Abstract

  PT. Elang Jagad is a company applying strategy Make-to-Order in inventories of raw material. PT. Elang Jagad often have inaccuracies in fulfilling orders from it’s customers according to the number and order fulfillment time that has been set (due date). So PT. Elang Jagad experiencing problems calculating material requirements planning such as, customer order fulfillment are  often experiencing delays, which will result in lost customers (stock out).Through the analysis of data in 2011 and 2012, showed the inaccuracy due date in order fulfillment to customers. From the analysis of the data issues and order fulfillment, then the required material requirements planning that completed with the method of calculation of the lot-for-lot.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the information system is built to reduce the excess due date fulfillment of customer orders. Examples of the company's customers are PT. Arga Arta Utama and PT. Nakula Sadewa, the average percentage of inaccuracy due date in order fulfillment in the year 2011 by 88 %, whereas in the year 2012 by 79 %. Presence software comparison of the percentage of inaccuracy due date fulfillment of customer orders in 2011-2012 at 0 %. So that the inaccuracy due date fulfillment of customer orders can be reduced and PT. Elang Jagad do not lose customers (stock out).Keywords : Material Requirements Planning, Lot - For- Lot, Due Date

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Jaya Darmabakti Arthagraha (JDA) is a company engaged in construction services Mechanical Electrical (ME). In general the projects it undertakes a project worth more than ten billion and the project implementation period of more than one year. Current conditions, PT. Jaya Darmabakti Arthagraha is the process of recording the recognition of revenue based on the progress of projects in the company still has not done. During this time, the recording of revenues are recorded based on terms of income and expense are recorded based on exit / entry of project costs, so profit / loss is based on the actual terms of income and expenses to the project. To overcome these problems, we need an information system that generates a revenue recognition by percentage of completion method of work. From the results of information systems, will be a calculation of revenue recognition based on project progress using the percentage of completion of the work. From the test results and evaluation, has generated an information system revenue recognition percentage of completion method of work that is integrated with project planning in the company, so when planning the project has included planning of revenue recognition.

Abstract

Abstract: application analysis of the influence of service quality on student satisfaction aims to help obtain information on the impact of service quality student satisfaction. With this application, it is expected LP3I Manyar Surabaya can find any information and factors that influence student satisfaction, so LP3I can improve the quality of services and evaluating the student satisfaction LP3I Manyar Surabaya. However, LP3I Manyar Surabaya have difficulty in data processing, data analysis. so the impact on the error in reporting the results of student satisfaction measurement. To resolve this problem, made an application ranging from data processing to determine the value of the variable. Abstract

Abstract: Administrative records of goods in and goods out sloppy and updates resulting in the difference between the existing stock on the record sheet in the warehouse . Parts warehouse difficult to know the most salable items and goods that are not selling well and often there is accumulation of stock even no stock at all for a particular item and place the data redundancy due to the recording of the entry or exit of goods on the record sheet .With these problems it is necessary to Inventory Information System that can perform administrative records of goods in and goods out so there is no difference in stock and redundancy of data items in the warehouse.Given the Inventory Information Systems , part warehouse easier administration and recording of goods in goods out . The system generates reports on expenditures, income statement items , the report returns, inventory taking reports , and report cards needed goods warehouse management to evaluate the activity inventory.

Abstract

Abstract: Local drinking water company which later can be abbreviated PDAM according to the mayor (200 ) is a company belonging to local government that move in the field of drinking water services. PDAM has a duty to pursue the provision of drinking water that meets the terms of health care for people in the city of surabaya and surrounding areas. The problems that occur on PDAM Surya Sembada of surabaya city difficulty in optimize the cost of supplies and economical determine orders to the needs of production. This is because the process of planning supplies raw materials done with see the need of raw materials for the production for a year be submitted to a section of supplies at the end of the current year, insufficient production needs in reality in the next year. Where as all raw materials required for the production of  order done once a year by auction supplier , then raw materials will be sent to PDAM every month.Of the existing problems then required raw materials management planning application needs taps on PDAM Surya Sembada of surabaya city that can help in making planning senior managers supplies of raw materials .This application applies the methods of Triple Exponential Smoothing Winter, Re-Order Point (ROP), and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Through this method planning raw materials produced needs to suit the needs accurate production line. In the step of experiment try and evaluation, this research produce raw materials management planning application needs taps on solar system sembada city surabaya. It can be seen than average on a page control supervisor supplies are 4.2, the average conformity on a page planning supervisor supplies are 4.5, the average conformity on a page is 4.3 production supervisor, the average manager conformity on a page supplies are 4.5, and the average senior managers conformity on a page supplies and provision is 4.4. The one generated by the application of the accuracy with the kind of having microsoft excel. This application can be developed with the complement of the security system,use mobile platform, and equipped functional report notifikasi delivery via email and via sms a gateway.

Abstract

Adi Jaya Makmur’s Company is a compnay that sell the material’s building. The address in Gubernur Sunandar Priyo Sudarmo 79 street, on Krian Sidoarjo. It offers some kind of material’s building which are cement, sand, brick, limestone, paints etc. The goods it’s in Adi Jaya Makmur’s Company are all collected from the supplier or manufacturers who has already become colleague in business for the further they can sell to the costumer. In Adi Jaya Makmur’s company itself, they have trading system. Nowadays, we have a lot of rival in business which has effect on trading system volume unstable in Adi Jaya Makmur’s company, especially in some materials, which are Gresik’s cement, brick, sand and coral. The effect of the problems  are the inventory of the some variant of material are overfull rather than sales and the other side the inventory is empty or less so the costumer go to the next store. From the problems above, we make the inventory determination’s application based on the forecasting volume demand-based desktop  with the title “ Design’s Application Inventory Determination Based On The Forecasting Volume Demand On Adi Jaya Makmur’s Company” which capable give a lot of contribution on the company to decide the storage on the next period. The method which is used to do the forecasting is Smoothing model expontial winter’s method. This application that was made giving  the information about the amount of demand for goods and also give for the next period. Based on the implementation’s result and system evaluation, Design’s Application Inventory Determination Based On The Forecasting Volume Demand On Adi Jaya Makmur’s Company demand-based desktop will become the solution for the company to decide the amount of demand for goods to the next period.

Abstract

Sidoarjo regency is one of the central areas of fish production for the province of East Java. In 2014 the Sidoarjo regency produces fish production of 16 911 tonnes of the total demand of 21,190 tons. People therefore have the potential to Rp. 64.3245 billion, - to be used. However, with the opportunities that still makes people hesitant. Based on observations and interviews, people have some problems in understanding the business opportunities the business of enlarging catfish. The problems regarding the planning is there is no information about the capital, the estimated cost, the information behind the capital and feasibility analysis. In addition, the educational background of different society and do not have the financial complex science that makes people not do the planning before doing business.                    Based on the above issues then made an application investment calculations enlargement catfish farming berbabasis web by comparing various media pool that can perform calculations, measurement and analysis process using the Cost of Production (HPP), and Average Rate of Return (ARR).                    Based on the results of trials that have been done this application can display information capital planning, cost estimating, value of turnover as well as the comparison with the 3 (three) media pool. From the calculation using the average rate of return that has been done to produce a value which is to cement pond 4.03. For the pool tarp 2.3. And for ground pools 3.95.

Abstract

STIKES Yayasan RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya is a private university under the auspices of the Yayasan RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Evolving from  APIKES PENA HUSADA SURABAYA, Akademi Rekam medik dan Informatika Kesehatan. To improve the quality of education , then STIKES Yayasan RSUD Dr. Soetomo  conduct simulation courses hospital records activity on Prodi D3 Rekam Medik dan Informasi Kesehatan . This course is required because when working in a hospital , a medical record should make reports in accordance with existing standards . As a supporter of the course , the STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo have an application that is used to simulate the activities of hospital records . The application simulates the activities of the medical records of inpatient , outpatient visits and Emergency Room ( ER ).But in use, the application is considered not relevant to the curriculum Buku Petunjuk Pengisian, Pengolahan dan Penyajian Data Rumah Sakit serta Sistem Pelaporan Rumah Sakit Revisi VI. In the existing applications , registration services in each poly less specific. This specification is needed so that a student can have a more concrete picture of the medical record of activities that take place in hospitals and can generate reports of medical records hospital activity report ( RL 3 ) for the activities of obstetrics and perinatology .In addition , this application does not have the support of the International Classification of Disease ( ICD - 10 ) . Support for the International Classification of Disease ( ICD - 10 ) is required to allow students to make a report on the statistical information of morbidity and mortality in a hospital . Also this application can not serve queue between the clinic in parallel and there is no division of permissions for each user . Service queue in parallel and sharing permissions needed so teachers can conduct role play simulation medical record.Based from the problems, STIKES Yayasan RSUD Dr. Soetomo requires Simulation Application in the Medical Records STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr. Soetomo which can serve transactions at each clinic with a more specific type of service , so as to generate the required reports and to support the International Classification of Disease ( ICD - 10 ) used for the benefit of statistical information of morbidity and mortality . Applications and reports are used to allow students to have an overview of the applications and reports that exist in the world of work

Abstract

Koperasi Wanita Setia Bhakti Wanita are credit unions that adopts a joint responsibility. For handling system, currently the cooperative already has a desktop-based information systems. But the cooperative plans to reengineering of information systems. Reengineering should be held because the current system is not integrated with either, so it must be done continuously updates the system.In this study the authors analyze the current system, is also making a new information system for the cooperative. Analysis of these development starts from observation, interviews, and the collection of documents, in order to get the analysis of the system which consist of documents Business Diagram, Activity Diagram, and the Business Entity. After doing analysis system followed by designing a system. Design system generates a document Use Case Diagram, Use Case Description, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Component Diagram, and Deployment diagrams. Last documents have been produced, conducted a search to examine the relationship between documents.The Results from this study which include systems analysis, namely the outcome of the current cooperative system documentation. Developing a system is the result from development analysis system. And the last form of the design of the website interface development system created.

Abstract

In East Java, the unit technical of operational and the development of vocational education (UPT.PPPK) have work such as train, development of vocational education, administration and community service. The quality implementation of vocational education does vocational training for students, teachers and community education. During improvement of training, UPT.PPPK do the procedure of measurement of customer satisfaction. It is useful for process analysis of customer satisfaction but there are some problems that are filling up the questionnaire of customer satisfaction manually, one of the content of questionnaire of customer satisfaction is static of questionnaire variable so that it does not produce a complex variable services, the process and analysis of questionnaire manually which use Microsoft Excel so that there are delay of making the report and follow-up the process of improvement services. Based on that problem, it requires an application for analysis the measurement of customer satisfaction. The application would uses a method measurement service quality and multiple linear regressions. By using the application, it reduces the risk of analyzing the data of measurement of customer satisfaction and achieves customer satisfaction
