Abstract

Mr. Coffee is a coffee field sales business that began to develop in 2013. At the current sales process owners can’t perform recording sales precisely because poorly supported by adequate information coffee sales lead to errors in the recording of sales, so the impact on stock control materials raw coffee warehouse that often have out of stock of coffee which ordered the customer, and the customer who still has a receivable purchase coffee on previous transactions. So may result in losses for the parties Mr. Coffee.Based on this problem, then created a web-based sales information system that can help provide information about the registration of the sale of coffee, coffee stock management of raw materials using methods Reorder Point (ROP), and the management of customer receivables.Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of the system, recording sales on Mr. Coffee-based website is to provide information for the company to make record sales of coffee, coffee raw material stock control in the barn, and the recording of customer receivables on previous transactions.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) to provide services in handling technical problems of low voltage network must have a standard time for acting as executor outsourced at PT. Haleyora Power. To monitor the performance of third parties are still using manual recording of which has a risk response time and handling time is always reported good, but complaints about delays in response time and handling time is still very much. This led to the performance of a partner company of PT. PLN (Persero) can be monitored and lead to poor image PT. PLN (Persero) in the eyes of customers.To overcome these problems is developed monitoring applications handling low voltage networks based on Android which has several important features: monitoring functions are handled by the short message service (SMS) supervisor, dashboard map, monthly performance reports in the form of charts and PDF files.The trial results were made known that the application can produce interference notification, response time, time management, SMS monitoring supervisor. For the report, the application can generate reports such as monthly performance dashboard, dashboard maps and performance reports in a PDF file. It can be concluded from the test results are known 1% response time is not standards-compliant, 99% has met the standard 45 minutes. For a time there was a 50% handling that is not standards-compliant, 50% has met the standard of 120 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract: Disperindag city of Palangkaraya is the city agency had authority to serve and publish such a license, license trading business (SIUP), the business place licence of letter (SITU), licence billboard nuisance or hiring order (HO), tourism licence, construction services business licence (SUJK), and the building permit licence (IMB) city of Palangkaraya in central Kalimantan. Currently the ministry of creation permission on Disperindag city of Palangkaraya was still using document based and manual systems resulting in the creation of a permit being long and make the applicant back and forth to take care of permission to Disperindag. Based on the above problems then proposed the application of service permit issuance with the concept of one stop. Web based application and services made onlinethe applicant need not commute comes to Disperindag for verification of data documents. With the application ministry publishing permit with the concept of one stop this increasing service on Disperindag city of Palangkaraya. The output can be generated in the form of issuance of licence trading business, the business place licence of letter, and permits installation of the billboard. Keywords: One stop service, the issuance of permit

Abstract

STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo is a private university under the auspices of the Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo. To alleviate the cost of education, then STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo providing scholarships to students. In these scholarships there are problems ranging from a period very close to accreditation, there has been manipulation of data of the applicants and the unintegrated data in STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo.Based on the problems above, in this study the determination of an application made on STIKES Yasayan grantee Dr. Soetomo web based. With the application of the grantee problems that occur can be resolved. In the completion of this application using the Workflow as a reference in a flow system. This method is considered to provide information to each of the parties directly related to scholarships, other than that with this way each part can check the work of each section.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, the application can be designed and built in a timely complete the selection, appraisal and filling CPI data has can be automatically done because it is connected with the data of students who have been there before. The names of applicants who are selected for inspection by each relevant section of this scholarship reception so that each part can keep an eye on each other as part of the evaluation so that the data can be maintained registries.

Abstract

School of Economics PERBANAS Surabaya (STIE PERBANAS) is an Educational Institution in the field of Business and Banking. To support its development, use of information technology such as the Website is needed aimed at information and communication media. However, there are websites that haven’t be able to improve the ranking based on the number of visitors. Based on data from a website that presents the rank of the number of visitors, until the month of November 2015 global ranking of the website to be at 640 097 in the rankings while Indonesia is at 16,082. This study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website and user satisfaction (students). From questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 75 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability. The next test and test data normality assumption as a condition for the implementation of the next step, regression linear analysis. Based the test results it was concluded that the variable quality of use is not positive and significant impact. While the information of quality and the quality of the interaction of positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (students).

Abstract

Abstract:  Recording hardware repair and maintenance at the Academy Secretary Widya Mandala is an application that helps to overcome the existing problems . High utility and never carried out checks on the computer laboratory conditions that often damage . Laboratory has the responsibility to care for and determine the condition of each computer so it does not interfere with the practicum and when the exam .A recording application hardware repair and maintenance needs to be applied to the Academy Secretary Widya Mandala to help resolve problems that occur in the process of monitoring the condition of the computer . This application can schedule repairs by using FIFO which means any damage will get services in advance and use PRIORITY will gain priority value to be done first .With this application, recording hardware repair and maintenance can determine the condition of each laboratory and readiness computer laboratory before being used by the practitioner . The data generated can know how many times the damage and can turn a new computer . Keyword : Damage , Priority , Repair, Fifo .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of convenience and perceived benefit associated with the use of PARIS (Parking Information System) by adopting a model TAM 1 (Technology Acceptance Model), which consists of several constructs that perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (Y1), attitude toward behavior (Y2), behavioral intention (Y3) and behavior (Y4). This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sampling as many as 95 respondents from all users PARIS (Parking Information System) in Stikom Surabaya. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis (path analysis). Results from the study showed 7 construct to produce a significant effect, namely in the variable perceived ease of use (X1) to perceived usefulness (Y1), perceived ease of use (X1) to attitude toward behavior (Y2), perceived usefulness (Y1) to attitude towards behavior (Y2), perceived usefulness (Y1) to behavioral intention (Y3), attitude toward behavior (Y2) to behavioral intention (Y3), perceived usefulness (Y1) to the actual use (Y4) and behavioral intention (Y3) to behavior (Y4).

Abstract

Abstract: Dinas Pendidikan (dispendik) Surabaya is an institution responsible for the academic in the city surabaya. In the recruitment and selection dispendik surabaya still use form paper and physical documents, sparking four problems found, namely: needs save document, the lost documents, delay selection process, the entry applicants and information about the assignment need a long time. Based on the problems on, found new risk, on how ensure recruitment process and selection keep going well although the paper was replaced to digital system. To complete the risk is found a theory, namely subsisting workflow system. To help Dispendik Surabaya in solving the existing, so the production recruitment system and selection staff on contract using sub sisting workflow system web based. The recruitment testing system and selection staff on contract it may help the Dispendik Ssurabaya reducing the paper documents to digital document of 71% of total at least documents for every applicants that should be kept. Based on the results of the questionnaire, this system shows 83.8% were among the interval 81% and 100% that category in a very good.Keyword: Recruitment, Selection, Contract Workers, Administrative Workflow System, web-based

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Tarbiyatut Tholabah an equal school to high school. this MA provides library facilities. Visiting hours students are very limited so most members of the library borrow a book at hour break. To be able to borrow books, students should look for a collection to be borrowed on a bookshelf therefore causes the lending collections to be crowded at the end of hour break. Crowded lending at the end of an hour break cause officers overwhelmed serving members of the library and affect the return book. Late return of books disturb other members of the library, because they can’t borrow books that overdue returned. When a member of the library has been fined resulted in many member of the library who decided not to return a book that is not subject to penalties. This causes the loss of the school. Based on this problem, then the application is built on the MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah library to help members of the library order the book at any time. Moreover, it can overcome the problem of delay in collection of checks, collections search, booking a collection that can be accessed from anywhere, and create reports. The results showed that the application of the library can assist members in providing information delay lending collection, information books owned by the library and can reserve books. Moreover, it can help the library to find out information reports.

Abstract

Food insecurity and poverty is still a major problem in Indonesia is becoming. To that end, the Agency Food Ketahahan through the sub fields of food insecurity on food program launches Independent Villages (Demapan). (25/Permentan/OT 140/2/2012). Monitoring and evaluation of the independent village of food itself is done gradually starting from the level of village, district, County and province. Monitoring and evaluation conducted by the clerk of the village of all hardcopy form or in the form of paper.  This can cause a buildup of data result in lost data or corrupted due to the computerized yet.. Based on the above issues, hence the need for a system of Monitoring and evaluation of the Independent Village of food On the body of the East Java Province food security is a system that is designed to help the Sub fields of food insecurity in terms of monitoring and evaluation Demapan. This system uses media website to facilitate coordination officer of village, district, County to the province. So expect the existence of this system can further accelerate the process of monitoring and reporting activities the village Self-sufficient food becomes a problem on a sub field of food insecurity province of East Java
