Abstract

Asthma and respiratory disorders one type of disease affecting humans. Based on interviews with the doctors at the lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital, a variety of asthma and respiratory disorders have many symptoms that are similar and some have only differentiated by only one symptom. Required accuracy and sharp analysis for a doctor to reveal a type of asthma in order to give appropriate treatment to the patient. One way to overcome the problems above is by designing a rule-based system for the problems of asthma and respiratory disorders. By using the facts provided by the user the system can produce a conclusion which is representation of forward chaining method to begin tracking the data or facts that exist towards a conclusion. Based on the findings of the obtained results, the expert system for diagnosis of asthma and respiratory disorders may help doctors in lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital. This system can provide assistance in the form of conclusion types of asthma and respiratory problems as well as the implementation of treatments and therapies for patients with asthma and respiratory disorders

Abstract

Abstract: IT Marketing & Trading (M&T) PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya is part of the operational functions of the Corporate Shared Services (CSS) PT. Pertamina (Persero) in the field of Information Technology (IT). Based on the survey results of the services performed by CSS PT. Pertamina (Persero) in the business units and subsidiaries in 2012, primarily for IT M&T PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya showed a gap between the perceived to the service user expectations with the value -0.73 and -0.68 in the 1st and 2nd semester of 2012. The survey results showed that the quality of IT service management is sufficient but necessary anticipatory efforts to prevent a worse condition.To identify the factors contributing to the gap between perceived services to the user expectations of IT M&T PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya, it is necessary to audit the management of IT services based on ITSM standard, namely the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Results of IT service management audits that have been conducted show that the cause of the gap is the management has not fully ensure compliance with service management procedures established by the company. The findings and recommendations of the audit can be used to improve the operational performance of service.

Abstract

This Safirah clinical laboratories in the ministry received a lot of medical tests, but in its information systems are not going well, the medical personnel often face a variety of administrative problems. The problem that often occurs is a problem receiving transactions patient, patient examination transaction, the transaction ordering reagents, reagent revenue transactions in its report that while earnings reports and summary reports doctors. Besides, have not been well integrated inter-section in the clinical laboratory. Based on the above problems, clinical laboratories safirah require an application or system capable of handling administrative problems correctly and quickly. This application is also capable of integrating between the administration and the manager very well. From the results of tests and evaluations that have been done, the system can be built to handle the administration of data processing that has been integrated between the administration and the manager very well and this system can provide regular reports so that managers can make the evaluation of each end of the month or the end of the year. Abstract

Learning in the classroom aims to build student knowledge or skill in a particular field of study Learning itself is a process of interaction and communication with educators and learners learning resources in a learning environment. In the process of learning in the classroom between teachers with students certainly needed a media to convey the material of the board. In using these media markers are needed as a tool for writing, eraser board to remove and ink refill for ink on marker. Therefore, to solve problems in the form of learning media do not need to use white board markers, erasers and ink refills, it is proposed to be made ??of the interactive whiteboard, a large touch screen panel that can function as an ordinary whiteboard or a projector screen computer that can control the images in the computer by touching the surface of the panel without using mouse or keyboard. From research conducted by Steve Kennewel and Alex Morgan 2003, as much as 95% of the students and teachers that are observed in the UK states that interactive whiteboards can add value to learning, although 76% felt that the presence of the interactive whiteboard this would add to their preparation time, like to learn how to operate effectivel. Based on the problems in the areas of learning required and the use of interactive whiteboard technology Nintendo used to replace the function of the board in general, ie write and erase. Abstract

In the learning process, there are several interrelated elements so that learning goes according to expectations. Among the essential elements that include the methods and instructional media. Two things that will affect the child's responses during and after the process of learning One of the main functions of the media is as a teaching aid and the conditions that influence learning environment organized and created by the teacher / parent. The process of learning to write Arabic letters are less interesting and complicated for children, in The Education of Al - Quran (TPA), is available in the form of instructional media writing arabic worksheets. Every child should have the worksheet itself, but usually children - as young as elementary school (SD) meets worksheet with graffiti - graffiti or writings are not necessarily in accordance with the instructions write the Arabic alphabet. To address the problems that occurred in the process of learning how to write the Arabic alphabet built an android-based application that can help children to learn how to write the Arabic alphabet with more fun in interactive media. With this application so a child can understand and implement the steps to write the Arabic alphabet correctly. Abstract

PT. BIG Surabaya is a multi-company that has the department include Banquet and Restaurant, T-Bar, Office Park, and Regency. PT. BIG Surabaya in the development of his company faced several problems in the payroll system. Analysis and design of payroll information system at PT. BIG Surabaya can give a result of employee payroll information system design and to help devise a system for the accurate calculation of employee payroll. With the use of computerized systems is expected to address the problem in the PT. BIG Surabaya, which can help speed up the calculation of payroll and tax calculations in PT. BIG Surabaya.
