Abstract

Division of Management & Information Systems (MIS) is a division that has the responsibility to maintain and protect the information and communication technology (ICT) that existed at Tanjung Perak Branch PELINDO III in order to run properly. In dealing with any issues regarding IT tools, SMI division experienced difficulties in accepting the complaint information and perform assignments to address those problems. Obstacles that complicate operations division SMI may cause disruption of the company´s business processes. Of the problems IT Helpdesk information systems made ​​by observing work in priority handling to provide helpdesk solution. Priority of the problem is determined by adopting the method delbeq and supporting information to the management, the system provides information about the value of MTTR, MTBF, reliability and availability of IT devices. From the results of evaluation of the system is done, the system is able to provide reporting facilities issues, advising assignments, provides information on the issues, provide information MTTR, MTBF, availability and reliability. Abstract

In the budgeting process, the finance department does not know the attributes and estimate nominal for every budget only. During the realization process of the budget plan, it makes UNMUH Ponorogo has lack or excess the budget. Based on the problem, UNMUH Ponorogo needs the budgeting and controlling budget system by taking into key performance indicators (KPI) so that the budget plan can be generated efficiently (not too little or too much) and it can control the budgets. It will determination the attribute and set the standard of costs, makes the work plan and budget plan, handle the budget submission and validation the budget submission, realize the budget and handle the budget accountability. The output from this system is the data attribute and its standard cost, the work plan, budget plan that based on work plan and cost standards of KPI, the comparison report between budget and realization of budget for every department and overall. So from this system, UNMUH Ponorogo can make budget plan based on standard costs in the KPI. In addition, UNMUH Ponorogo can control the budget. Abstract

PT. ALP Petro Industry is a lubricant factory under the supervision of Agip Petroli SPA Italy, PT. ALP Petro Industry is a performance appraisal has been done it still takes a long time, due to perform manual calculations that take a long time. assessment is still one-way, this leads to high performance subjectivity, because there are several criteria that no supporting data such as assessment criteria for personal skills, so that assessment is based on personal opinion of a valuer. To support the company´s business is it necessary to have a performance appraisal system of employees to be able to overcome the obstacles that occur, with the aim of assisting the employer in conducting an objective assessment of performance against an employee based on established criteria. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a huge effect on the economy and empowerment of labor in Indonesia. This is proven by the number of GDP produced by 56.5 % and labor absorption up to 97 % (Yoga; 2011). Nevertheless, the development of SMEs is still hampered by the lack of market knowledge and information. Currently, the information obtained was limited to the number of SME’s sales and earnings based on recap of transactions. SMEs can’t get information about sales trend to find out the products being in demand, current stock information to determine reorder time to supplier, transaction history of customers and suppliers to find out their main customer and supplier. This information is needed by management to make a business decision. From all problems above, the authors will make a sales information system to record sales transactions and generate reports of sales trends, current stock and transaction history of customers and suppliers. The sales information system use cloud computing technology so that SMEs do not have to provide a huge investment to purchase their own infrastructure and maintenance costs. The system can also be accessed anytime and anywhere through the internet. Thus, the management can get sales information wherever they are, and decision making can be helped by current information produced by the system. Abstract

: As a company that acts as a distributor of goods, good inventory management is one of the important factors for the success of the company. Distributors must have a good inventory management to meet the demands of its customers. The problem that often occurs when there is no good inventory management is the company will experience a shortage or excess inventory so a loss. Problems that occur due to the amount of customer demand is uncertain, so the company had difficulty in determining the minimum stock of each item, determine when reordering, and determine how many goods orders accordingly. In order to overcome the problems occurred, the company requires an inventory planning system that can determine the minimum stock, reorder time and the optimal number of reservations. The solution is to make inventory planning information system using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). With the EOQ method, it can be determined that the optimal number of bookings and minimize storage costs and ordering goods, and reorder point as a reference for companies to know when to order the goods. Based on the experiments performed can be concluded that the system can meet the needs of the other applications can generate output that can be used as a reference for the company in order goods inventory.   Keyword: EOQ, Inventory

Abstract

Abstract:.”In Indonesia, it is very minimal knowledge of parents about how to view and directing interests and talents of children, especially in the regions where development is less concern by the government. Based on research, at school was found approximately 40% of gifted children, but their perform can’t equivalent with their actual capacity (Lucy, 2010). Consequently, many talented children classified as underachievers although they have highly skilled. This conditons make ineffective growth of child and their big talent can’t visible earlier. Their parents and their teacher must knowing the highest intelligence of children from an early age and then quality of education can be improved faster. So this software expected to help an elementary school teacher work together with their parents to diagnose their intelligence more accurately and quickly with view from their hobbies. This software is also expected to showing some information to teachers as educators and parents for how to assist growth of their children based from their intelligence.”

Abstract

CV. Sumber Nadi Jaya as one water bottling company in Bali which have many competitors, is still experiencing difficulties in the distribution. Company’s Operational distribution practices is not beneficial because delivery is carried out in the conventional way and based on driver’s experience on the road. This often led to some customers not receiving bottled water gallon or gallon is received does not match the number of gallons for gallons routine because the number of gallon available on the vehicle is run out after distributed on previous customer. This research used a network flow method, because this method can model the distribution pattern of bottled drinking water, where it is in line with the problems discussed in this case the completed information distribution system that regulates the delivery of bottled drinking water to customers, so it can maximize delivery in a single delivery, and minimize the number of customers who do not receive a gallon of bottled drinking water.Keywords: systems, distribution, bottled drinking water, gallons, CIH

Abstract: Work performance individual employee is very important in achieving its goal of the organization. Because of that is required the assessment system that can be relied upon, the performance of and will be used as a basis for the assessment of performance and development organization, achievement employees appropriate to a purpose in order that any employees to assess how far its performance has produced a feat that it is expected to appropriate destinations organization. Performance appraisal of civil servant, is appraisement periodically the implementation of the work of a civil servants. The assessment of performance or called dp3 or list the execution of judgments work used as an ingredient in carrying out training pns consider removal of, among others in raise in rank, training and training of, of displacement and the increase in salary ( appreciation ). Dp3 made every year ( in december ). The storage a ( 1 ) times dp3 namely for five years. For one time the promotion of employees require dp3 for 4 years. Until current value dp3 made by officials valuer of badan kepegawaian and training of surabaya limited only a record course. The absence of guidance from a supervisor toward civil servants who are worth bad. The absence of any information which explains the layout of less value of civil servants. Abstract: In managing a food court generally apply the concept of self-service to the customer, that is order and pay over the counter or cashier. For booth renters, income calculations performed every day manually when the food court closed. It takes a long time and caused frequent occurrence of miscalculation that led to losses and a decrease in turnover for managers and tenants outlets. Facing these problems, food court manager making design and implementation an information systems of the food court at the shopping center smart Surabaya. The food court will apply the touch-screen technology and a smart card in the application to facilitate buyer transactions. For a rent system, food court manager will apply the accounting system every day. Tenants pay rent in accordance with the revenue received each day. With the application of information systems food court at a shopping mall Smart Surabaya has to be used in accordance with management´s desire food court manager. The use of touch screen technology and a smart card has been successful in an application. Besides the need for management information and reporting food court have been met. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia is a fast food franchise company, typical of the Middle East, which is now more widely known. Besides the franchise, PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia also provides raw materials to supply all outlets throughout Indonesia. Warehouse which located in Surabaya can supply approximately 20 outlets. The large number of outlets and demand for raw materials which are uncertain, make the Division of Logistics warehouse in Surabaya often face problems in providing raw material for franchises and outlets. Problems can be solved by use the forecasting application to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse. Forecasting application was made from data collection, data preparation, and build application model. Based on the results of data collection, obtained pattern of the data which is tend seasonal and trend so applications forecasting use Exponential Smoothing Winter method. The next phase is implementing and evaluating applications that have been designed, whether running as expected or not. Forecasting application that was created can help Logistics Division to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse based on past demand data. Report of forecasting results and list the amount of raw materials that must be purchased is expected to meet the demand for franchise and independent outlets.
