Abstract

               Setiap tahun Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya melakukan proses penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai, namun masih terdapat permasalahan pada proses penilaian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara, permasalahan yang sering dihadapi yaitu jangka waktu proses penilaian hingga pembuatan laporan hasil penilaian yang memakan waktu 3 - 4 minggu. Permasalahan berikutnya yaitu saat proses pembuatan laporan hasil penilaian yang tidak bisa dilakukan dengan cepat karena kepala bagian kepegawaian harus menunggu seluruh hasil penilaian terkumpul.              Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai negeri sipil berbasis web yang mampu membantu Disperdagin Kota Surabaya dalam melakukan penilaian prestasi kerja hingga proses pembuatan laporan penilaian.Dari hasil uji coba penelitian ini, aplikasi sudah dapat mempercepat proses penilaian hingga 5 hari. Adanya fitur upload dokumen dan penggunaan dokumen digital sangat membantu pada saat pengumpulan dokumen dan pada saat proses penilaian. Laporan hasil penilaian dapat diakses pada saat itu juga tanpa harus menunggu seluruh hasil penilaian terkumpul. Aplikasi penilaian dapat diakses oleh pengguna melalui laptop atau smartphone.

Abstract

Material of construction is one of the limited resources in a construction project and also one of the main functions of construction activities whose value is between 25-40% can even reach 60% of the project budget. Therefore, material control process should be conducted in line with the implementation of the project. Control is done in order to keep the project running within the time limit, cost, and performance that specified in the plan. Good plan without accompanied with very good control may not produce a good output of the project in terms of cost, schedule and performance.To control the project material procurement, Procurement Division at TJ Construction & Engineering have difficulty to controlling material procurement planning in accordance with the conditions that exist in the project. In addition, procurement of material handling control system which is still to be checked one by one for each type of material raises new issues, namely the difficulty of determining the type and amount of material to be submitted to the procurement process as well as the difficulty of monitoring the status of the supply and use of the material during the implementation process the project.Material procurement control information system web-based project will be able to support the decision makers in TJ Construction & Engineering to address the problems that exist in the material procurement process. With more controlled material procurement, the goals and objectives of the final project has been set previously will be achieved as planned.

Abstract

Abstract: PDAM Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of public service. The company has a Kelola SDM, one of the tasks is to manage human resources and organizational development, especially the development of the organization, which will be carried out by a performance assessment to determine the level of productivity of an employee each year. In order to assess the performance of employees, Organization and Human Resources Development Section felt that such valuation is way less optimal and objective because of the persistence of assessor subjectivity in assessing employee performance. The current performance of appraisal process there is a problem of how to assess employee performance in accordance with objective reality. To assess the performance objectively, PDAM Surabaya need a performance appraisal system that can reduce the number of assessor subjectivity by using 360 Degree and using the competency reference as a guideline for the assessment. Application of performance assessment on PDAM Surabaya employees that have been made will be expected to reduce the subjectivity of the assessor in assessing the employee performance. The report can be taken into consideration and as an input for organizational and human resource development manager in reward for employees which have excellent performance.

Abstract

Medical records are factual documents which related to patient condition, past and present treatment which is written by a doctor who treat the patient. (Huffman, 1999).RSAM have a diffcult situation to search, provide, and study patient medical records at Outpatient Unit because all of them are still in document format in archive room which could make it take a long time to deliver it to the admin room.To help solve this difficulty, therefore the hospital needs a medical records application at outake patient unit. This application is made to help doctors to decide what action to the patient so it will produce accurate and easy to search medical records. With the help of this application in Outpatient Unit, so Outpatient Unit at RSAM will become better and faster to give a service to the patient according to hospital service standard.With design and development of medical records application at outpatient unit in RSAM will produce a report and also medical record information about patient visitation, medical record registration, and income. This system is used by doctor to consider what action should be taken and trail access of patient medical records.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood private companies that moves in wood manufacture with the main product wood flooring and wood decking .Maximum firm production capacity when is 700 container per year but in 2015 total firm production of 600 container with the number of refusal order of about 20 container this was caused because methods used by companies are not yet optimal .The company uses the least work remaining ( lwr ) with priority given in the work have the number of processing left still needed to be done at least .This study attempts to help select company of a method of the best in make the production by comparing five method .Fifth this method is fcfs , edd , spt , lpt and lsf .The result of research this is the report scheduling production permesin and reports scheduling production permesin by the application of bebbasis desktop .The results of the tryouts application obtained value of 93 % and hasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan dan pelayanan umum seperti pembuatan ijin perusahaan. Proses pembuatan ijin saat ini terlalu lama karena kurangnya informasi bagi perusahaan saat akan mendaftar. Pihak perusahaan harus membawa kembali dokumen formulir untuk mempersiapkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dan kembali lagi untuk menyerahkan dokumen ke Disperdagin. Masalah lain yang timbul yaitu belum adanya sistem yang memberikan informasi untuk Disperdagin mengenai status perijinan yang dibuat.Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu mempermudah proses pembuatan ijin secara online bagi perusahaan. Perusahaan tidak perlu berulangkali datang ke kantor Disperdagin untuk melengkapi dokumen. Selain itu juga dibutuhkan sistem yang membantu pihak Disperdagin untuk memonitoring status ijin perusahaan. Sistem yang dibuat dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, sistem ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Surabaya dalam proses pendaftaran ijin, persetujuan ijin, penerbitan ijin, pemantauan posisi dokumen, pembuatan laporan ijin usaha, dan ijin industri serta memberikan peringatan apabila ada ijin yang habis melalui sms gateway.Kata Kunci: Monitoring Perijinan, Perusahaan, Industri.

Abstract

PT. IGLAS (Persero) is a manufacturing company of glass packaging (bottles). The company currently often late in a customer demand fulfillment. This problem due to several factors such as conventional way of schedulling and inneficient production process. Based on these problems, it would require a production scheduling information system using the priority rules to solve. This information system can provide production schedule more effectively according to choosen criteria from five methods that have been used. The criterias used are average processing time, utilization, average number of jobs in the system, and average number of delayed jobs. Meanwhile five methods used are, First Come First Serve (FCFS), Earliest Due Date (EDD), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Processing Time (LPT), dan Critical Ratio (CR). Based on the information system created and series of trials performed, company has a more effective queued schedule in accordance with desired company criterias, so that all of customer demand can be fulfilled and timely completion.

Abstract

According to a decree number 290/KPT-03B/VII/2014 about implementation of Hybrid Learning Model clause six, lecturer Stikom required to implement Brillian as a learning medium. This is not the first time Stikom Surabaya implementing an e-learning application. From many kinds of e-learning that has been applied previously, none of application that can be accepted as a medium of teaching and learning, whereas already a lot of material and non-material sacrificed to implement a variety of e-learning. Try to overcome these problems by conducting a comprehensive evaluation and adequate empirical studies in accordance with theories. One theory could be used to evaluate the acceptance of information technology is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) which was developed by Venkatesh in 2003. The result of this study case found the opposite result with Venkatesh theory. The four factors (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Condition) does not influence significantly to increase Behavioral Intention or Use Behavior. Only Behavioral Intention proven to have significant influence on the Use Behavior. Besides moderating variables (age, gender, experience and volunteerism) was not found to have a significant influence in intent and actual use of Brilliant.

Abstract

PT. Mega Utama Indah is a company engaged in the trading and processing of raw wood into finished wood. The main obstacle faced by PT. Mega Utama Indah now is recording the production process are still done manually such as recording the use of raw materials and auxiliary materials, the use of human labor, the use of the machine, and the use of other costs. All recording is still done by recording into a book.These constraints resulted in companies experiencing difficulties in terms of search data, perform scheduling of engine maintenance, and the difficulty in obtaining information and reports required by the leadership in making decisions for the company, the required application records of production which includes data recording of raw materials, auxiliary materials , human labor, machinery, and other costs.Based on research that has been done, the application can generate reports, such reports raw material usage per order or per month, reports the use of adjuvant per order or per month, reports the use of labor per order or per month, reports the use of machines per order or per month, and report usage fee per order or per month that the company needs to search the data, perform machine maintenance scheduling, and obtain the required information by the leadership in making decisions for the company.
