Abstract

PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri (PT. GGVM) is an innovative company that is engaged in the field of human resources services. PT. GGVM offer the provision of manpower to a sales force of the company. PT. GGVM has a vision to be the best as providers of employment services company to provide services and qualified human resources to the client.Training is one of the means to improve the competence of the workforce. At the PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri, the training has not run optimally because the existing training planning is done without any training needs analysis in advance. This can result in a mismatch between the needs of competence in performing a job with competence possessed by today's workforce.Based on the results of the test and evaluation of training needs analysis application, indicating that the application can help PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri in terms of manpower assessment, planning training needs, and provide reports in accordance with the company's needs.

Abstract

Suzuki Motor Sales (SMS)Undaan is an authorized dealers and workshop center in the area of Surabaya, which sells motorbike with DOHC engine technology that currently becomes most in demand in society. However, the present of these technologies raise new challenge for many mechanics that are less able to cope with the disfunctional engine of the motorbikes. Analysis and design of an expert system might be able to equip the mechanics in handling the DOHC engine failure. Our approach shows that the expert system can identify problems accurately by using the certainty factors method. This application is expected to be able to overcome the mechanics problem in handling the DOHC motorbike engine. And the results obtained from the research that has been done is very helpful for any problems of the motor DOHC engine with 100 % accuracy rate calculations.

Abstract

Jotun is one of the most outstanding producers paint in the world. PT. Handal Cahaya Sakti (HCS) is one of the Jotun dealers, which distributes ship paint in Indonesia. Actually PT. HCS has four main problems. Firstly, there is no accurately inventory information. Secondly, the process of data search needs long time. Thirdly, the accounting process of paint selling price still uses calculator. Lastly, the stored data that is not computerized and managed will be the useful information for the company. Based on those problems, the sales information system design hoped can improve the performance and decrease the error. The computerized data will be easier to be back-up, searched and managed.

Abstract

Cooperative Employees PT. Mega Utama Indah  is a business entity in the form of savings and credit cooperatives whose members are employees of PT. Mega Utama Indah. The main constraints faced by the Cooperative Employees PT. Main Mega Indah now is the process of savings is still done manually as the process of loan application, loan approval and repayment of the loan installments. All these processes are still done by recording into a book.These constraints resulted members have to wait to find out whether its proposed loan and the company experienced difficulty in obtaining information and reports - reports required by the cooperative, the required savings and loan applications which includes member registration, loan applications, loan approvals and repayment of the loan installments.Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate reports related to the savings and loan in accordance with the needs of cooperatives, for example, statements about the expected revenues loans, loan report approved or rejected, reports about employees who pay the installments of this month and others reports required cooperative.

Abstract

As one of the foundation which has highly responsibility in orphaned prosperity and eligibility, the orphanage always get public attention. One of the transparancy embodiment could be assess from  financial reporting. The financial reporting should be published for contributor and public. Currently, in Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan, the financial reporting only based on the revenue of donation and the fund expenditure. Those financial reporting could not represent the orphanage financial condition as globally. That condition made both the contributor and managerial orphanage confused about the condition of orphanage. Besides that, the managerial reporting also was not made by orphanage managerial. Therefore, the orphanage managerial could not make a decision for the future. Based on those conditions, the orphanage should have an information system which could make the complete public financial reporting and managerial reporting. For the public financial reporting, the information system should reference on PSAK 45 (Statement  of Financial Reporting Standard No. 45). The information system could make four standards reporting from PSAK 45 and managerial reporting. By those reports, both contributor and orphanage managerial could know the real financial condition of Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan.

Abstract

CV. Zaneti 9 is a construction company specialized in services of asphalting, street casting and making drains water. Management of document requests to add raw materials on the CV. Zanetti 9 still using paper documents. Based on the current administrative conditions, time required to recap of data requests takes 1-2 days. The Administration Also has long-time constraints on the approval of the addition of raw materials.Based on this problem , then made application management of document requests  the addition of raw materials by applying administrative workflow system. This application applies the theory of Administrative workflow system to make sure process flow can be run well.It was concluded that this application has been able to accelerate the process of request for the addition of raw materials and also improves the performance of the process of creating the document recaps the addition of raw materials. This is seen in the time it takes to request additions raw materials to finished and also the time required to make the document recaps the addition of raw materials. At first it requires total time 36 hours to 26 minutes after use the application.

Abstract

Junior high school Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo 2 has a number of students ranging from grade 7 to grade 9 as many as 630 students, at any level of the hierarchy there are 7 classes and each class has 30 students. With the current number of students, the school experienced a problem with timeliness and accuracy of the content. Timelinessand accuracy of the content in question is the number of data that must be processed at the time when the school administration management processes such as data processing value data of students, students ' attendance data, data ontuition and student report cards processing is done manually. This resulted in a report on the administration of the school could not be completed on time and the result ofthe process of charging data become less accurate. Based on the above issues, the school wanted to devise a system of academic information wake. Analysis and designof academic information systems on SMP Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo 2 it generatesdocuments in the form of specification of the needs oftheDeviceSoftware (SKPL)Designand software architecture (DAPL). The document can be used as the basis for software development. The hope, after the designwas developed to overcome existing problems on SMP Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Foundation Fund Sosial Al-Falah (YDSF) is one of the zakat fund management institutions infaq/charity in Indonesia, precisely located in the city of Surabaya, which is an utilization institution of communities funds and has more than 220.564 benefactor from the private circles and the communities general. YDSF provide information to the communities in the form of financial statements that are presented in a monthly magazine. For the time being financial statements are presented each month in the magazine has not been explain in detail on the type of fund receipts collected and the amount of type of distribution that occurs. Responsibility for the financial statements conducted YDSF can lead to decreased values of accountability as an fund management institution of communities. Based on these problems, YDSF as amil zakat institutions should perform its functions is public accountability the financial statements, need a making application financial reporting zakat infaq/charity based on the PSAK 109. By using PSAK 109 on the reports generated by the system, YDSF can accountable to the public so that receipts and distribution YDSF to be transparent with the details financial statements of the which attached based on each type of fund, among others zakat funds, infaq funds, waqf funds, non halal funds, and amil funds. As for the reporting that have been generated by the system based on the PSAK 109, among others, statements of financial position, statements of changes in funds, reports assets under management, and cash flow statements.

Abstract

Nida'ul Fithrah Foundation as  known as (YNF) Surabaya operate to help and facilitate the muslims on the operational YNF recieved handsout sincerely from the donors for operational,facilities, and dakwah costs.based on the survey,averagely there’s 388 whose miss the payment from 1850 donors. The 2015 cash expenditure not suitable with the foundation  policy.for dakwah program cost 14% of 40%,social 83% of 30%,education 5% of 30%.YNF has not done yet the foundation rules according to goverment policy wihich is fund and programs tranparation,and the foundation ownners has not recieved the report of fund and programs that has been finished.The solution is to make fund management information system for YNF using System Development Life Cycle(SDLC) metode,with 4 stages: system Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing, and the theory of  PSAK45 by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants(IAI).Based on the test result, the application able to solved the problem,which;activity information and YNF fund recieved by donors,donors get SMS warning message,director gets fund information for the expendeture of the programs so it fit with the foundation policy,the fund flow report recieved by director and foundation owner.the testing result recieve 99,5% point which mean in the range “very satisfied” that had been measured this application works excellently.

Abstract

Health Promotion is the form of the Sedati local government clinic effort to aid people in the scope of region be able to healthy live. One of the important program owned Sedati Health Promotion is providing information and counseling about the clean and healthy behavior. But, The problems that looks and being faced by promkes this time regarding the determination of the location of clean and healthy behavior counseling. The process of determining which do at this time only consider economical side, that mean which the nearest location that becomes the main priority to give counseling. Its ineffective way, because of health problem is settled quickly Not be seen from a distance or close to her location. In addition a delay in the process of determining often occur so that impacted on the implementation of counseling activities.The problem can be resolve with the Decision Support System which can determination of the decision process of determining the right location of counseling with a exact method of calculation. The method that can support the decision is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), because the result of decision was in the form of the value of priority.Based on the implementation and evaluation has been done, the system can assist the Health Promotion to determine the location of clean and healthy behavior counseling in the form of value of priority effectively and efficiently. So, that the implementation of counseling can be started immediately
