Abstract

Ridho Rizki Employees Cooperative a credit union that aims to provide storage services and lending capital to the surrounding community Karangmojo village. Areas of the business process scope Employees Cooperative Ridho Rizki is, cash loans, savings, compulsory savings and voluntary savings. In the process of lending cash, a cooperative judge of eligibility or the total penalty payment history, amount of loan, collateral value, and the value of their business, then if deemed appropriate by the owner of the loan will be realized. However, problems that occur in the cooperative over the years is the presence of the owners are not there so that the loan application is in the cooperative accumulate and can not be realized by the owner. Besides the problem that also occurred in the cooperative is the assessment of any owner in realizing loans are subjective, resulting in some customers in arrears installment payments already overdue. Resolve the issue then be made an eligibility determination decision support system that is able to replace the loan customers of the assessment process owners and provide a precise calculation in assessing the feasibility of loan customers. Methods which can support the decision are Fuzzy logic, because the data and installment payments on the cooperative nature of non-linear so that it can be modeled and calculated exactly.

Abstract

Abstract: The process of recruitment and selection in STIKOM Surabaya which depends on hard copy based processing, is having 4 (four) potential risks found in its administrative process, namely: Storage requirement, Extensive resources to file and search for documents, security risk, and Delay risk. To reduce or avoid such risks mentioned above, a website will be developed as a solution that comes with the ability to store document files in order to keep unauthorized parties from accessing the applicant's documents, thus solving the storage requirement risk. the website will also implement administrative workflow system to direct the process or task to authorized and correct people, to keep recruitment and selection process run as usual, despite the use of paper is eliminated. based on the test result, the developed product already can solve risks mentioned above, but must be developed again on several things, such as design of the web, and the improvement of the product's functions.

Abstract

Construction project management planning will require manpower requirements, the calculation of labor cost budget, number of employees, the arrangement of activities and time required to complete each activity. So far, only managing assessments of workforce needs. This is because of the experience and do not know the technical calculations in calculating labor costs. As a result, the project failed and declining consumer confidence.Handling solutions to create budget planning application labor costs in building construction projects. The system is built to calculate the labor requirements, needs labor costs, and time required to complete the project.This application generates information report labor cost budget plan, the amount of manpower needs, and schedulling of the project. Based on the result of experiments performed, the application can help the process of planning manpower requirements, and planning labor costs in building construction projects.

Abstract

The selection of the supplier is a very important because it can affect performance in fulfilling the raw materials. Supplier selection process at PT Makmur Sentosa Alindo International (AMSI) is done only by checking the prices of goods at the cheapest per supplier and the availability of goods, so that the quality of raw materials and the accuracy of the number of orders that are not purchased in accordance with the desired. PT AMSI should be more careful in their purchases of raw materials. PT AMSI require additional criteria such as the accuracy of the number of orders and the quality of raw materials in the raw material supplier selection thus obtained as expected. PT AMSI requires a decision support system that generates suggestions or recommendations based on the results of supplier selection criteria condition or expected. Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) is a method of decision-making by many criteria. With the supplier selection decision support system capable of generating suggestions or recommendations based on the results of supplier selection criteria desired condition.

Abstract

Chicken diseases often fear chicken farmers. In many cases, chicken diseases can reduce egg productivity of chickens. If there is one chicken affected and it doesn’t handle quickly and precisely, it indirectly can cause the other chickens affected as well that could potentially lead to death. On the other hand, there are limitation number of chicken veterinary in rural areas. Hence, the affected chickens cannot be handled as soon as possible. In this paper, we build an expert system with certainty factor method that is able to diagnose the chicken diseases computationally. Testing results shows that the expert system can identify chicken diseases with accuracy of 92,8%. The results were obtained by testing through 14 chickens that bear chicken diseases. Keywords: Expert System, Certainty Factor, Disease chicken

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Supramedika Prima Perwakilan Surabaya is a sole importer of medical devices and reagents from different brands in Indonesia. It’s customers are clinical laboratory and hospital in all region inside the east half of Indonesia. As a sole importer, this company must have a sufficient amount of inventory in order to complete each of their customer’s needs. In the mean time, the sale manager of this company is having a difficulty in estimating the amount of goods needed to be sold in the upcoming period. This issue needs to be resolved in order to prevent any customers that would stop buying goods from the company. An application to provide a forecast of goods demand in the future is needed to solve the issue. According to the data pattern test, the sales data has a close similarity to the seasonal and trend data pattern. That data pattern is best solved by using a specific method for forecasting, the Winter Exponential Smoothing method. After tested, the application could produce an average error from the results of forecasting at 13,2%, while the success level of implementing the Winter method is at 85,7%.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of RIS is necessary for Imaging System or commonly called Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). RIS give feedback information to PACS about patient information and inspection, as well as to be able to track the entire life cycle assessment of the patient, from the initial booking to the end result. PACS and RIS have different tasks and complete each other, whereby RIS handles the functions of text-based computing, including transcription, reporting, ordering, scheduling, tracking, and billing (Huang, 2004).There is RIS workflow processes that can support the performance of the Unit of Radiology. In the Radiology Unit there are several problems, such as: (1) the need for integration between RIS and PACS, which radiographers do not need to input the data on patients who will perform imaging and (2) The need of role screening to ensure that the patient is in the waiting list has come and is ready to conduct the examination. Radiology Information System can be integrated with PACS and DICOM modality that uses a standard 3.0. This is supported by several considerations, such as: (1) an intermediary HL7 can be integrated with the Hospital Information System (HIS), (2) MWL module can be integrated with MPPs Service modality, (3) intermediate HL7 can be integrated with PACS, and (4) Radiology Information system can be implemented and support the performance of the Unit of Radiology.The existence of RIS is necessary for Imaging System or commonly called Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Abstract

Puskesmas are Community Health Center located in indonesia. Puskesmas of Karangduren village on Jember regency is one of the health services responsible for building healthy scope in Karangduren village area. One way is to monitor the health of children from an early age. To help monitor the health of the child, each parent is given a mother's and children's health book. However, there are problems when the KIA book is missing, it can be a problem if the puskesmas officer to perform the examination of the data. Due to the overall recording of data still using the general ledger media, consequently to review the lost data will require a long time and can hamper the performance of puskesmas officers in making reports to be given to the health service. In solving the problem then the authors propose a solution that is by making an application system that can store data, can search data and can monitor the child's health periodically.With the results of this study produced an application that can help puskesmas staff to process data, search data and monitor the health of children. So it is more effective and efficient in helping the work of puskesmas officers

Abstract

POSYANDU was built to pay attention to the health of mothers and children in some areas of the village. POSYANDU every month give the inspection report to the PUSKESMAS to be reported to the Health Office of Surabaya. Due to the large number of POSYANDU and limitations of midwives then the midwife to handle many Posyandu each month.Making the POSYANDU examination report that has been happening is still done manually because it has no information system. Because one midwife to handle some of the POSYANDU and the midwife often experienced delays in preparing reports and often put off. Due to delays in reporting, it can inhibit the Head of Puskesmas in monitoring maternal and child health in the region supervised POSYANDU and this also resulted in delays in the distribution of health centers report to the health office. The slower the reporting received then the slower Puskesmas monitoring and evaluation of the health of infants and pregnant women. Based on this problem, then the solution is made is to design and build a web-based integrated health information systems that can facilitate report generation and distribution of reports and facilitate the health office in monitoring the results of POSYANDU report.Results from the trial showed that this information system can provide convenience in the process of manufacture and distribution of reports and monitoring the health of children and pregnant women in the area of Surabaya.

Abstract

Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya memiliki permasalahan dalam proses pengolahan data persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan karena aplikasi Surabaya Single Windows (SSW) hanya bisa dipergunakan untuk melakukan pendaftaran Surat Ijin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) baru, perpanjangan SIUP, dan perubahan SIUP serta masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel untuk melakukan proses pengolahan data. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem yang menginformasikan jumlah masing-masing jenis bidang usaha perdagangan, perkembangan jumlah modal usaha, serta belum tersedianya data persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan di tiap-tiap wilayah Kota Surabaya secara terperinci.Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi persebaran dan potensi bidang usaha perdagangan pada Disperdagin Kota Surabaya,  agar persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan dan laporan mengenai bidang usaha perdagangan di Kota Surabaya lebih mudah terpantau, serta dapat membantu proses analisis potensi dan evaluasi bidang usaha perdagangan di Kota Surabaya.Dari hasil uji coba penelitian ini sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Surabaya dalam proses pendaftaran, penerbitan, perpanjangan, perubahan, pemantauan posisi dokumen pemohon, proses persetujuan pemohon SIUP, persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan, dan pembuatan laporan bidang usaha perdagangan yang berguna sebagai bahan analisis potensi bidang usaha perdagangan.
