Abstract

Asthma and respiratory disorders one type of disease affecting humans. Based on interviews with the doctors at the lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital, a variety of asthma and respiratory disorders have many symptoms that are similar and some have only differentiated by only one symptom. Required accuracy and sharp analysis for a doctor to reveal a type of asthma in order to give appropriate treatment to the patient. One way to overcome the problems above is by designing a rule-based system for the problems of asthma and respiratory disorders. By using the facts provided by the user the system can produce a conclusion which is representation of forward chaining method to begin tracking the data or facts that exist towards a conclusion. Based on the findings of the obtained results, the expert system for diagnosis of asthma and respiratory disorders may help doctors in lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital. This system can provide assistance in the form of conclusion types of asthma and respiratory problems as well as the implementation of treatments and therapies for patients with asthma and respiratory disorders

Abstract

Management becomes indispensable in this era. Project management was one of that. In the knowledge area, project management can be divided into cost and time management. The goals of cost and time management are to produce a calculation of an effective estimated cost and efficient time management. This system was built to produce an effective cost estimate calculation based on Cost of Quality method and good time management based on Critical Path method. After the implementation and evaluation, the system has success to created project cost estimate and time management based on Cost of Quality and the Critical Path method. Abstract

Abstract:.Darmo Hospital Surabaya is the one of biggest hospital at Surabaya City. So many visitors visit this hospital every day. Some visitors come to this hospital to visit their families or friends that are treated at this hospital. Some others visitor come to this hospital to do medical check up or visit some hospital service there. Visitors don’t know or don’t remember where is the right room where their families or friends stay, also don’t know or don’t remember where is the hospital service location’s. They must ask that to the security or the information departement there every time they search the different room. Abstract

Praktikum Bahasa Pemrograman (untuk S1 Sistem Informasi dan D3 Manajemen Informatika) atau praktikum Algoritma dan Pemrograman II (untuk S1 Komputer Akuntansi) merupakan mata praktikum yang diadakan guna mendukung mata kuliah yang diadakan di kelas. Tujuan mata praktikum tersebut yaitu untuk melatih mahasiswa agar mampu menerapkan algoritma sederhana ke dalam pemrograman. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa Java (Java’s Language). Di dalam praktikum, praktikan diajar dan dipandu oleh Co-Ass. Ada 3 tahap yang harus dijalani oleh praktikan, yaitu tes awal, latihan, dan tugas praktikum. Keterbatasan waktu praktikum yang ada membuat praktikan kesulitan dalam mempelajari pemrograman, karena cara menguasai materi setiap praktikan berbeda-beda. Meskipun pembelajaran juga bisa dilakukan secara mandiri, namun kadangkala praktikan masih kesulitan untuk menerapkan algoritma ke dalam bahasa pemrograman. Untuk mengatasi hal itu, maka diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran praktikum. Aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan metode Blended Learning. Dengan dibantu Co-Ass, kemungkinan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai alur pemrograman bisa menjadi lebih jelas. Keberadaan aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan di atas dalam membantu menjelaskan mahasiswa untuk menerapkan algoritma ke dalam bentuk bahasa pemrograman.

Abstract

This Safirah clinical laboratories in the ministry received a lot of medical tests, but in its information systems are not going well, the medical personnel often face a variety of administrative problems. The problem that often occurs is a problem receiving transactions patient, patient examination transaction, the transaction ordering reagents, reagent revenue transactions in its report that while earnings reports and summary reports doctors. Besides, have not been well integrated inter-section in the clinical laboratory. Based on the above problems, clinical laboratories safirah require an application or system capable of handling administrative problems correctly and quickly. This application is also capable of integrating between the administration and the manager very well. From the results of tests and evaluations that have been done, the system can be built to handle the administration of data processing that has been integrated between the administration and the manager very well and this system can provide regular reports so that managers can make the evaluation of each end of the month or the end of the year. Abstract

As one of the Asset Management Department that works to serve the departments in STIKOM Surabaya in the use of assets, the inventarisation department is often deal with various operational problems. The problem that often occurs, is the problem the lack of information collection about the detail, location, lists of assets and economic life of electronic goods that are needed to perform the operations of the company. The absence of management on asset that have been removed, is also one the most common problem. In addition, depreciation of assets which are useful for removal and replacement assets planning, cannot be known. In the absence of an information system, management of the asset is still manual and not informative. Based on the above problems, then there will be ​​an asset management information system made by researcher that can provide detailed information and economic life of an asset to be discharged, and can take over management of the assets that have been removed. In addition, this system can provide information about the needs of electric power and information depreciation of assets owned. Calculation method is used declining balance method. In its application, the inventarisation department will be asked to fill in cost, the percentage of depreciation, useful lives and residual values ​​of assets. With a system that will be built, the inventarisation department can perform data collection on assets with more informative and can find out information on the depreciation of the cost of depreciation and net book value and know the needs of electric power assets. Abstract

PT. Araya Bumi Megah are companies and property developers for housing Galaxi Bumi Permai, Galaxi Bumi Permai including one of an elite residential complex located in the East Surabaya. PT. Araya Bumi Megah itself was Established since 1981 and until recently Galaxi Bumi Permai already has about more than 1500 housing units are ready for habitation, both in the residential phase I and in phase II. PT. Araya Bumi Megah themselves have divisions or parts of its own, one that has an important role in the prospective home buyer is a part of marketing. Every day if there are prospective buyers who come to the ,marketing, then marketing must take a very large site plan map and then search also shoes the locatin of the house ready to sell among the thousands of existing homes, and to see info from the home visits, marketing department should have prepared another paper that has been printed in large numbers. Abstract

Learning in the classroom aims to build student knowledge or skill in a particular field of study Learning itself is a process of interaction and communication with educators and learners learning resources in a learning environment. In the process of learning in the classroom between teachers with students certainly needed a media to convey the material of the board. In using these media markers are needed as a tool for writing, eraser board to remove and ink refill for ink on marker. Therefore, to solve problems in the form of learning media do not need to use white board markers, erasers and ink refills, it is proposed to be made ​​of the interactive whiteboard, a large touch screen panel that can function as an ordinary whiteboard or a projector screen computer that can control the images in the computer by touching the surface of the panel without using mouse or keyboard. From research conducted by Steve Kennewel and Alex Morgan 2003, as much as 95% of the students and teachers that are observed in the UK states that interactive whiteboards can add value to learning, although 76% felt that the presence of the interactive whiteboard this would add to their preparation time, like to learn how to operate effectivel. Based on the problems in the areas of learning required and the use of interactive whiteboard technology Nintendo used to replace the function of the board in general, ie write and erase. Cholesterol is a fatty substance contained elements in the blood and can not be dissolved. causing factors of the high cholesterol is the process of aging, heredity and an unhealthy lifestyle. By setting a healthy diet based on blood type, cholesterol in the body will be controll. The use of Expert System for Determining Patient Menu Foods Healthy for Cholesterol Patients According to resolve the problem by consuming food according to blood type. Search method was used Backward Chaining and Forward Chaining. Abstract

Academic administration student information system is a web based system that can provide periodic reports students´ online activity, whether it be information on grades, attendance, finances, and scores of students who are concerned violations. Along with the increased number of students from year to year, SMAN 8 has disadvantages in terms of student academic information delivery activities to parents. One solution of the problem is the construction of an information system with a web-based academic administration using xHTML for students who can be accessed through mobile devices. This system was built based on web using HTML programming language, xHTML, PHP and Javascript and uses MySQL database. This application can assist the academic functions in terms of student data storage to deliver information on academic activities for students and parents or guardians. This system was built as a means of improving the quality of education in schools as well as easy solutions for the SMAN 8.
