Analisis Kontribusi Pajak Daerah Terhadap Pendapatan Asli DaerahDi Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asaet Kabupaten Rokan HuluAndi Afrizal, SE.M.Si,AK,CA 1), Hamdi Sri Maryoni, M.Ec.Dev2), Restu Yuliza Purnamasari3)andiaprizal7@yahoo.co.idhamdiYoni@yahoo.co.idrestuyulizapurnamas@gmail.comABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze Contributions Against Local Tax Local Revenue at the Department of Finance and Asset Management in Rokan Hulu, during the timeframe of five (5) years from 2010-2014. Types and sources of data collected primary data, secondary data, research was conducted in the Department of Finance and Asset Management which is located in the District Government Offices Complex Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and keperpustakaan. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive method. Results were obtained that the amount of the contribution of local taxes to predict an increase in local revenues at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Rokan Hulu can be calculated using the formula with the research contribution of local taxes to local revenues during the five (5) years from 2010-2014 amounting to 27.17%. This means that the better the local tax revenue, there is a tendency that will increase revenue. The suggestions in this study specifically on the Department of Finance and Asset Management Rokan Hulu in order to further optimize the local tax explore all the potential of existing taxes in Rokan Hulu in order to increase local revenue, the leader must provide and foster technical capabilities in the field digging potensi- the potential that exists.

Abstract

Syahrial, 1025096, 2015, the analysis of employee discipline in the financial services and asset management (DPKA) Rokan Hulu district, Anal, Supervisor I Welven Aida, S.Pd, M.Pd dan Supervisor II Asrori, S.Pd, MM.The aim of this research is to know what the factors the level of discipline of employees working at the office of finance and asset management (DPKA) Rokan HuluDistrict, held in may to October 2014, population of this research is all employees of finance and asset management (DPKA) Rokan Hulu which amounted to 107 people,69 civil servant (PNS) and 38 Honorary and sample of this research is all of populations, data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive technique which data in the formof information in a narrative description connected to other data in order to obtain a new picture or strengthen already existing picture.Based on the results of the study found the factor analysis of employee discipline in the financial services and asset management (DPKA) Rokan Hulu district, include breachof discipline, sanctions imposed, employee welfare, employee participation and the exemplary of leaders. From the data processing questioner obtained the mostdominant factors that affect the discipline is 1& 2 = Penulis Penanggung Jawab exemplary leader, 69-34 percent fromemployees giving good ratings. In order to that is not the dominant factor of 5 factors that affect the discipline is variable breach of discipline only 51,87 percent of employees who claimed firmness against disciplineviolation performing well.In this research writer giving suggestion where is to improve employee discipline, leadership in this case the head ofdepartment of financial and asset management (DPKA) to be more focused sanctions with firmness against disciplineviolations to employees, leader restrict the activities of his subordinates as well as control of discipline and impose sanctions according to the rules applicable.

Abstract

AbstractJufaizal,1225077.2016.Analysis of Effectiveness of levy garbage collection inRokanHulu.AdvisorI:Andi Afrizal,SE.,M.Si,AK,CA, and AdvisorII:Seprini,SE.,MM.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of fee collection bins in RokanHulu. Informants in this study is the one who really knows or actors that are directly involved withresearch problems concerning this wasteretribution. The results of this study show that theeffectiveness of 4 (four) years in a row from 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 respectively was 68.33%,95.91%, 96.14% and 107.95 %. The effectiveness of the waste levy / hygiene for the period of 2011 to2014reached an average of 92.08% annually mean that local governments need Rokan Hulu fairlystrong effort in optimizing its officers to levy the fees of waste / cleanliness of the houses of citizens /shops and other public facilities. Suggestions put forwardthe local government needs to pay attentionand are committed to achieving the targets that were obtained for the years to come and should alsoconsider the contribution of local taxes and levies from other sectors such as a hotel, restaurant andparkingfacilities for example to further increase revenue (PAD ) in Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Healthy Financial Performance BUMDes Pagar Mayang Sumber Makmur subdistrict North Tambusai. The method used in conducting research that is by using CAMEL. BUMDes increasingly rapid development in recent years, prompting the authors to conduct research on Health Analysis of the Financial Performance BUMDes. The types and sources of data used are secondary data obtained from the Financial Statements BUMDes Pagar Mayang village Sumber Makmur subdistrict North Tambusai over the last 5 years (end of period December 2011 s / d 2015). Data collection techniques used are in the documentation, interviews and systematic observation. Based on the results of research conducted on BUMDes Pagar Mayang village Sumber Makmur subdistrict North Tambusai using CAMEL method of analysis which in 2011 amounted to 96.96 is HEALTHY, 2012 amounted to 97.62 is HEALTHY, 2013 amounted to 93.72 is HEALTHY, 2014 at 77.23 is ENOUGH HEALTHY and 2015 amounted to 72.78 is HEALTHY ENOUGH. With the various shortcomings and limitations should BUMDes Sumber Makmur can improve their performance, in particular its financial performance in the coming years in order to be even better so as to increase public confidence Pagar Mayang. Companies are expected to increase cooperation both in doing work in the firms in order to create a good performance in the company.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the respondents to the ad images on cigarette packs warning against the attitude of quitting smoking for customer brand Sampoerna A Mild West Fullness In the village Mulya. Based on Survey Data From 5 Shop In The Fullness District of Rokan Hulu in October 2015 as many as 106 people. Samples will be taken by 51 respondents. Furthermore, the method of sampling used acidental Sampling. Analysis of the data using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement and testing using simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study that the influence of advertising images of smoking warning (X) amounted to 0,746 this means that there is positive and if the level or effected by one unit then the attitude of quitting smoking increased by 0,746 units. The influence of advertising images of smoking warning against the attitude of quitting from the value t count by 13,765 to 0.00 significantly smaller than 0.05 this means that the influence attitudes towards smoking cessation quit smoking is a significant gesture. Suggested ad image warning smoke should be encouraged frequency through private television (cable TV) in the village Fullness of West Mulya Central City specifically or Rokan Hulu is often watched by adult smokers, so the image ads warning smoke are more effective and can improve attitudes to quit smoking adult smokers. Nopriani. 1225061. 2015. The Effect of Product Attribute for  Buying Decision Against ABC Sweet Soy Sauce (A Case Study of Toko Harapan Besar in Desa Suka Maju). Advisor I : Asrori, SPd.MM, and Advisior II : Hidayat SE.MM. This study aims to determine whether a product attributes influence on purchase decisions in store Great Hope Village Suka Maju Dk 4D. Variables used in the study is the product attributes (X) and purchasing decisions (Y). The method used to analyze data and research is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The data in though using SPSS produce regression equation Y = 14.546 + From this research, the R2 value of 0.426, this means 42.60%. Product attributes influence on purchase decisions in the store ABC soy sauce great expectations in the village Suka Maju Dk 4D and the rest is contributed by other variables not examined. The conclusion from this study is there is the influence of product attributes on purchase decisions in store Great Hope Village Suka Maju Dk 4D. The advice given by the authors that should pay more attention or mengaevaluasi return strategies that have been made to better match what is expected.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Loyalitas Pelanggan Ponsel Z Cell Nogari Pasir Pengaraian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan ponsel Z CellNogori Pasir Pengaraian dan sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 96 responden, di pilih dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah layalitas pelanggan. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. untuk menganalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik TCR ( Tingkat Capaian Responden ). dari hasil penelitan dapat di ketahui bahwa demensi melakukan pembelian secara teratur (80,8% ), denensi pembelian antarliniproduk atau jasa (88;1% ), dimensi merekomendasikan kepada orang lain (86,6 )dan demensi kekebalan terhadap tarikan dari   pesaing(85,6% ).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toko Bola Dunia Ponsel, tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumendalam membeli  ponsel merek Samsung, penelitian ini berjumlah 83 orang dengantekhnik simple random sampling dimana setiap anggota populasi mempunyaikesempatan yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel. Penelitian inimenggunakan hasil pengolahan data dengan cara menggunakan metode observasi,kuesioner, Dokumentasi. Dengan hasil dari rekapitulasi jawaban Responden yaituKebudayaan dengan jumlah .244 > 0,05, Pribadi dengan jumlah .635 > 0,05,Psikolog dengan jumlah 1.840 > 0,05, dan Kebutuhan Sosial .692 > 0,05.Sedangkan besar nilai uji F hitung  29.135 dengan signifikan 0.000 < 0,05. Nilai Ftabel = 15.089. Dengan demikian nilai F hitung = (15.089) lebih besar dari F tabel(0.254) jadi dari data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor Kebudayaan, Pribadi,Psikolog, dan Kebutuhan Sosial mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam MembeliHp merek Samsung di toko Bola Dunia Ponsel Kabupaten Rokan Hulu,sedangkan faktor sosial tidak mempengaruhi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of Computer-Based Information Management System Employee Performance Against Middle Village Office Tambusai Rokan Hulu. The sample in this study were all employees of the office Lurah Middle Tambusai Tambusai District of Rokan Hulu using the census as many as 30 (thirty) employees. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between computer-based management information system to employee performance Tambusai village office Central (Score t <t table = -0.649 <2.04227), the initial hypothesis which states that there is significant influence between systems computer-based management information on the performance of employees at the village office Central Tambusai rejected and not truth. The conclusion was not a significant difference between computer-based management information system to employee performance District Office Central Tambusai Rokan Hulu
