 people who claimed the existence of cooperatives have as much impact on the welfare of 27.5% or 11 people borrower has oil palm plantations. While the impact of economic decline household income is a rubber plantation with respondents 9 people or 922.5%.

Abstract

            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai pengaruh pengawasan pimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Pegawai bidang Dana Perimbangan pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Dilakukan dikantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Komplek Pemda Pasir Pengaraian, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Waktu penelitian Agustus 2014, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Bidang Dana Perimbangan pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Rokan Hulu berdasarkan SK 2012 yang berjumlah 19 orang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel dengan teknik Sampling Jenuh dimana setiap anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 19 orang, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik obserpasi, wawancara, dokumen dan arsip kantor, studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Pengaeasan Pimpinan Berpengaruh Signifikan dan Positif terhadap Disimpil Pegawai Bidang Dana Perimbangan pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, dibuktikan dengan uji F yaitu F hitung 2.260 > 0,05 dan uji t yaitu t hitung > t Tabel (1.503 > 0.151)

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study were (1) To determine customer satisfaction Suzuki motorcycle at PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang Ujungbatu Rokanhulu districts (2) To determine customer loyalty on a motorcycle Suzuki PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang Ujungbatu Rokanhulu district (3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty to the Suzuki motorcycle at PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang. Variables used in this research is customer satisfaction (X) and customer loyalty (Y). The method used to analyze the research data is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The data were processed using SPSS windows version 18 generate the regression equation Y = 5.486 + 0,342X. From this research, the adjusted R2 value of 0.496, this means 49.60% customer satisfaction effect on loyalty to the Suzuki motorcycle at PT. Riau Jaya district Ujungbatu Rokanhulu brilliantly and the rest is contributed by other variables not examined. The conclusion from this study is there Effect of consumer satisfaction to loyalty to the Suzuki motorcycle at PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang Ujungbatu Rokanhulu district.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of service quality to satisfaction of patients treated at the healthy center in Desa Pasir utama. The samples in this research are 44 respondents. There were methods of sampling used the technique Accidentals also. The method analysis was quantitative analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Used simple linear regression analysis concluded that service quality effect on patient satisfaction, it can be seen from the results of the regression equation with the result Y = 4,421+ 0,589XX, value indicates that the X or the service quality effect on customer satisfaction by 0.589 or 58.9%. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients obtained results sig (2-tailed) of 0.058 means that the relationships between the two variables are low. The coefficient of determination shows the influence of variable X to variable Y is strong. Hypothesis test figures obtained significance of 0.000. It means that there were influenced quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient, because 0,000 <0.05 it means the value of regression is feasible or correct. It is recommended to the chairman of the health center in Desa Pasir Utama to be more concerned about the quality of services provided by employees of health centers so that patients get satisfaction in accordance with what they expect, and the need for modern facilities in order to hold a health center can be trusted by the local community.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the University Pasir pengaraian of Management Studies Program and than the research aims to determine the effect of social media on consumer buying interest Management student of the University Pasir Pengaraian. This research was conducted using quantitative data, data collection in this study using a questionnaire containing 20 grains of questions and distributed to 85 respondents who had made a purchase at any store online shop at least one time. The sampling technique that researchers do that is to use the formula slovin. Analysis of data used in this study is to test hypotheses using validity and reliability testing.  The results of the regression analysis indicate there is a very strong and significant correlation between social media with consumers buying interest on Student Management Studies Program University of Pasir Pengaraian that is equal to 0.632, or by 63.2%. Researcher suggest that consumers shopping in social media can visit the the sites are trusted and should be more careful in use the services an online shop that was not disappointed to consumers.

Abstract

This research was conducted  to analyze the effect go down price of raw rubber to power of buy society at traditional market in Pasir Jaya Village. This research was conducted using quantitative data, data collection in this study using a questionnaire containing 20 grains of questions and distributed to 85 respondents who had income from the sell of raw rubber. The sampling technique that researchers do that is to use the formula slovin. Analysis of data used in this study is to test hypotheses using validity and reliability testing.  The results of the regression analysis indicate there is a very strong and significant correlation between go down price of raw rubber with power of buy society at traditional market in Pasir Jaya Village that is equal to 0.529 or by 52,9 %. Researcher is recommended to society at Pasir jaya Village to be more high the quality of the raw rubber so that the power of sale the raw rubber have a high level or the society must have a side job so that the society have a other income.
