Abstract

Cooperative State University student Surabaya is the type of business cooperatives engaged in the campus environment. Key business processes in the cooperative is selling and buying. Cooperative Surabaya State University students are constrained in clarifying the sales in detail, specifying the items expired, calculates sales records to determine the contribution of each member to member, to calculate changes in the cost of goods in the event of price changes at the time of the purchase process, and knowing the flow of goods in and out of card stock . Based on the description above, we need a system of buying and selling information on student cooperative. The system was built consisting of cash sales, print receipts cash sales, cash purchases, consignment purchases, purchases payable, consignment payment, accounts payable payments, print receipt consignment, master recap reporting, reporting cash sales, reporting a cash purchase, reporting, accounts payable, consignment reporting, card inventory, daily information, the information per member, and infomrasi per item. From the results of testing the sale and purchase of information systems in cooperative Surabaya State University students concluded that the system can run the business of selling and buying process, issuing reports and information required by the cooperative management students of the State University of Surabaya. Abstract

PT. Ume Sembada Gresik is a company that supplied the field of outsourced labor. The quality of human resources is one of the important factors to improve the productivity of the company's performance. PT. Ume Sembada Gresik strive to improve the quality of the company to conduct an evaluation / assessment of performance in a way that is still manual. Performance appraisal system needs to be developed in the PT. Ume Sembada Gresik so as to assist in the performance appraisal problems. performance appraisal systems in this company are implemented using the Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee) as determining the rankings. This method is part of meode Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With Promethee methods, assessment of an employee will be assessed taking into account the differences between the criteria for each employee to another employee. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of systems, employee performance appraisal system on PT. Ume Sembada Gresik to result in any employee performance appraisals faster than manual calculation. These results can be demonstrated by the performance appraisal report. Abstract

In a goverment instation, the procurement of goods and services is a very important activity. The problem faced in this era is the procurement of goods or services process done manually. Refers to the procedure which must done to do the Keputusan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 (Presidential Decree No. 54, 2010), its process will take much time and cost. The solution to handle the problem is by making an e-procurement application which help the procurement of goods or services. With e-procurement then some supplying process steps can be done by internet, there are the announcement of the project was auctioned, registration of candidate partner, the tender document, arranging partner list, announcement of winners, and so on. Depends on the implementation result and testing which done by researcher with qualification method so the e-procurement can help the solution of procurement of goods or services that is as long as this is done manually.
