Abstract

Abstract PT. Lovely Corpin Tour & Travel is a company that serving for domestic and international tour including Bali, Manado, Singapore, Bangkok, Thailand, and Malaysia. This company has a problem to analize customer satisfaction level from the strongest until the weakest. It happens because those are so many complaint and questionnaire which filled by customer that haven’t all recapitulated.The problem can be solved by customer statisfaction application to know the level of customer satisfaction from the strongest until the weakest. Customer statisfaction application created by declare the independent and dependent variable. Based on the independent and dependent variable can be found cause and effect so that customer statisfaction application is using multiple linear regression. Next steps are implement and evaluate the application to make sure it run as expected. The result showed that aplication have testing values 100% and fisible. Based on the result of test, aplication using by 65 user, the result service quality factor that effect of customer satisfaction is emphaty factor 58,45%. Abstract

Abstract: in a effort to raise it’s production capacity of PKIS Sekar Tanjung should have information about the performance machine. Information to date is not yet available due to the limited recording data that has not been adequate. As result, the information generated is not able to monitor and evaluate the performance each machine, and cann’t be seen directly by the manager. PKIS Sekar Tanjung requires systems to assist managers in dealing with the problems of engine performance. Therefore, a single information system, monitoring and evaluation of the performance machine. In calculating the performance each machine uses a method of Capacity Utilization Time & Efficiency (CUTE) whose data from logsheet. This resulted in report the evaluation the performance each machine, report output product each machine, and report problem each machine. With this information system monitoring and evaluation of performance machine, manager is easy to track and in evaluate each machine. This system in monitor performance each machine that form of charts and table that could be drilldown to the more specific level. Abstract

Abstract: Effort estimation using Use Case Point (UCP) method obtained from the multiplication of the UCP with the Effort Rate (ER). Some studies conclude that there is some value of ER used in the calculation of effort estimation. However, the most often used is the ER with value 20 man-hours given by Karner. Disputes about the research that is ER by Karner occurred in 1993, so it is possible that the ER by Karner not suitable when applied in the calculation of effort estimation for the project worked on in 2013 and the years to come. This study used 8 data of governance website software development projects. The data is used to calculate actual effort, making use case diagrams, and calculations UCP estimation. Further level of analysis that is performed correlation and regression equations for actual effort and the UCP estimation. Based on the regression equation then performed calculations tangent θ to produce the ER. From this research produced the ER as big as 5,178 man-hours. The ER is much smaller than the value given by Karner ER. Case is possible for several reasons, among others: 1) Enginering software technology that is growing rapidly. 2) Manufacturing website using components. 3) Source of the internet so complete. Abstract

Abstract: Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) New Sehati is a home manufacturing industry engaged in production of chips. Located in the area Pacet Mojokerto, home industry which is known as the central typical souvenirs of Jawa Timur has customers spread all over Jawa Timur. However, the development of UKM New Sehati is still hampered by passage of as systems are still manual recording of transactions that are still conventional and calculators, scheduling and delivery of the service is still based on the order in which influx of customers every conveyance starts and ends at the customer, and can’t to find out information sales each period. From all problems above created an information system determining the route and transportation cost of saving matrix method. The solution is built to be able to record transactions and generate arrangement delivery service to some customers based on conveyance capacity, saving mileage and fuel efficiency. After replacing the manual system with route determination information systems and transportation costs Saving Matrix based method, obtained distances decrease up to 40% shipping and transportation costs up to 30%.   Keywords: Route Determination, Transportation Costs and Saving Matrix.

Abstract

The problem in PKBL activity of benoa port is based on PKBLs loan report in 2011, there is 100% total bad debt with the details 15 bad debt of 15 loans. and from the PKBLs loan report in first semester 2012, there is 87% total bad debt with the details 26 bad debt of 30 loans. the percentages amount of bad debt is caused by mitra could not adequate to pay their loan. PKBLs officer difficult to monitor when partner could not settle their loan. In order to solve the problem, they need monitoring information system of fostered partner which give benefit to monitor financial condition of fostered partner. system will monitor with liquidity factor, solvency and profitability With the monitoring information system of fostered partner, PKBLs officer obtain the information about partners result of paying ability asessment, information about partners result of financial eficiency assessment and information about partners result of determination founding assessment.

Abstract

PT . Indonesia Indah Tobacco Citraniaga (PT IITC ) is a company engaged in the tobacco industry . Currently, the company is still using a document management system that has not been good. Thats because many approval processes , delivery , storage and retrieval of documents is performed by the manual system. This problem causes a lot of wasted time, there is accumulation of the document file and document approval process is often hampered. Based on these problems , the solutions that can be offered is to design and build a document management system application in the inventory at PT . IITC which can assist users in searching , approving , storing and sending documents. This application can be used to well in the companys internal environment. Results from the testing showed that this application can facilitate the search for documents with full text indexing system and store documents electronically. In addition , this application is able to send documents electronically because of that the courier and fax machines are not needed anymore.Keywords : document management system, application, inventory

Abstract

The tropical disease is a unique desease which often happen in tropical area. There are many types of symptoms of tropical disease which are almost similar. Somehow, it is difficult for common people to diferenciate between tropical disease. Therefore, tropical disease are not easy to be identified. A patient needs a doctor consultation and treatment in order to identify the specific diseases that are suffered. However, time of consultation, distance, and cost are several other things that need to be considered by the patients. To provide simplicity for the patient consultation, It is neccessary to build a fuzzy expert system for diagnosing the tropical disease. Fuzzy expert system for diagnosis of tropical disease by web based. The fuzzy expert system will diagnose each symptom which has been perceived by patient by providing the certainty factor value in every symptom, as well as certainty factor value of the patient answer. Based on the sequence of rules, the system will result in a diagnosed tropical disease. Our examination shows that the system gives accuracy of diagnosing at arround 93,3% . The sample was taken from 15 patients and 2 doctors. The system is able to suggestion treatment based on the type of tropical diseases which are suffered by patients. Additionaly the fuzzy expert system for diagnosing tropical diseases can be accessed at anytime and anywhere utilizing the web browser.

Abstract

Library is one of the information center , a source of knowledge and research . Library resources into place so that it can be enjoyed by many people . In a library has several processes performed one of the process is the process of returning books . In the book return process is happening right now in general are using barcode technology, barcode using the technique to facilitate the inventory record books that are in the library. At this time the library has a limited operating hours , with limited operating hours of the library can inhibit the process of returning books during the operating hours of the library was closed . to overcome these problems the need for application of automatic book return . By using the automatic book return the application process of the return of the book can be done without having to see the operating hours of the library . In the automatic book return applications can take advantage of the technological innovation that is image processing . One method of image processing is segmentation , segmentation using the technology of the book cover objects within an image can be distinguished anatara with each other .

Abstract

The development of computer network technology is currently growing exponentially along with the increasing users who make use of digital content in support of mobility. For that pupose, a provider requires a storage server which provides space for storing the digital content. Network Attach Storage (NAS) is a technology that is commonly used as a storage system. It considers to be cheap and easy for implementation. This is mainly because it can be implemented in the condition of minimal resources. On the other hand, this technology is mainly running on the open source operating system, like FreeNAS and NAS4Free This paper will discuss the performance comparation between FreeNAS and NAS4Free network operating system to analize the main activity of the storage servers, i.e. data transfer, file maintenance, and the network infrastucture. In this testing process, we used windows based file sharing common internet file system (CIFS). Parameter that are involved in the analysis are delay/latency, throughput, CPU usage, memory usage, file copy, file classification, duplicate files detection and file delete on 11 different file sizes. Based on the experiment, it is concluded thats FreeNAS operating system in general shows better performance compared to the NAS4Free. However the NAS4Free requires higher CPU usage compared to the NAS4Free.

Abstract

Abstract : PLN area of West Surabaya (SBB) has a method called Operational Performance Improvement (OPI). OPI SBB currently run manually using paper and Microsoft Excel. In carrying out this activity, PLN SBB having some problems such as : the use of manual and EMI Survey still at risk for the resulting value of the indicator, the status of workplan activities are presented in Microsoft Excel is static and can not provide actual information, and the lack of information needed by managers to monitor the development of the initiative.To overcome some of these constraints, an application named OPTIMUS + is built. OPTIMUS+ has some functions : module EMI Surveys Online, Diagnose, Design, and Deliver all activities OPI. In addition to overcoming some of these problems, OPTIMUS + built in order to obtain the required output, such as recapitulation EMI Survey, EMI Survey graphs, workplan activity status information, and summary of workplan activities via the website and Short Message Service (SMS).OPTIMUS + can assist the implementation of the OPI to be maximal activity by discouraging risk of existing constraints and provide the advantage of ease in obtaining the required output.Keywords : Operational Performance Improvemance (OPI), OPTIMUS+, Website.
