Abstract

RSU Haji Surabaya has a Information System Management (SIM-RS) unit which control information system on inpatient unit. This system are used to handle public customer in cooperation with third party vendor. There are several activity on this vacility such as, patient registration, serving the patient, patient medical record and patient treatment cost detail. There are never audit activity ever held on inpatient vacility to make sure IT goal and business goal alligment. This paper describe how audyt information system are applied in inpatient vacility to assess information system performance. The company are helding audit information system based on COBIT 4.1 standart  to assess business process, application and business strategic allignment. COBIT 4.1 was chosen as a standart on information audit for it´s exellence on IT control along with providing framework to assess IT performance as an object. Another, the audit are focused on customer perspective of balanced scorecard. The results of this audit states that the maturity level of 3.21,which is defined. This means that the procedure on the purpose of acquiring businesses that are useful and reliable information for strategic decision making has been standardized and documented, and communicated through training. but its implementation still depends on the individual whether to follow the procedure or not. The procedure was developed as a formalization of existing practice. Abstract

Seaman book is an official document issued by the State Government containing the physical identity of sailors that are not based on biometric stadar and not as travel documentation and can not substitute for a passport. Sailors are all people who have the qualifications, expertise or skills as a crew. Understanding seaman book is an official document issued by the state government include a full description of legitimate personal and working relationships of seafarers with employers bookkeeper ship, seaman book can serve as a travel document requirements bookkeeper seafarer has CLA Sea (PKL) are still valid. Information Systems Programme Final Project is the Public Service Information System Based WEB Books Sailors Syahbandar Office First Class Tanjung Perak Surabaya is to produce an interactive website on the public service system in the Ministry of Communications, Office of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation Syahbandar Main Class Tanjung Perak Surabaya in accordance with systems and procedures for publishing new boaters, sailors procedure turn old books or lost, and the extension of seaman book. The application of web-based manufacturing seaman book used by this admin will allow an admin to enter data kepelautan are online then this data can be accessed via the internet. Admin can find a book report new sailor, seaman book renewals and sailors lost books. Reports generated in the form of graphs that will facilitate the reporting admin. Abstract

SMK Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik is a technical education organization which in its educational process works along with worldwide industry through Internship  program (prakerin). Prakerin needs an adequate plan by the school and industry to gain sucessfull, effective and efficient implementation. Furthermore, SMK Al-Azhar in order to fullfil its needs still facing problems to plan the prakerin; the administration section for prakerin are struggling to develop the prakerin data to make the prakerin schedule and can’t decide the right working-placement for student based on student criteria and a qualification that industry make. In addition, there aren’t any marking result reports which is used by the school to monitor the desired expecation level from prakerin impelemtation program. To solve the problems described, there should be an information system which can develop the prakerin data to gain the right placement for student based on its criteria and the qualification from industry. This information system can also evaluate the marking result for the school to monitor the desired expectation level from prakerin implementation program. Lastly, through this internship information system which is built by web-based, developing the prakerin data can work well and the information that the system made can also be used by the school to monitor the desired expectation level from prakerin implementaion program. Abstract

In the development of educational videos, training and learning is a very important activity. But the experience, knowledge and skills possessed only by the participants in the training so that the absence of learning or knowledge transfer to people who have no knowledge about the training. One reason is the lack of a system that can manage, collect and manage data of existing knowledge into useful information for the development of educational videos.Based on the above, requires a knowledge management system in terms of manufacturing, management, maintenance of data storage is explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge through report creation. Knowledge management system (KMS) is a system that is capable of performing the classification of existing knowledge, how to preserve knowledge, and how to use that knowledge. One solution to overcome the above problems is to create a multimedia knowledge management system.This application can be used by users in obtaining information about knowledge relating to the development of video media for education. This system provides the required knowledge in the form of multimedia files (text, images, documents and videos). This system can also provide statistical reports of users accessing the system, active users, multimedia files are frequently accessed, searched and needed. Abstract

Most people who travel abroad are not really mastery the language of the country they visited, so they are having difficulties  to communicate with local people. This condition can be met when Indonesian people held hajj or umrah every single year in Saudi Arabia. Based on the survey’s result that author has been done to 30 respondents, there is a fact that 93,33% respondents are having difficulties to communicate using Arabic language when they do hajj or umrah. One of the solutions to solve this problem is making an arabic conversation dictionary application based on mobile technology using J2ME. This dictionary application is able to search words and show conversations in various situasion then, this application, can add some new words that can be done manually by its user and those words can be edited or deleted. Based on test-run that have been done to the respondents, the result shows that the Arabic conversation dictionary application based on mobile technology using J2ME could simplify and help the hajj and umrah worshippers who are struggled to communicate in Arabic.” Keywords : Mobile application, Arabic dictionary, J2ME

Abstract

Panca Marga Probolinggo University as a place of learning and self developments provides facilities for student achievements scholarships. The scholarship program is expected to spur student interest in learning to be more accomplished. In determining the scholarship recipients, the administrator selects candidates for faculty scholarship recipients base on existing criteria. In the process of selecting, admin faculty have difficulty selecting a data prospective recipients. Because each type of scholarship criteria and weight have different criteria. It makes the calculation of the value criteria requires precision. Knowing the problem that occur, the autors designed the decision support system and make the determination of scholarship by using the SAW method. This system can help admins to perform data administration faculty scholarship recipients, the data type of scholarship, the data criteria, criteria weighting data, and data recipients. With this system the loss of data can be minimize. After testing the use of decision support system determining the scholarship by using the SAW method, it can be concluded that this decision support system to help admins faculty in performing their duties. Abstract

PT. DSG Surabaya is a company engaged in the sale of property, especially land and buildings. During this PT. DSG Surabaya experienced difficulties in the administration and archiving of documents in the form of sheets of paper, so the risk of being lost and often complicate the search. The absence of monitoring will be the completeness of documents, so that frequent delays in the completion of the land deed. Besides the lack of warning before the payment due date, so the buyers the installment payment is often not timely. To realize that, the company needs a system of administrative and archival properties are equipped warning system to be able to overcome the obstacles that occur with the purpose of assisting the task of the administration to improve service to the buyer. Also assist managers in making decisions related to increased sales poperti. The conclusion of the test results is an application that is built has to be applied by the company. Abstract

Installation Management Information Systems unit in Haji General Hospital (RSU Haji Surabaya) to handling of the processes that one of them is the installation of outpatient information system. This system handles a public patient and cooperation with third parties. Activity in the process include patient registration processes, patient service action, use of health / medicine, history of patient examination, details of the cost of patient care. In managing the process, use some application modules that implement the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), where the implementation of the application is primarily an outpatient installations have not been audited to ensure IT alignment with business goals. To measure how far the alignment between business processes, applications, and the company´s business strategy is necessary to do an audit information system with standard CobiT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT there that can represent the maturity level of a company. While service quality has a great influence for the installation of outpatient care, the audit focused on the customer perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. The result of this audit stated that the installation process maturity level is at its outpatient-defining process which signifies that the organization has a formal and written standard procedure, but there was no supervision to perform the procedure, allowing the occurrence of many irregularities .. Abstract

Loss of hajj pilgrims, particularly Indonesia, as a common story in the holy land of Mecca and Medina. Usually it occurs in the early days of arrival. While there are officers of the government that could help solve the problem of pilgrims who get lost, but the numbers are still very limited. Controlling the presence of pilgrims made directly by the supervisor KBIH assisted by the group leader and team leader, but control is still difficult because of the unavailability of good facilities. So to be able to monitor the need for systems that can locate the presence of fossilized pilgrims.A device that allows to build systems that can help counselors to monitor the presence of pilgrims and help the pilgrims to know his position is by using a device equipped with GPS feature, because these devices can be easily carried. Android smartphone are very suitable for the development of this system, because almost all embedded Android smartphone has GPS features. To solve these problem, so we developed an existence of Pilgrims Monitoring System Using GPS Tracking to Android Smartphone that can monitor the presence of pilgrims to facilitate KBIH supervisor from controlling the existence of the pilgrims and help the pilgrims avoid getting lost.   Keywords : GPS Tracking, Hajj Pilgrims, Android, Mobile Application.
